I had them put the bearing ring on my socks i needed Them to Pounded it on, and in the process, the mechanic wasn't paying attention and bend my adjuster on the bottom of my shocks for the rebound and they won't do anything about it.

Over crowded, had to remind them twice to get me my size. The jackets are kept haphazardly, making it difficult to find anything.
