Staff always pleasant, too.

The staff were very helpful and helped me find the perfect shoes for work. Also picked up a Yeti cup while I was there.

I brought a bike in a box to be assembled. The expected finish day was after a week but we needed it to be ready in 2 days for a camping trip. Thanks to Risa a manager at sports chek, she arranged with another sport chek store to be assembled befroe our trip. Great customer service. Great cooperation between diffrent sports chek stores. Thanks Risa and her team for your great help!

The young staff are very chatty. I had a bad experience today around 17: 30. I was in the fitting room with many stuff I picked to try on.so I opedned the door.it was a young blonde lady with avarage size was chatting with a boy. I aksed several times if anybody could help me.to the point that the guy in front of her advised her to come to me. I asked her for a bigger size of ripzone long beach short. I asked for size 32.she checked it on with machnine and found one in her stock.she kept asking me where I picked the small one and I said that I forgot.she went and came back in 1 minute saying that there is nothing in the stock.eventullay I came out and find a guy and aksed him for that size.he went to the stoarge area and brought that size to me. At the cashier i brought the situation to Liliana and she just said sorry. I even told her who was that girl but did not catch her name. I found that the clients at this store are on their own.very bad experince.

Consistently terrible service. Be prepared to help yourself or have to burden an employee for help.

Been here once or twice. Nice variety of sweaters and jackrts. Its pretty overpriced so you should shop somewhere else.

Great store, great customer service. The managers and staff are chill, helpful and friendly. Good inventory too.

I generally have had good experiences at Sportchek, but this location needs improvement with customer service. Just tell me you don’t have something, instead of telling me you might have it in the back and have me stand there in plain sight in front of you while you serve others. Glad I don’t live near here, but hopefully this review helps them to improve in the future.

Not a very large selection in store, but very friendly & attentive staff. We were not left un attended. The good thing is if the order is placed in store, everything on the website can be shipped to store or home at no additional shipping charge!

Staff is friendly, store is generally clean/organized. Downside it seems is limited availability of sizes in the store, probably due to product sent here and being a smaller scale store.

Large selection of sports needs. Definitely have some good deals too so should look out for those.

Enjoyed this Sport Chek Stouffville store a lot, Smaller than most I have been too but this is a smaller community. Store laid out well and well stocked. Loads of parking available.

Many things to cover in this review: First, The team there is positive and hard working - that's really good. The prices there are also buyable whereas at other stores shoes are like $150. However, the lack of shoe sizes in stock is absurd. I was getting a certain shoe size asking for a 5Y (yes, my feet are tiny) and they give me a 6.5 because the don't have anything ranging from 1.6. Also, When I did get shoes that were. 5 off my size, guess what was in the box? If you guessed two left shoes, then, you're correct! That's right. They gave me TWO LEFT SHOES in one box. I find that ridiculous.

Staff is positive, Shoes are decently priced. However, lack of shoe sizes is bad, Recieved two left shoes in one box.

Went here to find that employees are putting limited edition clothes on hold for themselves before the end of the day. Had the worker tell me that she put the shirt on hold for herself and to go downtown to get the shirt. Worst customer service ever!

The worst costumer service. Tuesday afternoon, place was dead. Waiting in shoes for 10 mins. I went to the front and found two associates sitting on the counter chatting.the guy even seemed put out that i was asking for help.he walked me back to shoes and shuffled me off on another associated.this associate gave me my shoes and walked away back into the stock room not to return. I had to yell in the stock room for help with another size.the shoes fit but i walked out. I will not be back.

Can i just say this our customer service experience has been phenomenal, outstanding, amazing. Suzie and Kyle along with all their other customer service staff were beyond amazing. Love love love.
