Amazing experience with Mario! Made sure I left feeling 110% happy about my Danier leather jacket!
He made sure he explained everything in full detail before sending my coat off and ensured I felt as comfortable as possible leaving my coat with him and his partners. It’s a hard one to clean and Mario made sure the fur and leather were well taken care of! Please try this place out if you have any kind of coat, especially danier/ Canada goose coat
He even ended the visit with giving me a jacket sleeve for my winter coat!

I did a lot of research on the best place to bring my Canada Goose parka for cleaning. After many phone calls to those in my area and reading several reviews I settled on Spotless Dry Cleaners (1hr and 15min from my home) and I don't regret it for one minute. First of all Mario is very knowledgeable and upfront about the risks of dry cleaning these types of jackets. He spent nearly 10 minutes going over the coat from top to bottom when I dropped it off. He again went over all the risks and areas he felt may be an issue. He promised to do his best and I left the jacket feeling it was in good hands. A few days later I got my coat back and was thrilled at how it came out. There was no fading of the colour that we were worried about and it looked like it did the day I bought it. It is difficult to get personal service nowadays that you get from Mario. He is a true professional and if you want your Canada Goose parka cleaned this is the place to take it. It was a little extreme making the drive I did for a dry cleaner but I am so glad I did. First class service. Thank you Mario.

Amazing service and results! I am always nervous about bringing my clothes to the dry cleaners but Mario and his team are honest and will be up front about what they can and can't do - they have integrity. I brought in both a wool dress with red wine stains and a white canada goose jacket. Right away the gentleman at the desk said that it may not be something they can guarantee they can take off but at home to try removing it myself with hand sanitizer - guess what? It came off and I saved a pretty penny. Now my white canada goose jacket has seen better days. It picked up a lot of dirt along the winter and I wasn't expecting much and was realistic about how it would look. BUT when I got it back it was like a brand new coat again. Mind you I had taken it annually or bi-annually to another dry cleaner closer to my home over the years but the results weren't nearly as good. Plus, I learned they are authorized canada goose cleaners. These people are trustworthy and incredibly knowledgable. While I don't live nearby I will definitely take the extra time and come back. Thanks guys!

Took my Canada Goose jacket to Mario at Spotless. He was very up front about the process and ensured I was comfortable with everything before taking my jacket. Was told to come back on Monday.

Got my jacket back on Monday and it looked extremely clean. Jacket is about 6-7 years old and hadn't really been dry cleaned before. Mario's work brought the colour back and everything he mentioned that could happen ended up happening (ie stains becoming more noticeable if not properly dealt with / dried without proper care). Was very impressed. Will be bringing my jacket back at the end of season.
