First time here, it was great! Had a wide variety of options outside of the usual ayce sushi restaurant, at a competitive price!

Will be back for dinner next time.

Used to come here once every couple of weeks but won't be going back any time soon. The quality of food and service has dropped dramatically. The ipad ordering is great but it means that all servers won't even talk to you at all they just come over type a bit and then walk away. The food has really gone downhill as well. Whoever runs the noodle station needs to be retaught everything, it comes out undercooked every time and bland. Its really disappointing as the food used to be great. They have also removed some items from the lunch menu that were some of the best they had. For the price you pay, you are much better off to go somewhere where they care about the quality of food and service.

Foos is great and staff is very friendly. Highly recommend lots of options and perfect size portions.

I have been going to this place for a very long time. I always had a bad experience with the staff. First of all it’s very hard to understand their accent other than that they are very rude. Last time we went on dinner and the waitress who served us was very rude. She served us well at first but when I tipped her less than her expectations she told me never to do that again as it hurts. Rather than being thankful she told me to never do that again. Aren’t tips to be given with happiness rather than pressure. Never going back again.

A favorite place for our family to eat at. Great variety to choose from, even for picky eaters. We ordered the standard all you can eat lunch menu. It did include some sashimi. We went for lunch on a Friday. It was not busy, so the service was quick and accurate. We plan on keeping this location in our rotation of dining places. Cost was typical for this type of dining.

I don’t usually tip Resturant’s but this all you can eat resturant deserved every bit of it, servers always checked for my water, dirty plates, napkins and how I’m doing. Food was delicious as they had lots of variety and one of the few in Ontario that serves salmon sashimi during lunch! This is my new favourite all you can eat resturant for salmon sashimi! Bonus 10% off if you pay in cash!

I called to order and the response was absolutely rushed and rude and shut the phone on me like a joke!

Good food, service is either good or average depending on who's working. Improvement and consistency in service will make this a 5 star restaurant

Spoon & Fork Plus has Japanese, Thai, and Italian food. The regular Spoon & Fork locations only have Japanese and Thai. The combination sounds a little weird, and it is.

I personally don’t eat sushi - I went with a large group and they all said the sushi was very good and high quality. However, we all agreed that the sides and other dishes left a lot to be desired.

The Japanese sides were very mediocre. The only one that stood out to me was the sweet and sour chicken. It had a good crunch and flavour. Most sides lacked strong notes of flavour. This was particularly true with the Thai dishes. We had ordered cashew nut chicken, mango chicken, and the basil chicken lettuce wraps and every item was a miss. None had that classic amazing flavour profile of Thai food. The worst item was their Bangkok pad Thai - it was definitely a western style recipe and tasted like sweet ketchup.

The Italian food was also very okay. Truthfully, I found it an odd combination with the flavours of Asian cuisine.

It was also quite expensive. My partner and I were charged $90 before tip and we only drank water. I’ve been to many all you can eats with just as large of a menu (and better quality) for less per person. I wouldn’t mind the price if the food was better.

We went for lunch at this location today. Food was very good and well in line with the price. Servers were prompt and courteous.

The food is amazing, the employees that work there amazing. When you order your food it comes pretty quick.the restaurant is very clean and tidy I would go there again and again I love it there.

The food was good, but the servers were so busy they would just drop your stuff off and leave without eye contact. I've mostly gone for lunch before and after going for dinner, I can't say there's much of a reason to pay extra for it. But I definitely love the variety and sushi as a whole, just stick to lunch!

Save your money. Quality is not consistent- spoke with manager today about receiving an incorrect order. He wasn’t interested in resolving the issue. Also heads up don’t bother ordering from Skipthedishes - they will not honour incorrect orders.

One of the best Suishi buffets I've been to in the area. Suishi was good almost a la carte level but they should add more meat options. Overall I had a great experience here.

Had a lovely and delicious a la carte dinner with my mom last night. This place is known for their all you can taste sushi and Thai, yet the a la carte was just as amazing. Great decor and friendly staff.

Waiter wouldn’t let us pay without 30% tip service wasn’t that good prob cause we were teenagers very disappointed ️

We were a party of ten persons including kids. We were greeted well, seated efficiently and promptly and the composition of our party noted. We placed our orders on the menu iPad, and service was prompt. The food taste and quality was extremely good. Since it is a sushi place, with an all you can eat system, we kept ordering diverse dishes. The service was cheerful all the time.
Definitely a place one can visit again and again.

This place is astonishingly an epic fail. The biggest epic fail is their service. The servers lack the minimum training and knowledge that qualifies them to serve in a restaurant.

We were 6 at the table and they just kept placing dishes on one end of the table. They made room for other dishes, literally, by pushing other dishes away from the other end.

No one in the restaurant cares about your satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is extinct. Just pay, eat and leave. Table setup, customer services, and the overall experience are nothing I’d love to try again.

Finally, and most importantly, food is way below average. The same lack of interest in service clearly appears in their dishes and the presentation. The only thing I ended up eating was salmon sashimi and it was actually fresh and good.

If you wish to go out for a family dinner, just like we wanted, please don’t visit this place as you will end up messing up your night and your kids’ night.

Great seating and service. The food flies in so take your time and make it a ting. The servers are super helpful. The food is fresh and I heard its halal.

The quality of the food is good but the portions too small. They took to much time to serve one order to the next one. It is probably a practice to wait that the customers are feeling full. We have to cancel the next orders because we were tired of waiting. It looks like they are trying to save money. We are really disappointed.

