Sukhwinder is such an incredible hair stylist. She takes great pride in her work and ensures every customer leaves with a haircut they are happy with! My son used to hate going to the barber but now he looks forward to his haircuts with Sukhwinder. Worth the drive to make sure the hair cut is done right, my son leaves looking handsome and confident every time. Would highly recommend this location!

I like coming here for the price, and the convenience. The sports theme is cool and gives me something to watch on the tv as I get my cut. I'm not much of a talker and I appreciate that the stylists don't force conversation on you.

Sabeen was amazing, kind, bubbly and understanding she took the time to ask all the questions and gave my hubby and son tips to care for the new hair cut! We definitely will be back to get them cuts here:)

Was very rushed didn’t offer to style my hair, and they cut too much off the top. Watching TSN with ads blaring is brutal.

Your online checkin system is terrible. Told me to arrive at the store at 3: 19pm. I arrived at 3: 12pm. Upon arrival I was told I would have to wait for 48 minutes. When I asked why I was told it was because they take walk ins and some stylists are on break and that the check in time will adjust based on those factors. I don’t see any adjustments to the time on the app. What is the point of the online check in system if it’s grossly inaccurate? In addition, this location is often understaffed which adds to this frustration. Once my seasons pass runs out, I will take my business elsewhere.

Brought my brother here he got really upset with the way his hair turned out. The fade was nice but he asked for his bangs to be kept just a little above the eyes. They cut it above his eyebrows.

Tuesday Feb. 28 10: 45am. The place is closed! What happened to open at 10? I was in my car ready to leave when I saw a woman show up and unlock the door. After waiting about 5 minutes a paper was placed on the door saying it will open at 12! For me this is unacceptable how to run a business unless it's how to run it into the ground! Looks like they have financial problems and are soon to close up for good (my opinion). I know I won't go back and proceeded to take my business across the street to Great Clips.

I only have good things to say about my visit to this Sport Clips location! The staff were very friendly and greeted me as soon as I entered the store. They did a great job explaining the sign in process making it quick and easy. I got the MVP cut from Sukhwinder she did an amazing job giving me the exact haircut I wanted for the holidays. Not only was the haircut great but the MVP was amazing relaxation for the stressful university exam season. I highly recommend this location to anyone that is interested and I will definitely come back for all of my future haircuts!

Great place, great staff! My stylist Sabeen was very welcoming, friendly and curteous. She did an amazing job with my hair cut. I used their MVP service as well. I felt so refreshed after the hair wash and hot towel. Sabeen made sure all through the cut that I receiced the cut exactly how I wanted. A+ service. Will definitely re-visit and I have recommended my friends to this location and the stylist.

Always a friendly staff a good haircut every time. I like that they note my requests on the system so if it’s someone different the next time they know how I want it.

Website site and front of store have a 8 pm close time.got their at 6: 30 pm with nobody waiting and they were not accepting anyone else.

First they made me wait for 40 mins.then for a free haircut offer they said they will charge 10 then another lady Sukh said its 20 extra. I just walked out. One hair dresser did a horrible job cutting another woman's hair who outright on her face told her she was unhappy with the way she did it.

I’ve been going here for one year now and with a different experience with different stylists.

Sukwinder: 5 star: Great cut, knows whats shes doing. Listens to customers. Done 3-4 cuts with her now. Ive sent 4 friends to her and all have good review.

Sophia: 4 star: Good cut, listens to customer but she keeps rotating you in the chair instead moving around, which I think was weird but funny.

Sabeen: -1 star: Bad attitude, Lazy, never listens to customers. Had my worst hair cut with her. In my next visit I asked her for other stylist schedule but she was hurrying n trying to close the place 30 mins before the closing time.

Yesterday, I visited this place for my haircut and these guys are amazing. Specially that young guy cut my hair really nicely. THANK YOU GUYS

The hairstylists here aren't good compared to other locations. Visited them twice and decided to avoid them in future.

Most recent experience with Sabeen in April 2022 was not even worth half the money paid here. Two main problems 1. Uneven sideburns 2. Asymmetric shape on the neck (one side sharper/steeper than the other). I wonder where they got trained!

Stay away from this place. Took my kids here to have their haircut. Almost $50 for both and it looked like they cut their own hair. Horrible.

