The bowling ally itself is clean and well kept.

The food and drink service is very poor. I would not recommend getting any sort of food or drinks if you are bowling, as it’s almost impossible to get a server. They also wont let you close out a tab at the bar if you are lucky enough to get a drink… you have to wait for your non existent server to come to your lane. I’ve been bowling in a league for over 4 months and we are yet to have a good week of service.

Okay place for bowling, horrible place to grab a beer while bowling.

Great place for bowling. Highly recommend pre booking online to ensure you have a lane, so you don’t have to wait.

Fun place but extremely busy and loud. Tables, floor, and bowling balls were a bit sticky since ppl can eat/drink and bowl at the same time. Alcohol is available, which is great for those who want a drink and bowl. Definitely a fun upbeat vibe, but a tad overwhelming how busy it can get. I definitely recommend booking in advance! The food is ok-ish. Nothing special.

It is nice, my special need brother loves the place, it helps with his sensory.
I recommend 100%. And when you play in the arcade, you get tickets. The accumulated tickets points gets you a free gift from 10 tickets point to above.

About double the price of other bowling venues. Place is clean, staff is friendly… but many of the games in the arcade didn’t work, the machine to purchase the game card didn’t work, took my money, then I had to sign into my banking app to prove I paid… felt a little evasive to show my banking to someone to prove my purchase.

Went here to kill a few hours between hockey games with a large group of adults and kids (aged 11-12). Kids loved the arcade and we loved the bar:). I purchased a $50 card that lasted maybe an hour but the kids had fun playing after the card ran out.we didn't get to bowl but it looked very fun.

Actually it was my first time for played indoor games and it was nice and also they have sufficient staff which delivers food items quickly and overall experience was great

Awesome spot to hold a kids birthday, love their glow in the dark bowling and they actually have really good food and make strong drinks too and the price isn't too bad either!

Nice but pricey. It’s a big place with lots a things to do, including bowling, arcade and eating. I do find the bowling to be a bit pricey, would not visit more then once or twice a year because of price

Great place to take the family for something different! Even if you don’t bowl or think that it’s not something you would like, try it and then tell me it wasn’t a good time. They have certain times when it’s like disco bowling and lights are off etc and they also have a little restaurant with food and drinks. Yes there is pop for the parents too lol. There is also a little arcade there as well for the gaming kids. It’s a great experience and the kids will love it. I think a lot of people don’t even think about going bowling but it’s a fun sport, easy to learn but most importantly again it’s different. Try something new and you might surprise yourself!

Always a good time, food was okay but a little pricey for what you get, but you're there for bowling and arcade and not the food. Biggest concern was that they were not enforcing social distancing or mask wearing.

You don't have to wear a mask when bowling or eating, but from what I saw, no one was putting their masks on when walking around when on the bowling side.

On the arcade side, social distancing was an issue especially around the ticket redemption area.

Price for food is a bit much here for the quality. They need more promos on bowling and maybe even include food or arcade packages.

A little on the pricey side, but overall a fantastic place to bowl. Also, the DJ need to acknowledge that kids come here as well so playing music with swear words aren't the best choice for music. If the owner of this place can respond to that concern and prevent foul music from being played, then I will revise this review.

Good place for kids.family pass with the kids bowl free summer package is $24 and you can bring up to 4 adults and 6 children. 2 free games every day from May 1 to Sept 2. For family of 4, shoe rental each visit is $20 and receive 10% discount on food.

Bowling is always awesome. Great features on lanes like angry bird bowling etc. Food and beverage service isn't always that great.

This place is awesome if you get there before they start to charge by the hour then you can get a round super cheap. Staff bring drinks and food right to your lane so it's super convenient. Also they play music while you bowl so you don't have to throw away more money into a jukebox.

Good service, employees are nice. Food is a little pricey (to be expected), and the lanes are a little crowded/cramped but those are minor issues. This place has everything.

Bowling alley has always been fun but I usually go for billiards which is always an ok experience. The billiards and darts are crammed into a small space which is annoying to deal with.

