Well operated family business. I was referred by my friend to this dealership and I was happy with the service offered. Most the clients are recurring and new referrals which shows the quality service offered pre and post sales. Whenever you want to buy a new car just give them a visit and meet with Moe, you will be surprised with the insights and advice.

From one business owner to another, maybe look into firing Mustafa who is yes a manager, but also an unprofessional/unethical abuser who has committed SA at his business while completing test drives.

Giving this dealership one star is still a high rating, if the option was a negative i would have chosen that. They are everything you fear with used car dealerships and used car salesmen. I had such bad the service, i am traumatired by the experience. I was scammed, taken advantage of because i was a women. They took my money and gave me a vehicle that did not work properly. I do not know how it passed the safety inspection.clearly it was fake and the vechile was not inspected ghe paper was written but it wasn't not accurate, otherwise they would have had to change the breaks and rotors. They wanted a sale and did whatever means possible to get it.
When I tried to ask them to fix what is wrong they said its not their problem it must be the way I am driving. I should not have had to spend more money to fix the car when I just bought it. Ladies please avoid this place and gentleman as well.

Have not purchased a car from here yet because I’m still waiting for their inventory to update with my choice of make and price, but have called several times to inquire and whenever I have visited they have always been polite and welcoming and very sincere and honest in their dealings. They post many photos of their cars on the website and don’t hide anything. I don’t think it’s easy to find such a dealership. I look forward to purchasing a car from them in the near future.

I just purchased a 2016 bmw from Sport Motors. The service and professionalism is the greatest experience I have ever had in a dealership. They are patient and the pick-up of my car was incredible. They walked me through every possible feature and made sure I was comfortable before i driving off. The best part is I still had questions and I didn’t feel I was bothering them. They honestly treat you like family.
The most incredible hasn’t even been spoke about. I left $300 in my trade in and was called to pick it up. Who does that? ! Only Sport Motors who are proud about what they sell and it show’s.

I went to sport motors to fix a rubbing noise from front tires. I parked my car there for inspection and after 1 hour I got a call from them asking whether I have any warranty or not. I said yes and he asked me to meet him and discuss. When I got there the owner came to me with a great finding. That noise is from the transmission and it needs to be replaced immediately. I was so shocked and paid $67.80 and left their shop. Next day I went to Canadian Tyre and their service manager took it for a test drive and he informed me that the noise is because of Wheel alignment issue. They fixed it in 1 hour just for $100 whether Sport motors were trying to replace my transmission.

Went to a few car dealerships in London then ended up coming back to Sport Motors. Took the car my mechanic and he said it was in an excellent shape. Price was competitive and the car is very clean. Happy with my purchase. Will recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks Mustafa for all your help.

My dad bought a car from them 1 year ago (a 2012 chevy cruze) and the car barely had 100,000km on it and the engine is blown, all the parts and aftermarket parts they put on it were very bad quality, there very pushy right off the get go.
