Was here with my sister Nov 4 2023 walked in and no hello good morning nothing (walked pasted 4 people who worked there) not once were we asked if we needed any help! Told my sister to leave and get her jacket elsewhere. Looks like some kids need to be trained again!

Don’t go there! They gave my daughter wrong size shoes! When she wear once I find the size not fit her feet and same with her old shoes! That was so terrible. The staff just blamed me why she wear before chose the wrong size. Very rude and bad service. So terrible experience shopping for there! I strongly suggest DON’T GO THERE!

Non existent customer service. No one helps. Selection of sizes very poor. Not the best location.

I went to go get shoes for me and my mom and had no clue what to get the sales rep was so helpful knew exactly what he was talking about, and so kind just a real gem and got the best service possible so thank you Lynden you are amazing

Not happy with this store. Items with no price tags. Items with wrong prices or old signage. Tripping hazard in back or store, I cut my knees falling down hard. No one came to help or cared. Service not proactive in helping customers find items.

I just went to the store today with the issue of my Badminton racket. Trust me, Alan is the store manager and he gave the best customer experience. I recently moved to Ajax and I had the unbeatable experience. Thanks Alan, congrats to the team working under him for getting such a great Manager.

Excellent service for my hybrid bicycle that had a flat tire. The gentleman at the service desk was friendly. Dante replaced my tire (inner tube) in 10 minutes while I waited, then we had a good chat about bicycles and gear. It was just an overall pleasant experience, and I was able to bike home. I'm happy. Keep it up, Sport Chek.

Went to this store today to purchase a bike for my 4 year old grandson. The employee in the bike section unlocked the bike we wanted to buy so we could have him sit on it. When we headed to the front of the store with the bike this employee was nowhere around. When I got to the cash I was told that I needed some inspection, etc.before I could purchase it. I was annoyed that the employee in the bike section didn't tell us about this before he left. The cashier spoke to someone in the bike section and told him that I was told that the inspection wasn't required. I told the cashier that I didn't say that and hauled the bike back to the rear of the store. The cashier didn't know that my son-in-law and daughter had stepped up to his cash and, in front of them, called to the bike section and told them to "watch out because the rudest lady he'd ever seen was heading back there. " I didn't know about this until after we got home. If I had, I would have asked to speak to the manager. Both my son-in-law and daughter told the cashier what they thought of his behavior. I had every right to be annoyed by the poor service I received and was appalled that your employee felt he could say such things in front of other customers. I was also not the only customer who was frustrated with poor service they received.

I purchased a baseball glove for my boy and I. Great price for my son's glove but mine seemed a little high for the poor selection of gloves as I only seen 2 or 3 my size as a right hand player. Nonetheless was able to purchase the mitts to play woth my son.

My partner bought a glove from here a month ago and it’s still in great condition, wanted to buy a leftie glove but none of them fit so I had to go somewhere else

I went to pickup a bike helmet and it was a nice experience for me. I am able to talk to the staff nicely and get the product as needed.

Mellisa was very helpful and patient with looking up an old receipt I lost. I truly appreciate her customer service and trying to help me out! Thanks Melissa
