Bad. Just straight up BAD. Mind blown that they could jack my cut up this bad. You could legitimately convince me this woman had never cut hair before. Looks like a trigger happy raccoon took a fillet knife to my hair. Straight up BUTCHERED it. I cannot discourage anybody enough from coming here.

Very poor choice of barber.spoke to a lady on the phone about cutting my style of hair as I’m mixed race. I do not think I picked the correct barber as this lady Mihaela who had cut my hair had an attitude about what I wanted and was clearly not interested in the cut.didn’t even try to take any time of day to line my up hair. Was surprisingly told "ok you’re done! " While we were clearly not haha. Unfortunately I don’t think I got the original lady I spoke to over the phone so I will not return to this dump. Very upsetting and a waste of time, I do not recommend.

Sandra did a great job, 2 of my friends are going to get free hair cuts on me (Sandra) liked the MVP, tea tree shampoo is invigorating.

I went in as a first time customer and received the MVP Experience. I was not expecting a steamed towel, massage shampoo and relaxing treatment and I got to say, I was pampered. Thanks Michelle!

I went on here to give a review about the organization and saw some wild accusations about the manager Sandra. She is far from a racist, she has been cutting my brothers and I hair since we were kids and has never made us feel as if we are not welcome in her store due to our coloured skin. It is sad to see someone who treats people so kindly regardless of the colour of their skin being labeled a racist.

I saw a recent post accusing staff here of being racist. This is absolutely INSANE and infuriating to read, given how I'm a POC, and so are many of the staff including their wonderful manager Sandra, and where I've known the staff for over 15 years, and ***never once*** have I ever felt uncomfortable, or have I seen anything that would even remotely justify such an absolutely absurd statement!

Skilled and very friendly staff! Been with them for many many years and wouldn't want anyone else to touch my hair!

I have been going to sport clips since it opened, I am a very long time customer of Sandra's. I have only positives things to say about her and her staff. They always provide a warn welcoming and professional environment. I always leave there as a satisfied customer.

Cant remember the womans name but I came in monday to get my haircut no wait got the MVP upgrade she was very nice did my hair perfectly and it was nice to talk to someone friendly!

No wait when I went, staff were amazing and made sure I was fully satisfied with the cut before I left.

Covid19 protocols in place, friendly and courteous service- used the app to check-in and did not have to wait. MVP service worth every penny.

Just paid $35 for probably one of the worst hair cuts of my life; cut much shorter than i asked, the sides aren’t even, and the back is cut on an angle and not remotely close to straight. Will not be returning.

Took my 10 yr old son and received the WORST hair cut of his life! This “hairdresser” destroyed it - literally. Cant believe I wasted almost $30 - will NEVER go back. Hoping I can find a REAL barber to fix this mess!

Went for the MVP package. Excellent value for money, and the staff were very professional and friendly. The booking system is well managed, and it is particularly helpful with social distancing practices. Likely one of the best customer experiences I have had at a barber shop.

Called them and I was told that first come and first service. When arrived a few min later, I was told to come back 30 min later. I went to another barber shop 2 min away. Got it right away with better price and better service. Supercut is super than sport clips. As a business, to be consistent is essential.

The worst haircut my son has ever had. Even I did better during the lockdown. If you go there it is a big chance that you will be disappointed.

In town for business and realized I was looking a bit shabby. I spotted Sport Clips and decided to give it a try. Wow, what a great experience! From the stylist listening to what I wanted out of my cut, the unexpected head massage during the shampoo, the hot towel for your face, and the perfect cut, it was just wonderful!

Honestly went for a hair cut waited 40mins and than she messed up my cut, I didn’t pay for it but i work at an Airline. They want everything sharp now i might get sent home cause of haircut or not be able to work for 30 dollar haircut. I wouldn’t want to go there again.

Been going to get my hair cut there now for about a year or so and I've never had any issues. Very clean facility and efficient staff. Multiple screens all throughout the shop playing multiple games and sports so you'll be entertained as well.

I had a amazing experience here at this sport clips location. I have searched and searched for a place that takes pride in cutting hair and this is the place Sport Clips. I will for sure make this my go to hair place. Loved the environment, everyone was happy and friendly. My stylist Sandra. Was absolutely amazing. Very professional and did a incredible job. We take our toddler here for haircuts. They are always patient with him and the service it fast. We've always been satisfied with his haircuts.

Like going Sport Clips Haircuts Burlington for my haircut, never a long line if you use the app or website, great service, lots of parking. Also get to watch sports channels while waiting and while getting my hair cut. HIGHLY recommend sports clips.

Sandra, the stylist I received was awesome. She did a great job giving me trim and also amazing at executing the MVP package. She could talk sports all day. I will be definitely be coming back to see her again

The ladies here are great! Michelle is pretty much the favorite at this location! They are super helpful if you don’t know what you want to do and are super nice! I definitely recommend it!

I LOVE this place! Always clean and all the stylists are friendly and provide a fun and professional atmosphere. I drive about 30 minutes out of my way to go here because it's worth it. I always go to Sandra and she makes me laugh every time!

I go regularly to this location and on the worst days, service is still pretty good. However, today Michelle cut my hair and I got the MVP, and I was blown away by her talent and service. She's definitely won a loyal customer after my experience with her today!

I had a great experience! 5 stars no doubt about it. Sandra gave me a great cut. Her gradual fade was unmatched by any other. I recommend u go there next time you get a haircut!

Took both my boys here for haircuts just before school started. Place was jammed. Staff managed to efficiently get everyone through in a reasonable amount of time. Would go here again.

Kristin did such a fabulous job on my hair on Saturday she’s the best stylist I’ve ever had and will continue to visit her for my haircuts she really listens to what the customer wants and offers recommendations which is highly appreciated and does the best hair washing ever. Got a great haircut and an enjoyable shave, both in the expert hands of sandra. This will be my go to place, highly recommended.

Wanted to change barbershops, tried out Sports clips today. Got an appointment in 45 minutes and got Kristin for my barber. SHe did an excellent job cutting my hair from almost shoulder length into a faded side part. Perfect cut, highly recommend.

Ok price friendly service, innovative booking / signing in but no tap. Sport themed but soccer always on when I go, no thanks friendly staff. Odd setting number for clippers does not match any where I've got a haircut on earth weird

They were very professional in approach. On an individual level, my stylist was highly skilled and had crucial attention to detail. At the same time, she was able to be funny and candid about her general observations.

My son went in for a cut. The most horrible haircut of his life. I could have done a better job at home. Now he’s wearing a hat until it grows out. The girl that did it must not be qualified. It’s unbelievable to me. What’s even more unbelievable is that I actually paid for it. Never, ever will be go back there. And I will advise others the same. Don’t even give it a star but I’m forced to.
