Great place, especially after all the renovations. It is clean, the staff are very helpful and there are a few things to do other than bowling like an arcade and mini putt. My kids had a blast here and so did I! The bowling lanes are also updated and you can pretty much do anything from the computer.

Had greta time with my son. Staffs are friendly and nice. Great special on Sunday night and my son had fun both mini golfing and bowling!

Best Bowling in Richmond Hill close to HWY7. There are a big arcade and mini golf. You can automatically get bumpers for kids and free parking. Amazing place to enjoy with your family.

They said there were lanes available when I called in, and only first come first serve. Then we showed up 5 minutes later and they said its 45 minute wait, meanwhile others came in and had lanes reserved.

The night bowling was pretty cool! Newly renovated and looking great We were in the VIP section with a birthday party! Will check out all you can bowl in the summer!

The place has been updated with a cleaner refreshed look. There's a lot of bowling lanes, an arcade area, mini golf and restaurant/bar area. Service is pretty good but the drinks aren't mixed well but expected for the price (~$9 cocktails). No technical issues during our time there and the shoes were in relatively good condition.

So much fun! Service was slow though. We were in the VIP section and it took one full game for the server to come and take our drink orders. Shoe rental was slow as well. Busy place but not really enough staff. However it was clean, updated and I would definitely go there again. This was a work function but I would gladly do a family celebration there as well!

Went with a grp of ppl frm work. Big place, very clean, service great, shoes clean somewhat don't smell.my only issue was the lane we played in got stuck alot of times that we had to reset it alot.quite annoying esp since you're in the middle of a game.
Otherwise, great place to bowl.

Big alley with lots of lanes. Very spacious. The facility is neatly maintained. Their snack options are great and the quality of food is food! Their points system is very accurate, and we have never had hiccups here. Their online booking system is very effective, and they have slots open to book in advance. There is a bar which is pretty good and a big arcade gaming area for kids!

Very disappointing. We asked at the counter for a bowling lane lady asked us to wait for 15 mins and set us on waiting list. We ordered food and beer till the lane was free.after 30 mints I went over to check again and she said we had other customers come in so you have to wait another hour.
I checked previous reviews and I can see that it’s not the first time. As a customer I felt cheated. Poor service

Best place to hang out with friends. I enjoyed the arcade, mini golf, bowling and especially the food. Definitely going to visit again with more friends

It was the first time I played bowling. It was very fun and I could score full marks. However, it is difficult to find balls with specific hole yardages

Such an unpleasant experience yesterday (July 2nd). After arriving and giving our name, we were told a 30 minute wait. We waiting and spent 60$ on drinks, and an hour later, we were told they forget to put our name in their reservation system. This was a rare occasion for all of us to be able to go out and have a good night, just to end up sitting and doing nothing and having our night ruined. We left after being told we would have to wait another 30 minutes. No apology or solution. Just a blank stare and excuses.

Fav place! Love all the activities they have: the indoor putt, bowling lane, arcade and a bar lol our kids had so much fun there!

Had an amazing time here with my family in the afternoon. We booked the VIP alley. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Will surely visit this place again.
