First and very last time I shop at this dealer location, the seal on the product I purchased was broken! I went back into the store not even 10mins later to ask if I could get an exchange or my money back, I was told we can't help you.its disappointing that they can't proved safe undamaged products.also it feels like there is product missing from the contents as well, not sure if they tried to pull a scam on me or not. Unfriendly employee last night and he didn't ask IDs while I heard some 16yr old brag about how easy it is to buy from the workers.

Amazing service! Had a lay over in Toronto and these guys brought me my order within an hour AND were more then great to deal with despite me giving them the wrong hotel (not from the area lol) driver was happy to drive the extra five minutes and was very patient while I figured out which end of the airport he was on. 11/10

What a racial profile to treat customer. The front welcome guy is ok for greetings, however, the seller in the counter, I was between 2 white customers, and clearly felt and that his attitude is executed a 180-degree turn. This guy is such a pointbreak as Iron man said to Thor in the movie

Very fast service and treated me very well. Kabeer was helpful with helping me choose my product and was really nice. Also, store is organized wanting to buy more.

I was looking for pain relief and they were able to help me out that same day and had what I needed in stock I will definitely go back again.

Good quality. Pre-rolls are within a months time. Not 6 months old dried up and crusty. Customer service is amazing. Greeters are nice, staff is knowledgeable. Overall good place. Thanks for your hard work and dedication. Also. The store front is clean. Which is important, well organised. Xo!

I stopped by yesterday while having a rough day. The 2 employees were so kind and gave me perfect recommendations as well as a few laughs. They turned my day around. They even helped me when I realized the packaging was too hard for me to open. Thanks guys!

I picked up three pre rolls it cost 30 dollars and didn't have any value when I told them that they told me some people like that paying up not to get stoned that makes absolutely no sense there are places that don't rip of costumes

Be really careful with the staffs! They try to sell and charge you for the stuffs you didn’t order on the menu, then they play dumb. Very unprofessional.

Fantastic service. Walked in and immediately was asked if I needed help, which I did. The gentleman helped me find what I was looking for right away. Price was reasonable and had me in and out in two minutes. Would definitely recommend.

It is more expensive than most others and you can never get anything you tried again for weeks then they tell you ocs has run out.

Kicked me out cause the guy at the door thought MY REAL ID was FAKE IM 20 years old and I have a beard and he wouldn’t allow me to enter. Never have I had this happen before at another dispensary. Go take a smart serve class goof.

I absolutely love this place. Not only is the staff amazing but the owners are equally if not more amazing. I walk into the store and I’m served right away. I have troubles with computers so I’m always assisted with an employee, no questions asked. Now the weed, I have a super high tolerance and was having a hard time finding a cannabis place until my friend mentioned this place. I’m fully addicted to spot 420 in Etobicoke. Thank you guys for being amazing and assisting me with my service. Decently priced product. Very cold service. Tried to strike up conversation (being the only one in the store) and there was nothing. Staff was not knowledgeable in the product they sell. Any question I asked I was directed to an IPad. Not helpful at all. The 3 stars are for the price.

Went back and had an amazing experience…total 180…. Had to change to 5stars…price is on point! Thanks!

The quality of the product here isand the service is friendly and fast. You get the amount you are supposed to get unlike other locations I've tried where I was ripped off. They have a great selection of products and I really like how you can search for what you want from the comfort of your home with no pressure. You can either put the item in your cart to purchase and pick up or look for what you want to buy before you decide to head down to this location. I highly recommend this place.