Good food service and pricing. It is a must for any Asian food lover. Great way yo offer and present the food. 2nd but not last time there.

Extremely slow with the all you can eat intentionally getting orders every perhaps 20 to 30 mins. They don't bring what you ordered but way less. The waitress was so rude. Bad experience for a bigger family.

Came here with my family for Father's Day. Was initially excited due to the five star reviews, but soon learned that those would be bs. Ordered food and waited 1 and a half hours for a plate of fries and a measly chicken bowl. While the food was good, the wait was absolutely ridiculous, having servers avoid us and not one came to even refill water once asked. We talked to the manager and only after that did we get maybe 10/20% of what we ordered? It was close to almost nothing. When our food even managed to come to our table we had found a hair in the chicken, rendering it inedible. All in all was not an experience I would ever like to repeat again. If you want good food that will actually fill your stomach I suggest not going here.

Sushi, tempura, curries, you name it and it's on the menu. All you can eat and the food comes hot and fast. Service was fabulous and courteous. Love this place ️

Was pretty disappointing here. Lack of variety of sushi at lunch time. Quality of food was decent but not great. Dessert options were extremely limited. And staff did poorly with bills, mixing up everyone's extra charges. Probably will not come back here.

Not a lot of vegetarian sushi roll options compare with other places but the space is quite big and comfortable. They are still taking order by the staff so it takes time to get orders fired. Otherwise it was a good place to go for AYCE with wide variety of cuisines.

Been here before for their poke and had a decent experience so decided to come back during covid to support them. Prices have shot up since then. I ordered a salmon poke bowl and it came up close to $18 for a small bowl of dressed veggies and tiny chunks of salmon. Front counter staff seemed agitated while I was ordering but they were busy so it was understandable I suppose.

I ordered a Roll platter on the day of STEP 3 re-opening and the rolls were barely hanging on. Not wrapped tight. Otherwise it was a speedy and courteous service.

Food is great! Service is fast. They don’t miss anything that you order. Only reason I’m giving it a 4 star is because they charged me $7 for a 750ml san pellegrino (normally sold for $1.47)

Very rude! You call to ask if they have a table for two people since inside dining is open now and the employee who answers says nervously: "We always recommend that you make a reservation, I'm not a fortune teller" Actually hospitality is an art and not everyone can master it! Very rude and disrespectful. I have been going to this place for years but not anymore!

A very nice restaurant to go to when you are craving Asian food. I liked the variety they have in their menu. The portions were great. I particularly enjoy sushi and chicken there. The Orange cashew nut chicken I ordered had such a great burst of flavors! The rates are reasonable considering the big portions. I definitely recommend this place.

We had the buffet the food was very very tasty. Stuff was great. Very clean restaurant. Bathrooms are very clean. Reasonable priced.

Great AYCE sushi place. In my opinion the best overall west of Toronto. The only place I know of that offers all you can eat sashimi at lunch. Their shrimp dishes are amazing (however if you want to experience them in all their glory go for dinner).

Speed was way too slow. There were 15 min gaps between small portions of the orders and some orders didn't arrive at all. Taste was not that great and the food felt very oil. The sushi was very low quality and messy. My friends and I, all ended up food poisoned after the dinner here. Customer service was honestly awful, probably one of the worst experiences ever. The server showed up 30 mins into our dinner and asked "Are you done? ", we refused and they kept repeating it every 10 mins until we had to leave of annoyance. Their desserts are garbage too and I don't really see a reason why anyone would come here unless you'd like to punish yourself or your friends.

This is our place to order Sushi Party Trays, excellent portion size for the Price. Quality Sushi, great presentation.due to pandemic I've only been ordering out, but the place has a great ambience for inplace

This place is amazing. Lots of great sushi dishes as well as other Japanese and Thai food. What really makes this place stand out is they also have a few Italian options which is perfect! Everything is small portions do you can try a bit of everything!

This is my favourite restaurant, I come here with my parents often but I went there tonight with a friend and was utterly shocked at the service that we received. Our waitress seemed to have no time and patience for us, yet could have full conversations with her other tables (all adults). It is really unfortunate that staff in restaurants still get away with the way the treat teenagers when they go out for dinner.

Most of our food we had to order twice or three times before we got it, all of our food that came the first time took at least 20 minutes, when we paid she threw our bills on our plates (that we were still eating off of), and she barely said 2 words to us all night.

I have worked in the restaurant industry for about 3 years now so when we got home I decided to call and ask to speak to a manager. I didn't feel I would have any luck requesting to speak with him at the restaurant so I waited. The first time I called I was told that I couldn't talk to a manager and I should call back later (if I did that at my work, there would be an issue) when I called back, the manager was nothing but dismissive of what I experienced and told us that the next time we came in he "might send over a dessert or something" but didn't have much patience to listen to how we spent our night.

I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant. It will be awhile before I even consider returning or recommending.

I was eating off my plate which had edamame scraps on it, and the server picked up the scraps from my plate with her bare hands while i was still eating and transfered it to an empty bowl that was on my table.kinda got grossed out having someone touch my plate of food while i was eating

Always a great AYCE. Escargot is a definite plus at this restaurant! My child loves the escargot. The sushi is great. Best Japanese restaurant ever.

Great staff, great food! Was very busy when 5 of us went. Had to wait 30 mins for a table. The only problem was the order kept getting mixed up.