Always a fun place for family and friends to have a great time. They have bowling, pool, or the arcade. Best place in Hamilton for these activities +great customer service

We had our company party (Pic N Save Auto Parts') at Splitsville Hamilton last night. I didn't have high expectations for a party at a bowling alley other than a lot of fun. Well I was wrong. From my initial planning meeting with Heather through to the event last night, everything was handled with care, professionalism and without a glitch. My expectation for food was that it was going to be bad bar food. I was very wrong, the food was actually delicious. The variety was just perfect too. Having said that, we did splurge and went all out on the food with the best package. It was all delicious. The entire night, including bowling (the main event) was wonderful and we really hope to have another corporate event there sometime in the future. I would recommend Splitsville in a heartbeat. Thanks for a wonderful holiday party!

Dont waste your money with the acracde it sucks half the machines are broken and take your credits without playing

We like to go here on rainy or cold days to have some fun. The food is pretty good and the arcade is so much fun. We always seem to get lucky and win a toy.

Fun night it with friends and family. But, I don't like the no-slide floor. Hard to get used to for an old school bowler.

I attended a Birthday party for a friend's son. The staff took good care of the party. The pizza was good. The serice was good. The only real issue for a birthday party is that you arn't allowed to bring in outside food; so no picking up a large bag of patatoe chips for all the kids to share. The bowling is scored by a computer so you don't need to know the rules. Makes for an easy and fun party for kids and younger teens.

Friendly staff although they did forget to give us our change when getting our rental shoes and Gwen getting our food which we asked for and they provided.clean environment for bowling place. Really good pub style finger food.

What made me give this place a 2 star review is the fact that when I booked my lane online it does say coupons, voucher and so on aren't available when online, so I paid the $60. When we got there it's only $40. Online pricing is more. Its misleading considering they had lanes available at the time and charged me more. Lesson learned though.

Went for ladies night on wed and had a really fun time! I would definitely go back again for bowling but I think I would eat more someplace else first. The menu was a little pricey for a bowling alley in my opinion and portions were only average. Something happened in the middle of our second game but the staff there was super nice and helpful and got us playing again in no time despite the place being busy. Will be back

We went for the arcade. About 30% of the games didn't work. For $100 you can get 800 credits but everything is 4=6 credits. So at best you can play 200 times but when we went one one game was 4 credits. The prices suck alot. Both my boys just got some candy and donated the rest to others. They don't spit out tickets either which just feels empty. I would recommend going to laser tag instead if it is the arcade you are after.

Lots of fun good atmosphere and very friendly staff. Only thing is everything seems to be a bit overpriced.

A little bit pricey, especially since we lost the first 8 minutes because they couldn't figure out how to get the bumpers up. But the kids love the glow in the dark aspect, the servers are very fun, and even the food is good.

The facility is clean and fun. Very family and group oriented. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food and bar were great. 10 thimbs up!

All of the staff are amazing even during the busy times they are always available to get drinks and or food I had a great time:)

Great lively place on a Friday.a cheap night. $58 for myself and 2 kids. 1 hour play time.something different than the movies

I'm from a smaller town where our bowling alleys are old and forgotten. I came to Splitsville to meet up with my cousins and could not believe how popular this place was. We had drinks first upstairs and were served by a very nice bartender. Then we spent the rest of the night bowling and dancing at our lane. The music was amazing and the service was even better. Very nice and prompt waitresses serving us right at our lane. I will definitely return!

I always love coming here. Bowling is always good. Arcade is always fun. Very convenient how tickets and credits are all on the card.

Meh. We tried to make a night of it at random. Strange reservation policy where it cost you more to reserve a lane than if you just walk in off the street? It gets pretty busy so if you don't have a reso be prepared to wait. Consequently if you make a reservation you have to pay up in advance with a 30% price increase? No thanks. Bowling looked fun with black lighting, music, etc. However we didn't get the chance to play, waited over an hour and left. Screaming kids mixed with the smell of spilt beer and overpriced bar food. I get it, it's a bowling alley. Good luck.
