Great friendly service! Took my son for his first haircut this weekend and the staff were amazing with my son. Definitely recommend

I always get a predictably good haircut. They do occasionally have problems with the app that lets one check in online, but on the whole, it is a good experience.

What a great experience at Sport Clips in Sarnia in the Lambton Mall area.
I was visiting from out of town so did not have an appointment. I was acknowledged immediately in a friendly way by both stylists. Chantal took me right away and cut my hair exactly how I wanted. Also I was surprised to find that beard trimming and styling was available. Chantal expertly sculpted my beard and provided their MVP service (hot towel treatment, etc.) which was complimentary on this 1st visit. Of course sports events on the many big screens.
I would absolutely recommend Sport Clips Sarnia.

Have been on varying times and days of the week. Unless you book online first thing in the morning good luck. They need more staff and experience. Lots of other better options In town for a cut. Mediocre at best.

Hi I have been a loyal costumer of Sport Clips but that ended today as I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency of the pricing of a Hair cut, I was charged $47 dollars for my cut today I did not ask for anything special MVP I just thought I was getting a regular cut at $30 when I went back in I had thought there was a mistake made but the owner informed me that the cut I received was an extra 10 no where in the store is anything posted nor was I told that I would be charged extra for my cut. So to all that go to Sport clips beware of upcharges they will not ever get my business again and they don’t believe in the customer is always right because I did not get my $10 back. I now know why they can not keep there staff I believe they just don’t like ripping there clients off so they leave, the women there are fantastic and I hold no I’ll will towards them

I can leave work and come back with a haircut in under 20 minutes.

Flawed check in system, had a time set from checking in on the app got there 10 minutes before my appt and then was bumped for no reason for my wait to now be 36 minutes when i got there. Whats the point of the app. Useless

Got online and booked an appointment. Showed up for recommended time. Hairdresser took lunch late and decided not to call and let me know. Was told to wait 20 minutes. Waited 30 minutes late before leaving with no haircut. Disgusting.

The staff that is there are good and very nice but you need to get more people! The wait time is crazy.
I have lived in Sarnia for two years and options are limited but if the lack of staff continues I will begin to look elsewhere.

Hate saying mediocre, but I'm not blown away by the cost: value ratio. It's a way to spend half an hour and have shorter hair. I'm hoping for better each try. The online check-in is nice enough, but the convenience is outweighed by the lack of charisma and talent. Sorry, girls. (They change a lot).

Haven’t changed their hours online. Booked a haircut online a short while back, got there, waited for at least half an hour before someone noticed I was there and told me they didn’t have time for my haircut because they were closing soon. Meaning it let me check in on the website, waste about an hour of my time (between driving and waiting), only to get turned away.
Likely won’t be back.