One time I asked one of the barbers to cut a part of my hair (she wears glasses and had a small accent). Then she said their is nothing that I can do about that. I have no idea why she thought that. The part of my hair that she did not cut was really grown out and it made my hair look a bit funky. I came back a month later and a different barber cut my hair. This barber listened to me and shortened the side of my hair that I wanted to cut off. I have no idea to this day why the barber said to me “I cannot cut that part. That’s just a part of your hair”! When I have clearly cut that part many times from other barbers. She also I asked me if I wanted a massage and a hair wash. I said no thank you. She kept trying to force me and encourage me to do it. I said to her it would cost me more. She then said to me back “ohhh it’s just 5 dollars it’s nothing”. Not an ideal way to sell a service!

I went for the first time, service was really bad. The girl don’t know how to style in layers. And charged way too much. Never recommend.

Brutal experience. Upon arriving it was not explained to me how the two screens for logging in or signing and excetera. I take my seat and I wait about half-an-hour and as it's my turn to go next, a couple people walk in the door and they talked to them finding out that they have reservations so I sat there for nothing for 30 minutes and no one said a thing to me even when I went over and got my coat and walked out. Terrible customer service. It seemed only one of them knew how to work the computer as some staff seem to have a hard time. It just feels like the No-Frills of hair cutting. Good luck

I took my son for a hair cut and when I got there, there was no one waiting in the store. I signed my son in and we sat down. The lady informed me that there were 3 people ahead of me, which I told her that was fine. After 5 mins of waiting she said she would cut my sons hair quick before the others arrived. I thought that was great, but it was not. I brought my son in for a simple shave around the sides and back, requesting to just trim the top as my son likes it longer. The cut was very uneven, not blended well and she butchered the top. I was asked if I wanted to have his hair washed which I declined. Then she took off the apron around his neck and walked away. She did not style my sons hair or even ask if we liked the cut. I informed her that he usually gets his hair styled and product in it. She said oh! Then came back to the chair where my son was still seated and rub some product in it, then walked away again. At this point I was done. I did not say anything more because I did not want my son to know his hair was jacked up and then him not wanting to go to school.

My son has been to this Sports clips about 4 times and it has been hit, miss, hit and then totally missed. I did a better job on my sons hair during quarantine and I'm not a professional. Moving forward I will pay the extra money and take my son to a real barbershop.

Recently had my haircut by Sabeen. I asked for a fade and didn't get one, there is no clear fade, just the solid cut across. She cut far too much of my hair, and very unevenly. I initially said yes to the length that Sabeen suggested, but at the very end of the haircut, Sabeen used a scissors to cut the sides, cutting far too much, without asking. I usually never leave reviews but I am really unhappy with this haircut. It is not at all what I asked for and for $25 plus a tip, I would have expected more. The Customer Service seemed very unprofessional and rushed.

Had a great first time here. Sukhwinder was professional and gave me a great experience. Will come back again

Affordable haircuts and the staff are great as well. Great care is taken when getting your haircut and they keep notes on what kind of cut you got for next time. All in all, recommended to go again

My son wanted his long hair cut on the tips and brought back into shape. He even brought a picture of what he was looking for. He came home crying with short hsir! Embarrassing. His cut did not look even close to what was asked for. It will take at least 1/2 a year to grow it back.

I got my haircut cut and beard trimmed and lined up right before my engagement photoshoot and it looked amazing! The staff are very professional and friendly. They gave me exactly what I wanted and I was extremely pleased with the result. Being able to check in online and choose my stylist is also such a helpful feature! The MVP experience is awesome and makes getting a haircut much more relaxing and fun. I plan to come back here in a few weeks for my wedding cut!

A clean and nice place. Expert and friendly staff. Free parking, accessibility entrance. If you are visiting for the first time, don't forget to check in, in order to be on the list. You may have to wait 10 mins because it is a busy shop, which tells you that it is a good place, providing the type of service that we would like to see and be proud of in Meadowvale. If you have to wait, you can enjoy watching TVs that are all around.

