Won't be bringing my son back there. Not impressed by the big prices and uneven terrible cut. Don't recommend!

Romel was great! He gave my son and I great haircuts. However there was a woman there with dark hair who went out of her way to be Unaccommodating. I wasn’t happy with the length of my son’s hair and Romel was ok to cut it shorter but she stepped in and made him charge me $10 extra because our “consultation was done already and the haircut was almost done. ” She also wanted to kick me out of the vip room where my 7 year old son was getting his hair washed until I told her I had no intention of leaving my son in a room with a stranger. What child or parent would be comfortable with that!? I will never go back there because of this 1 person’s rudeness and attitude. Unfortunate because she ruined it for an otherwise great haircut.

I enjoy coming to Sportclips because you have the option of a regular haircut or an MVP. With the M. V. P you get a choice of conditioners in your hair. Afterward you get a massage with a massage machine. I personally think it is worth it.

Kinda mad at the secret requirement to key in my phone number upon entry. Good haircut, but frustration about who is next, and the scheduler system is not employee break-aware.

Great service. There was no wait and I got a good haircut. The location is great and everything is clean and well maintained inside. Plus you get to watch sports while in the chair. I've been here a number of times now and always get a good haircut.

I checked in online but when I arrived around the recommended time the stylist I had chosen had just started with another customer. Next time I'll go somewhere that honors their bookings.

My partner and I recently visited Sport Clips on Wonderland South. The staff are awesome. It was a very hot day and my partner due to the high temperature and humidity started to feel unwell, the staff quickly got my attention to get him a drink. When I came back my partner was in the washroom. The staff upon his return to the chair asked if he was ok, if there was anything he needed. This was absolutely amazing customer service.

Came in two Fridays ago. First lady did an awful job and her fingers dug into my scalp. Next time the manager tried to fix her mistake but was unsuccessful. Now back here again on August 16 and this othrr lady finally did it right but I won't be returning.

Went on a weekday and there was only one person cutting hair, I had to wait around 30 min. And I was the only one waiting.

We have gone here a couple times. One experience was bad but the manger handled it well and got a good system going.

The last visit was with my husband and son. It was about a month ago. My son always gets his haircut here and my husband and it was a terrible experience. The guy who cut my sons hair did a terrible job and nicked his ear, than when he went to shave he missed and shaved a good chunk of my sons eyebrow where it is noticeable. All my husband was told is he is new and he’s sorry. I was infuriated and really upset. My son has a hard time with getting his hair cut and feeling comfortable with sharp things and this happens! We will not be returning.

I will never trust these employees with my son ever again. He has said that he doesn’t ever want to go back as well as my husband!

Don’t rely on the wait list board! I checked in and said wait would be 1 hour 12 mins so I went next door to couple shops while waiting for my turn. I came back an hour later so would be early and it said 45 mins left. I asked what happened and was told the board is constantly moving……. So I guess you can’t leave. Wasted my time!

Romel is great! This place is pretty heavy on the covid/communist protocols but other than that great service

Absolutely love this place stopped by here one year for the first time and never went anywhere else. Their MVP package is a MUST, great service and they always deliver a perfect cut.

Don't bring your toddler here unless they can wear their mask. They won't service 2 year olds without one.

My wife brought our 3 year old son to get a hair cut today. As soon as it was his turn he got up in the chair and took his mask off. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they refused to cut our son’s hair

Since it was my first time in I recieved the complementary MVP upgrade, it was fantastic. Great cut, loved the wash, hot towel, and shoulder massage. Dareen was my stylist, she was courteous and professional, I really like the on line booking as well. Great place, great service, I will be back.

Seemed to always have a good time whenever I visit Sport Clips. The wait is a tad long but the staff always appear friendly. Sports fans can watch games while they get their hair cut too which is pretty sweet!

Friendly, fast, great customer service, high quality haircuts and very organized. The price though, cannot be beat. It was 50 to 70% less that I used to pay in high-price salons. Go there, you’ll like it!

My cut today with Kelsie was amazing. She really took her time and made sure it looked good. The wait time and queue chart on the wall and self check in are great features.

Codi was an excellent stylist, she made sure not only to go by the notes, but asked how I styled it to make it perfect. She was engaging, happy, and made the whole experience perfect. Add on the MVP package, and short wait time; Its one of the best hair cuts and stylists Ive ever had. Highly recommended!

So today was the first time I had Jackie cut my hair and she did an amazing job! She styled/cut my hair exactly as shown and I'm very happy, thanks a lot Jackie! Looking forward to getting many more cuts done by you:) ps. She held a knife to my back until I posted this. HAHA just kidding, all seriousness, she did a great job! 10/10 would recommend!

Good haircuts and a caring staff. However, my last visit was simply amazing. Best haircut I have ever had. Jenna was amazing. She was kind, knew what I meant, and was just lovely to talk to. I highly recommend SportClips and specifically Jenna.

Love this place! The staff are wonderful and friendly. Always do exactly what my son asks for. Our last and most recent visit we saw Bekah. She was awesome with my 4 year old son, and made him feel so special. She was very engaging with him, and put him at ease with the buzzer. She trimmed my hair and let my 4 year old help. Overall amazing place. I will never go anywhere else!

Jody gives the best hair cuts. She takes the time to make it look good, especially with kids. The other staff is very friendly and welcoming. It is a great location to visit and worth the wait.

Agreed with a lot of the reviews here, I went in to get a simple buzz clean up on the sides. Took less than 10 minutes, and was surprised to be charged a full 23.99. Most barbers, or even stylists have a separate price for buzzes. This place is simply too expensive compared to a lot of cheap comparable barbers in London.

Went in for the first time and just asked for a trim, she messed up my hair lines and my sideburns are different on each side. Im normally not very picky with my haircuts but im pretty disappointed with this one.

I've been bringing my son here for over a year Although we have had several hairdressers move or relocate to other locations we have never had an issue. Our recent hairdresser didn't blend his hair properly and it looked uneven. The manager Bekah fixed his hair at no cost and was friendly and professional about it. I appreciated how she handled it and how well of a job she did fixing it. Thank you.
