Very poor customer service experience at the counter. They lady at the counter on 16/01/2024 was tough to deal with and instead of helping me and answer the questions she was laughing with her co worker about my lack of knowledge of triangle app and their points redeem system.

Worst customer service ever, specially store manager who is afro American decent. Super uncooperative and negetive towards customers. She is there to show her powers as a store manager and she feels proud about it. I would not recommend going to that location.

The guy calls himself a manager of this store doesn’t even have single skill to be an associate. Doesn’t know what customer service is. No patience, very arrogant, no listening skills, no communication skills. Wanna know who qualified him as manager. Extremely disappointed with his service.

Great Sport Chek

Walked in and a female worker who most likely had African Descent with glasses went out of her way to show a friendly greeting while she was trying to do something. I was looking for Soccer Shin Guards. I was spending some time looking at Soccer shoes. Another worker who was from African Descent, had glasses and was a male was very friendly. Then, I also was trying to choose out the right shin guards for me and wasn't quite sure. A Caucasian worker with slightly long hair approached me, I believed he was working at the back desk. Asked me I needed help with anything. He was very calm, friendly, and patient. I asked him if they had a XL size for Shin Guards, unfortunately they didn't have them but he looked it up for me and even told me to try them on to see if they fit. He also gave me good advice on how the shin guards would definitely be the right size for me. Great Staff!

We went to the store, me and my friends.
We were forced out of the store by the guy named Marcus who was on duty Wednesday night 29march. He said "out of the store" when we were standing at the cash counter solving our problem. Doesn't have patience to work with customers, why should he work in this department then? Poor customer service.

I called to put something on hold from another location, when this location answered the associate proceeded to tell me that they do not do holds anymore as per their "new store policy, " when I told her I was inside another SportCheck and they said I could do holds she took the item number from me.

Upon looking for the item (since there was only 1 in stock) she tells me that it might have been stolen because there was nothing there and she asked her manager as well. SportCheck should work on stock accuracy and loss prevention instead of blaming and consumer right away and they should train their staff by and make sure everyone is on the same page in terms of whatever "new policy" is in place. - it makes your store look bad.

Disappointed but not surprised.

Everyone I spoke with, from this location, provides excellent customer service, and took the time to answer all of our questions.
But i wanna thanks Shaurya sharma for her help to us. She have patience to answer all our questions regarding products and promotions (if i go with triangle master card.
Thanks once again. I will visit again

Always have a good experience shopping at this sport check. Most of the deal items always sold very fast. You can easily find associates there to answer your questions.
Went there to return an item and service was seamless.
This sport check is always busy one.
You can easily find parking.
Customer service always great.

Wish I could post negative review here, waited for 20 minutes to get some help. The employee tossed us to the next staff 4-5 times. Worst staff I have come across. Made fun of us in front of us. Disgraceful public dealing. Rude, unethical, and of no help. Done with the store in future.

Ok so we all know quality is important so I picked up an item a month before for workout and by the end of the 4 weeks the item wasn’t wearable anymore and so I went to exchange it for a better quality and I had no receipt but I did purchase it on my credit card. Let me say my customer service person was Tristan he was extremely helpful and did ever could to make it right and so that I was happy. Honestly it makes a huge difference when you have service like that. The store should be proud to have people who work so well to make clients happy. Thank you Tristan.

Buyer Beware. The extent the company has thought out the experience of returning products during in-store shopping closure is: you cannot get a refund until whenever stores reopen. The head office service line also advised you will wait a month for a refund if you mail it back. I was sold a product at curbside that was falling apart, which I can understand silly mistakes happen, but here I am taken to the cleaners because of it.

Disorganized staff, it took them over 30 min to process a simple exchange, the cashier passed me off to the assistant manager because she wasn’t trained properly, the assistant manager was a rude and she didn’t even apologize for the time it took. It’s not my fault it took you 30 min to process a simple return.

Trinity Commons is totally rude. There is no information stating 24hrs to pickup. I would not have ordered curbside had I known there was a delay between ordering and it being ready.

How hard is it to grab a pair of shoes and give it to me in a few hours?

So I visited this store once upon a time to buy some resistance bands, as I was testing them out, an annoying 19 year old kept asking me if I "needed help" (code for "don't you think of stealing it"). Later on, the employee beams in on a South Asian couple, accusing them of stealing. Never came back ever again to this location. This happened long ago but worth a review, I bet things didn't change much (most of the employees are white somehow but the majority of people that live in the area are either brown or black). Had to call 'em out.

I had her running around for me numerous times and was always coming back to help me with a huge smile on her Face! This store was always my go to, reasons like this is why! Always a great experience!

We purchased items online that were delivered to another store in Mississauga. When we went to Mississauga location, they were unexpectedly closed (unsure if it was due to covid). We called the Trinity Commons location and they were able to have the order ready for us in an hour the same day. It was helpful since it were gifts we were giving to for a special occasion. I've been at this location on several other occasions and it's always been pleasant.

Not the greatest experience, had appointment to get bike fixed and tuned, rode bike there for 20 min under 35 degree sun, to be told that technician hasn't showed up for a couple of days, and told to take bike back home. They had my name and # to have called and canceled appointment.