What do you even say when your barber has shaved way to far up your head and your just left there for 20 min.thinking "oh my God what had this person done? " I really liked this place but after today I'm not coming back, had trouble signing my son in and no one was coming to the front to help and acted inconvenienced to help, like I went in for a simple ceaser and she shaved far enough up the side for it to be a mohawk, I have no side part in either side, is all just shaved

Now updating 5 days later, what little she left of my hair, it is so uneven it not even funny. How do you screw up this bad? ! Like over 2 inches of difference, like I have to pay someone else to fix your mistake

My son HATES getting a haircut, always has. Benita is the only stylist that has been able to cut his hair without the tears and we've been to many places. She engages him, listens to his stories and keeps him distracted from the hair cut. Once she is done, he loves to to show off his new style to everyone. Can not say enough good things about Benita.

Highly professional place to get your mvp haircut, extremely clean and open 7 days a week which is good. All staff are very friendly and attentive to details during your consultation and you get a warm welcome at the store. I have never seen such a perfect sanitation process they do to protect their clients and staff. Highly recommend this place!

I was looking to setup an appointment but apparently folks are too busy to pick up the phone. The voicemail box was full so I didn't get a chance to leave voicemail. One time that they picked up the phone, they put me waiting and for the next 10 mins I can hear people chit chatting, giggling and making conversation. If getting an appointment here is so annoying, I don't trust the services.

Interesting observation as of writing this review, owner has responded only to positive reviews. This place looks like place for poor customer service!

Amazing experience for my little man's first haircut! Samantha was so gentle with my 2yo and made him feel relaxed and comfortable. I thought he would be like his sister (kicking and screaming), but he was super calm and barely moved while he got his hair cut. It helped that there was a bucket of lollipop and big screen TVs playing Sportsnet. The entire salon was like one giant locker room (see pics) and my toddler kept on asking, what's that? What's that? It was so adorable!

Samantha did an amazing job and I will definitely be referring my friends and family to this Argentina location!

I visited this business for the first time a couple of months back. I wanted to check in on-line. I tried on their web site but could not. I just walked in and had to wait for more than 100 minutes. Service was OK. Nothing special or worth mentioning.

Place is a bit weird with all the sports decoration. In essence it’s super clips with sports on screens where you can get an awesome hot towel and massage at the end.
Haircut was good, hot towel and massage were great.

Used to frequent this location until I had moved away from the neighbourhood. Ladies were always fantastic with their hospitality and friendly banter.

The extra services from the VIP are a nice touch for those who enjoy being pampered. The location was generally well kept and clean.

Long waiting times were a hit and miss but the no wait sign took the guesswork out. If I needed a cut when I would pass through looking for the sign. If it was on, I would stop in.

WORST HAIRCUT EVER! Extremely poor service and pathetic hair dresser. She has no experience it seems, I was scheduled to have hair cut by Collin but this South Asian women pushed herself to do it and then did a miserable job. You can see in pics yourself. Such horrible people.

Manager was really rude I had an appointment still waited for an hour, manager refused to accept the voucher she changed her statements, bad customer service!

Came in for a haircut for the first time to try this place, no one even acknowledges that you’re there, after 15 minutes of trying to figure out the check in system while Samantha was walking back and forth and ignoring me as if I didn’t exist I gave up as the wait time went from 30 minutes to 60 minutes and she just couldn’t care less that I waited there and no one was even talking to me. Terrible customer experience would never come back here.

Rushed quickly to squeeze into an available spot for a bad haircut. Sorry, if you had a long day at work or something, just don’t ruin someone else’s two weeks with a terrible haircut.

Usually a great experience here and a great place for a cut. Today my wait time was listed as 34 min, no issue, it was busy, cool. However, I ended up waiting 45 min at which point my wait time was listed at 6 min. Somehow, it then changed to 17 min.unfortunately I had to leave due to timing but I would appreciate hearing how a 34 min wait ends up being 62 min?

Writing this review for my boyfriend- he really didn't want to get a haircut, but after his experience he's so glad he did! Rebekah, the assistant manager cut his hair today, she is so friendly and patient as my boyfriend is very particular. She did an amazing job. She used a lavender shampoo on him which helped his scalp to not be so dry and itchy and we will purchase it next time we go. We will definitely be coming back and I'll be recommending this place to family and friends. Thanks for the great experience.

Unbelievable experience. I always get my cuts here and recently introduced my brother to this place as well and he loves it! I wanna shoutout 2 ladies who I had the pleasure of dealing with today. Rebekah and Tina thank you very much for your kindness and your ability to go above and beyond for me and my brother. Nanya is the best hairstylist I've ever had. She really does what customers ask. By far best hair cut I've ever had. She should manage this location.
