Dr. Kazim and all of the staff including the hygienists and receptionists are so extremely helpful and kind! Dr. Kazim actually listened to me and my concerns and created a plan to address all my needs. Her work is beautiful, definitely check out their instagram to see the teeth transformations. I highly recommend, I’m so glad I found them!

As much as I hate going to the dentist slash dental took that fear away and made my stay a comfortable and stress free one. Plus my teeth have never felt so clean! Thank you so much to dr Kazim and the rest of the team at splash. They have found a new client in me and I will be back for sure! Would recommend to anyone 10/10 times.

Dr Andrea is my Dentist here and I have to say that out of all the dentists I have ever had, she is by far the most empathetic and skilled dentist I've had to date. I've been back for multiple visits as I needed a bit of work done and all visits were great. Her cleaning was incredibly gentle and she checked in with me regularly as she worked.

If you are looking for a new dentist, I cannot recommend her more. I saw a negative review here about her and that does not align with any of the experiences I've had at all.

Dr. Andrea Cheung was knowledgeable and kind taking time to let me know what the she was about to do at each step so there were no surprises. Nothing worse to me than getting jabbed in the mouth with no warning. Very much appreciate the professionalism and attitude.

My daughter had an accident, fell and broke her front teeth. They made her feel at ease and her tooth extraction went very smoothly. The entire team at this office is great from the receptionist, dental hygienists to the dentists. I would highly recommend them for the family.

I always have a good experience here. Every staff member is polite and professional. The clinic is clean and calm.

My only gripe is I was over billed on my initial visit - however at least I have good coverage and so it wasn’t out of pocket. I’m still willing to return here regularly but do check my invoice each time.

I recently went to see Dr. Kazim to repair my chipped tooth. I was greeted with such pleasant staff. I was hesitant because of COVID but it was nice to see everyone donning a mask and following sanitizing and social distancing protocol. Dr. Kazim took her time to ensure the perfect match when restoring my chipped tooth - I can't even tell now where the chip used to be. Her artistry and expertise made me so happy. What an amazing dentist and clinic!

Absolutely worth changing from my previous dentist. Dr Kazim and staff are wonderful and super patient. Bonus points for making sure that my son enjoyed his first visit to the dentist.

I love this dental office! I’ve been three times in the last six months, two cleanings, X-rays and a filling and I had a great experience each time. They are incredibly knowledgeable and I receive a lot more information and advice each time I go, than I previously have at other dental offices. I’ve never felt like they rushed me, they take their time to educate and explain and they are so kind while getting you in and out. I’ve never waited long for my appt, it’s always been right on time. My cleanings have both been VERY thorough and pain free. I believe it’s also an all female team and that’s an added bonus to me and part of the reason I chose Splash! I will 100% recommend Splash Dental every time. Such an awesome team!

Very clean office and up to date with all the Covid-19 precautions. I got my teeth cleaned and they have never felt so clean and sparkling before. Dr Kazim fixed my front teeth and I feel like she worked her magic hands, because my teeth look fabulous now. I'm so happy with this office. Everyone is so nice.

Dr Kazim and staff really helped me overcome my fear of the dentist. I was so nervous to go in for a filling. I am usually so scared of the dentist. I have now seen Dr. Andrea twice at Splash Dental and found her to be the most professional, gentle, and caring dentist I have ever had. From the moment I stepped foot in the practice, I was greeted by friendly front desk staff and barely had to wait before being seen in one of the modern and clean treatment rooms. The staff also made me feel safe with their COVID precautions. I had a quick filling done and got a retainer made, and I’m looking forward to my cleaning. The filling was very well done and it blended in with my natural teeth. Overall, Dr. Andrea was super friendly, gave me her honest opinion about my treatment options, and made me feel at ease in the chair. And being able to watch Netflix in the chair is an added bonus. Would highly recommend!

WOWWWWW. I went into Splash Dental to have my top front teeth fixed because they were so chipped and just looked terrible. Dr Kazim worked her magic and totally transformed my teeth. Great staff and very clean office. I called the office for an Emergency. Marjie got me in right away, and Dr Kazim took care of my problem. She thoroughly explained everything to me. I felt so calm and relaxed with her. I can see they really try to do their best and are very helpful. This staff goes above and beyond to exceed patient expectations. They surely exceeded mine. Dr Kazim is the best dentist. She's so nice and friendly and most of all, gentle! She is not your typical dentist. Her office and staff are amazing. I made an appointment at Splash Dental to have a chipped tooth repaired. The office is state of the art and the staff were very welcoming. Dr.kazim is personable and professional and took her time repairing my tooth. She made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving and answered all my questions. This is the best dental office that I have ever been to. I am usually uncomfortable and have a phobia of going to the dentist but Splash Dental always makes each visit really comfortable by offering a great atmosphere and excellent advice for treatment. I went to Splash Dental for the first time yesterday and it was a great experience. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Dr Kazim is amazing and I recommended this Dental Clinic to anyone looking for a new dentist! I came from Oshawa and it is worth the drive.