If i could give 1/2 star for customer service I would. I have no problem with student working, but they need to be taught manners and taught how to interact with customers. I have never experienced a cashier talking back and calling the customer rude. This particular cashiers name was Harleen. She wasn't even working with me on my transaction. It was another student who handed me 4 long receipts and paper all lumped together. Its common sense to staple these receipts together or at least hand them back in a proper manner. Don't just shove them at the customer. What bothered me even more was that the cashier named Harleen was disrespectful and was mouthy. If a senior manager reads this review, please have a talk with your employees that customer service is vital for a business to do well. There are so many options to shop and I most likely will not be returning to this location again.

I would give this place a half star if I could. This location has great variety of merchandise, is spacious and well organized but sadly, the customer service is terrible which negates everything good about it. Most of the employees here are unhelpful and disrespectful, hate the customers, and are doing bare minimum to keep their jobs. Went to buy compression socks advertised on their website on a Friday evening. The place was barely busy. Asked one employee about the socks and she directed me to the shoe section. Went there and spent quite some time looking for them but in vain. There was a pair of male teenager employees close by, doing absolutely nothing but quietly chatting and watching me struggle. Having worked in retail previously I was well aware of their reluctance in voluntarily offering help to a customer, and I personally only seek store staff when I can't find an item at all, so I let them carry on. But when 15 or so minutes had passed and I couldn't find the socks anywhere I needed some direction. One of the guys had left so I approached the other one (who saw me coming and tried to avoid my eye; description: white, tall and skinny, probably late teens, heavy acne on the face) and asked him about what I was looking for. He looked taken aback like he had never heard of it before; then quickly masked it by saying "let me check" and disappeared in one of the aisles. Half a second later (which was clearly not enough to find an item he had never heard of) he reappeared and delivered the much familiar sales floor fib "sorry, we don't have it in stock" so that I would leave him alone and he could go back to doing nothing. I repeated what he said in disbelief and displayed the item on my phone where the website clearly said it was in stock. He shrugged, muttered 'sorry' and left. Surprisingly I found the item a minute later and said "I found it". He pretended to not hear although he was clearly within earshot so I repeated myself a bit loudly just to make him realize he didn't even try looking for it. He went 'oh' and ducked into the backroom. Another staff came by after some time and helped me locate the right size; the only reason I am giving this place a half star. As I was about to leave, I spotted the same pimply kid talking to his friend, both of them observing me and unsurprisingly, doing nothing. I proceeded to the checkout, where two female cashiers were tending to a man.actually one was cashing him out while the other was just chatting him up. She clearly noted me waiting and could have started my transaction but continued talking until after the guy had left. All in all, I spent an hour at this place when it should have taken me half. Horrible experience. I need to return whatever I ended up buying but this time I will go to another location. Avoid unless you don't need any interaction with the staff.

Good store to shop at. Helpfull employee's, good service. Didn't have a size I wanted so they offered to have if delivered to my house free of charge! That's great, I dont have to go anywhere else to get them! Thanks sportchek

I went to buy my son a bike today. The bike department had 2 employees around. I stood around for couple of minutes and no one offered any help. I then asked another employee passing by and she pointed that she can’t help but did ask one of the bike section person to help. Out of the 2 in this section, one was sharpening skates (no waiting customer) and one was helping another customer. The skate-sharpener kept at skates and ignored me for 5 mins. Eventually he asked another employee (who came out from back). The new person declined, claiming he has something to do in the back and went back to where he came from. Now, I had spent 10 mins waiting around. I decided to leave at this point. I am not giving my 400-500 dollars to these people. 2 people who chose to do something other than help a waiting customer. This points to horrible training. A very poor experience. If you know exactly what you are buying, buy and get out. Don’t bother with any help.

They’re in desperate need of a cleaning!

I bough girls slipper 6 days back.customer service representative said that you can use the slipper 1-2 times and exchange it if you don't feel comfortable.i went today to exchange.after having look on slippers one cashier said you can go and get new one.but when I take new one and came back to cashier but that wasn't same girl.she refused to take it back.i don't know who don't know the store policy.worst experience ever

What a shame!

I walked into this place yesterday and a very nice seller made me buy a nice bike, so far till here everything looks good.
Then.
The day after I had to go back to the store bc the front crown was lose and giggling.
They told me that they are not excepting anymore bikes for service bc they have only one technician and he works part-time!
I received a flyer with the Owner’s Manual book when I got the bike, saying I have Free services for one year on the bike for tune up and all necessary (of course including one year factory warranty), but now I started to laugh thinking, how can I get a service in a place that hey don’t accept more customers bc they have a technician working PART-TIME?

This is how Sportcheck take care of theirs customer? 800$ bycicle!
If I knew if I was buying my bike somewhere else for sure.

Stay away from this place if you don’t like headaches!

I never seem to find the sizes I'm looking for. Size 8 shoes r hard to find. Large size trousers r also rare. Either they dont stock much on the more in demand sizes or this location seems heavy traffic. Both ways.doesn't work fo me.

Busy location on the weekends. Usually is staffed appropriately. No need to be running around the store looking for employees to help, they are easy to spot and are willing.

Was going to drive up here from Mississauga and called ahead so they could put a winter jacket aside for me until I got there - which was their only one they had in stock in the size I wanted. The lady on the phone gladly did so and I was able to race over here and exchange it! Saved me a lot of trouble:)
