I was a little disappointed with my trip today, I’m satisfied with the haircut however the prices have gone up and the stylist I had cut my neck good I have a long red mark across my neck and small nicks

This was a horrible experience. We came here many times and they would always make mistakes. They left one side longer than the other. The hairline was uneven, there were big clumps of hair in one spot than the other. I do not recommend coming here. They are nice but terrible hair service. Don’t know how they got hired to work here. They will leave you looking terrible.

I'm a male with longer hair.if you're a male with longer hair, don't go here. If you want a buzz cut or a short hair trim, I'm sure they can do that, as other people seemed happy leaving here.

However, my hair was at my shoulders, so I needed a bit cut off to shorten it. I went here out of convenience because they opened an hour earlier on Sunday than other places. Lesson learned.

Gentleman cut my hair, it looked good to me and I left. I got home and my wife said "It's lopsided". She was right, it was longer on the left than it was on the right and looked weird when I looked straight on in the mirror, so I went back.

After some explaining on how it was lopsided, they measured my hair and told me it was even, but I had to explain visually that it falls longer on one side than the other (about an inch lower on the left than the right, not a minor visual discrepancy) they re-cut my hair. The gentleman was having difficulty with it, so one of the ladies stepped in and thinned out the ends of my hair because she said it was thicker on one side than the other. They showed me the back and it looked fine. However, I didn't see it from THE SIDE. THE SIDES!

Basically, they gave me a male bob that sort of resembles a pageboy. Pictures attached, if the first cut had been even, it would have been fine. When they fixed it, it ended up being worse.

Sadly, I've decided to just have my wife shave my head tonight and am chalking this up to a $41 (with tip) lesson learned. Never again.

Brutal waited 15mins text said I was next but they take another person ahead of me and his names not even on the board. I left will never return.

It was an amazing experience with the wonderful customer service from Michael. He was very politely did my hair cut and beard and the way he is talking to me it was really good and appreciated.

Wasn’t the best experience this time. Overall an OK hair salon but I usually pick it because of its visibility over the line up and nothing else.
