Sport Chek

Extremely happy with my recent visit to this location. I wanted to get a jersey crested and I was directed to Anthony. He went above and beyond to make sure I left the store happy. Took his time with the cresting and was patient with how picky I was. I’ll be go back to him for more of my jersey cresting for sure.

The staff here were super helpful! James helped me search for a Vladdy jersey in my size and offered to quickly letter and print a new one so we could make it to the game. Another associate searched the store for the last Nike tights in my fiance's size and found it on a mannequin which he took apart to get! Great service. Will definitely come back here for all my fan gear.

Place is pretty bland. Plain Jane kind of store. They do not carry a lot of NFL apparel jerseys. Quite a few team jerseys I have never seen them carry. I. E New Orleans Saints.
Jerseys and/or hats.
Staff seem really friendly and knowledgeable though.

Store manager tried to intimidate me into not returning swimwear even though I have double-checked with Eaton Centre Sports Chek employees was ok to return before I bought them. Please, be consistent in your policies and don’t treat your customers condescendingly like children.

I bought a Raptors basketball jersey there a few days ago and was helped by Marco. Great experience dealing with him for my first jersey. He was very knowledgeable, was able to answer my questions and gave me lots of great tips. I always visit this location when I am in Toronto and find good merchandise, often on sale.

I’m surprised but glad this location has stayed open past the pandemic.

This looks like a big location but they don’t carry hiking shoes (say they only carry running and walking shoes because that’s what people living downtown usually want).

But they do have a good variety of everything else and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Confusing layout and limited selection given the size. Staff are not particularly interested in helping customers.

What an amazing store the staff are exceptional. I had bought leaf sweaters from another sporchek and needed a name to be put on the back. It was a 2hrs journey to get there. The were so helpful put names on both jerseys in 20 mins. I could nit be more impressed

This is not a typical Sports check. They just sell Sports goods like jersey, cap etc. You can not buy or return bike, shoes etc. This is the only exception one in North America.

Was just at this location. It does not have running shoes. However the young lady at cash was very helpful and even offered to look up the asics I wanted.

Had really great experience today. The manager that assisted me was exceptionally knowledgeable and very helpful. I would definitely return to this store in the future. ️️

I picked up a hat from here using curbside. The pickup email was prompt and had friendly curbside service.

What aa dumb business, not only will i not shop at sport check, but i wont shop at canadian tire and shoppers either, rexall all the way, amazon all the way

Was verbally told my discounted price for infant jerseys with my shown discounted coupon. Went up to cash and was told my discount expired yesterday and my verbal discounted price could not be honored. Asked the manager and he said no. Bad customer service. Would not recommend.

Glenn, in men’s shoes, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.
I would recommend asking for him when you are looking for shoes.

Lacking in stock and lacking the common decency to turn to a customer when a question is being asked. Oddly elitist for a sports chek. Do yourself a favor and head to the Eaton's Centre location

This SportChek store is big, clean and well-maintained. The staff are also friendly and helpful throughout the visit. A lot of the inventory in this store leans towards Toronto teams' jerseys, memorabilia and other fan gear (given its proximity to the Rogers Centre and Scotiabank Arena, this is not surprising).

The actual merchandise geared towards athletes (i.e. Runners, Crossfitters, etc.) is a bit slim. If you're after actual performance gear and apparel, you're better off going to SportChek at Eaton Centre which will likely carry what you're looking for.

Service was good but the jersey crester was phenomenal. Got a Morgan Rielly jersey done, he asked if I wanted the A on the jersey or if I'd Like to wait until he potentially gets the captaincy. Good to know their staff knows what they're talking talking about. That's what keeps their customers coming back

This isn't a proper sport chek. They only carry hats and jerseys. No sporting equipment whatsoever. Don't bother going unless you're a tourist.
