I dropped off an expensive ski jacket to be cleaned, got it home and went to wear it only to find out that however they cleaned it black dye ran on my poppy red jacket, I took it back they had it for over a week, same result, they claim it is the manufacturers fault.
They are professionals, when I drop my clothes off I expect for them to clean them the proper way. I will not go back. Also the young lady that seems to be the only one working, can barely speak english.

Waste of money. Charged me 9$ for a tie and DESTROYED it with the pressing the did. All my clothes had tiny fibers from different colored clothes all over them.
They took it back and redid the drycleaning. Now I thought, they couldn't possibly hand me a suit that wasn't perfect after what they just presented me for $50.
Wrong! I had to either buy a new tie the day before the wedding, or show up with a lint covered suit and a now permanently destroyed tie.
Use Faststitch on new street near the old spotless dry cleans on walkers line. Way better service.
Oh and this is my experience over two separate locations. It's not a location problem, it's a company problem.

Everything but Spotless!
I called in advanced on a Tuesday morning to verify if they could do a last minute alteration for an upcoming wedding on Friday.
I brought in a brand new all white jumpsuit and was promised a service with a pickup date of Thursday evening.
I decided to reach out Thursday morning to see if by any chance the alterations were done early and this is the service I received; “Yes your suit is here but they couldn’t do the alteration”
Not only did they hold my suit for an entire 3 days, there was no reason given as to why they couldn’t perform the alteration nor did they give me a call and to make matters worse; my suit was given back wrinkled with dirty black fingerprint marks.
No respect for time or delicate material, utterly unacceptable.

Gave my expensive traditional clothing for a dry cleaning, and all of them shrunk. Would not recommend.

I have been a customer of Spotless Dry Cleaners from the Milcroft location for years. Today, was my worst experience in ages with a service company. Right from entry into the store I was greeted with no respect, not even any eye contact. The representative of this store was rude and very argumentative and offered no solutions to my issues. I don’t usually take the time to write these kind of comments…but if customer service is important to you, I would not recommend this Dry Cleaner.

Terrible. Expensive. Took a week which is okay- everything is slow with covid BUT when I got home, the shirts still looked wrinkled and had to be ironed PLUS the shirt sleeves were ripped! Will not recommend
