Splitsville Burlington

I was having an amazing evening until I came to this Splitsville Burlington. It was instantly an awful experience and I was willing to stay until closing and purchase food before arrival. The moment I walked in the lady named Aynsley greeted us in a awful manner, not only that she kicked us out of the building claiming we were intentionally hitting the pins when it’s a bowling place and not only that they shifted my bowling lane without telling and expected to walk over to ask why the pins are coming back. I’ve been to many bowling places in the GTA and by far this is the worst place. Please don’t hire a miserable employees as your business will lose customers like me. Do not recommend this place at all!

Expensive lane rental with only 5 players allowed per lane but the arcade and bowling were fun and the staff was very friendly

Broken lanes and soggy garpar fries, truly a VIP experience.at least i could drop kick the lil minions in laser tag

Very disappointed with this establishment. My daughter went bowling and had a group next to her that were intentionally throwing balls down 2 at a time to plug up the machine. Her group was video taped without their permission. What really makes me upset was that she was kicked by another bowler from the same group. (intentionally) and she fell to the floor. The other group laughed at her. I am totally disgusted. I thought the employees would of stepped in since the group was so loud and made other paying customers not enjoy their night. We won't be going back.

Great location, food and drink options are decent but don't expect high quality. Fun place out with family or friends.

Very clean, well run. Tons of fun for the family. Especially enjoy their organized event days. As always with bowling shoes could be better lol.

Went bowling with my husband on a Saturday evening, first time at this location. It was a great time, if you want to bowl on weekends I would book lanes in advance (3-5 days), very busy on weekends. Had great service for food and drink. Had one of their platters it was only okay, said it included chips we thought fries but was just potato chips.
Next time we would book a VIP lane for a bit more space.

The customer service is horrible.once they charged my credit card were very unflexible and we lost 10 mins of bowling waiting on a mecanit to come fix an issue with the systems. Bulrington Bowl is a much much better option. Its looks less glamorous thank this place but the staff compensates and some!

It was fun.went there for laser tag. It was wonderful as a first timer. They also had bowling and game sections for kids.

I went last night to celebrate my anniversary and spent $120. It was very busy when we went so we decided to go to the arcade first and I spent $50 for tickets. A few machines we were broken and a machine stopped working when we played. I reported the machine broken and the receptionist stated we would get the credits back after our bowling game. I was receptive and went to bowl. Our lane was slow and it was taking some time for the pins to be collected or restart. Our lane stopped completely stopped working with 10 minutes left. I went to the front desk and a new receptionist was working- Caitlin. Caitlin was counting money on the table and out of courtesy I did not interpret. I waited about 4 minutes as she recounted the money 3 times. My partner joined as I was taking too long and when I spoke with Caitlin I had informed her that our lane stopped working and immediately she had an attitude. She stated someone was working on the lane but we only had 6 minutes left. Nobody informed us and I stated she was counting money so we had about 10 minutes left. I asked if there was a sort of credit we could receive or anything. She was very rude and stated no. She did not offer to put time back on our lane or inform us how long it would take for someone to look at the lane. I informed her about the credits that was owed and she put the credit back. I asked if additional credits could be added for the time that was owed but she stated nothing could be done. I love this franchise but I will not be going back to this location. We had about 300 credits left for the arcade but our talk with Caitlin we left because of the way she spoke with us. That’s not how I wanted to end our anniversary so overall very disappointed!

No complaints. Been here twice for corporate events, food was much better the second time (Feb 2023)

Man the food at this place really blew. We got pizza and chicken wings and they tasted like frozen microwaveable meals for way too much. I mean maybe in iqaluit it would be alright, with food shortages and everything up there. Ya know? But in Burlington? I mean I've never tasted crappier food. And on top of that, the drinks were watered down. The most expensive coke I've ever drank. 10 hairy thumbs down for this place.

We went here today and didn't have a reservation and they squeezed us in to a lane for bowling. When our time cut out prematurely, the GM, Jon, set us up at a different lane and was generous with giving us some extra time. The whole time we were there he ran around helping where he could and never stopped. It was great to see! We will definitely be going back! All the staff is super helpful and friendly!

Pretty good place, little disorganized at the start but once we got our lanes it was all good.

Kurt is EXTREMELY rude. I asked for a size and she responded very faintly. I rewpjnded with "Sorry I didn't catch that. Can you say it one more time" and she screamed at me saying that they don't have my size and to go away. I'm shocked. There's no shortage of bowling alternatives that I or my friends need to experience this. Use to recommend this place to my friends, no longer.

So we came on a Saturday night here, and we waited 1.5 hours before we could get a lane. Once we got the lane, it kept freezing, and the pins weren't appearing on time. We had to call and go to the front desk numerous times. We weren't reimbursed nor offered some form of compensation (extra time). The service needs to be better here.

Literally terrible lol. My little sister had her birthday party here and when we arrived to our party room it had garbage and alcohol all over the room. 30 minutes after our room was booked we were able to enter. We had pre ordered our food and they completely forgot about it. When we did the laser tag, 2 of the lasers didn’t work for all of our games. Afterwards we played in the arcade, each of my sisters friends had there own cards with 40 credits each, and at the end there was left over 4 credits on each card (each game is at least 8 credits) so we weren’t able to use the rest of our credits or combine them onto one card. It is literally stealing money. We paid for those credits and they can’t even be used. Our waitress was lovely, none of it was her fault, but the company clearly didn’t care.

Disappointing visit. The bowling was okay-except the pins got stuck and knocked down pins that weren’t down many times. The food was very bad- had the nachos and they were terrible. The water tasted very odd… The arcade was okay, not many games to gain tickets from. To be fair they were very busy- many, many birthday parties. Just not a great experience, extremely overpriced too. Probably wouldn’t go back

I love coming here on Sunday Night since they have the flat rate after 8 pm. Its not crazy busy and the staff are very friendly!

Love the place.though I do feel that the shoe rental should be included in the bowling lane price.

What a great place to bowl. Plus they have an arcade and laser tag. I went on a Sunday after 8: 00 p.m. And got to bowl for 20 bucks till I got tired and that was around 11: 00. If you want a great place to hang out, head to splitsville
