Bad experience, bad service! The manager and store clerk don't want to solve the problem for customers who are returning or exchanging goods! Very bad attitude! Don't come to this store! ! !

The staff at the shoe section are very unfriendly, I was looking for winter boots for my son, and first thing not even let me tell him the size, directly just telling me know, what's even that means no? No customer service? Fine, good for you guys

Clean & well laid out. Friendly, knowledgeable staff took time to talk details of products.

We went in to check out bikes for our son and was met by Jeff. This guy knows bikes. He is super knowledgeable, very helpful and gave us top notch service. We cannot recommend him enough - if you need a bike go here and ask for Jeff - you won’t be disappointed

Love dropping in to see their variety of outerwear. Came in recently for some shoes for my brother-in-law and loved the customer care Dustin (Store Manager) and his team provided. They’re well informed with their products and never mislead you. Thanks Dustin!

Had a bad experience with this locations manager. Did not get his name but he was a small Caucasian male looked Italian or Greek stubble beard maybe 25 to 28 years of age short dark hair. Needed to return an item and he was very condescending from the start because my item was a return. I purchased before but never will again. Sporting life train your staff to respect all customers sales or returns. I have a huge following for a reason missed the ball here!

Great selection but at least in my experience, a few staff were impatient, rude, and had serious attitude problems.

The lady who directed me was nice, and the guy at the checkout was very friendly and professional. A couple of the others on the store floor were downright hostile, snarky, and gossiping.

They have nothing but the worst customer service at this store. It is unfortunate that I have to say this, but your store's customer service is very poor, and the people who work there are trained to be the rudest people I've ever encountered. In particular, I had an encounter with a guy named JEFF, who was extremely rude. "THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO, YOU SHOULD CONTACT MANUFACTURER IF THERE IS MANUFACTURER DEFECTIVE" That's all he can say. How ridiculous.

They show out of stock items as available on their websites and then cancel it ones the online order has been placed. Stay away from this store if you don’t want to waste your time and money.