Very family friendly practice, smart and prompt, in a very convenient easy to get to location with good hours to accommodate all kinds of schedules. The netflix in the chair is a nice touch, especially for the kids.

The clinic is clean and the staff are all amazing. Dr. Kazim is very professional and thorough - she takes her time to review and explain any issues. Highly recommend Splash Dental!

Will highly recommend Splash Dental to anyone. Recently moved to Pickering and Splash was kind enough to accommodate all family members. Flexible booking and open late hours on some weekdays, staff were professional, friendly and patient to explain gum level, tips for good oral hygiene etc. Plus you can also catch up on your favorite Netflix show while your tooth is under repair lol.

The staff is friendly, polite and professional. I feel calm and don't get anxiety that I usually get at the dentist. I have recommended them to friends.

I was in about a month ago for a cleaning
I was assessed by Dr. Andrea (I blv that was her name)
The hygienist took some xrays. I never experienced painful xrays till that day.when she stuck those probs in my mouth or whatever you call it to bite down for an X-ray image.it was painful I couldn’t close my mouth cause it kept digging the roof of my mouth but the hygienist kept saying “you gotta do it I know it hurts” (umm it’s not suppose to hurt lady) anyways moving on to the cleaning.
Dr. Andrea performed the cleaning.
She seemed really knowledgeable and everything she was saying made sense.
But oh my goodness the cleaning was one of the most painful cleaning I have ever experienced. I thought it was just me.but the my husband went for a cleaning with Dr. Andrea and said the same thing!
What really alarmed me was when she was reading my xrays
My past dentist and my orthodontist have mentioned I have “special teeth” (let’s just call it that) and that I have to take super care of these special teeth. Dr. Andrea said she did not see these special teeth in my xrays and that there was nothing unusual?
I don’t feel comfortable going back

I went in for a cleaning last Saturday and was completely impressed by the quality of the service and facility. Dr. Kazim and her dental hygienist are total professionals and very thorough in their work. The floating flat screen tv's with Netflix is also an amazing touch, which makes any appointment go by much faster! Would definitely recommend - thanks again!

I was recommended by a friend and I was beyond impressed. Not only have I had two successful root canals I have also had her do an emergency tooth replacement for my dad who has taken very little care of his oral Heath. He cracked his front tooth and was also very impressed by her professionalism, tools, technique and care. He is very hard to impress! I have recommended Dr Kazim to friends and family and she has become my favourite dentist although I dislike dentist. She has given me reason to feel a sense of comfort when it comes to oral health. Congratulations on ending your search for a Dentist!

Due to some very traumatic experiences as a child with dentistry I had let a small fear grow into a major phobia. My teeth had really suffered for it and were in very bad condition. I knew I had to intervene. For years I struggled with this. I finally worked up the courage to send Dr. Kazim an email giving her some background and explaining my fears. I immediately received a response that was so reassuring, soothing and non-judgmental that I was pretty sure I had found the person who was going to rescue me from my crippling fears. I booked a new patient assessment and we got started. From the moment I walked into the office, I was immediately put to ease. Dr. Kazim and her team are wonderful, caring and compassionate people. Her office is modern, clean and inviting. And best of all, if you’re like me and hate the memories that Dentist office smell brings, be assured, Dr. Kazim’s office doesn’t smell like that one bit. Honestly, if you have a fear of dentistry, please go see Dr. Kazim. I have had several procedures so far and all have been 100% painless. This is the best dental care that I have ever visited. They have all the latest equipments and people there are so kind, generous and they treat you like a family member providing a world class treatment with perfection! In fact the doctor who was treating me didn't go for lunch for five hours just because she didn't want me to wait. They are so much into eye for details and there are much more things we can't express by words. I am so thankful to everyone in their team! I felt the integrity, vision, and quality of service. I have had my fair share of negative dental experiences over the years and when I started having issues again, I decided to research the different dental practices in the Pickering area.
The practice that caught my eye was Splash Dental. It was quite a unique name for a practice.
I read about Dr. Kazim and watched a video presentation on line and was quite impressed.i called up to book an appointment and they were able to get me in right away.
The office is immaculate and modern. Definitely state of the art equipment. The staff are extremely friendly.
Dr. Kazim is very professional, friendly and down to earth. She explained to me in detail what the issue was and my options.
She gave me the options to think about and was able to prescribe medication and antibiotics until I decided which procedure to go with.
The end result was an extraction. As usual I was terrified.
Dr. Kazim made the experience quick and pleasant. Most of all I did not experience the severe pain that I would usually have after an extraction.
Bottom line is. Dr. Kazim is young, professional and knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease from the moment you walk in.
My recommendation. 5 stars!

Once you meet Dr Kazim, you immediately feel at ease and very comfortable. Her work is Impeccable, the staff is simply amazing and extremely helpful, and the office is immaculate. They take their time and sit with you and make sure you understand all the information that is presented. You will never feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. The front staff is so helpful and knowledgeable about insurance benefits, which is a language I know nothing about. They take care of everything and think of everything to make you feel at home. I forgot that I'm in a dental office, because you never feel like you're in one. I can't say enough good things about this office. Try them out. I promise you won't be disappointed.
