Spring Grill House

OMG i cant say enough about this place, we stumbled upon it 18 months ago and now it is a favourite, love everything. It is definitely the beat korean bbq around

Their menu isn't as expansive as other KBBQ places but the food is quality. The lamb was delicious. What I didn't like was how the banchan was served. I prefer them in smaller amounts. The servers were great and did their best but they could but it felt like they were a bit short staffed. Overall, great experience and would go back if I'm in the Hamilton area.

We used to enjoy this place a lot, and come very often but we went in yesterday, and it was a nightmare. The service was still good
as usual and the servers are amazing as usual but it was the food, the meat wasn’t fresh and didn’t taste good at all, the chicken in the fried rice was raw, and the chicken wasn’t cut and cleaned properly or even marinated properly, same goes for the beef. The cheese wontons, barely had any cheese in it, instead it was just the wrapper to the top with barely any filling.

We were really sick all day after because of it. We normally go on weekends, don’t know if the stuff is fresh then and weekdays isn’t but it should be the same.

It was the first time I felt like the quality took a hit.

Everything here is always amazing. Staff are so friendly and service is fast. Food comes out fresh and atmosphere is very comfortable. Will definitely be back!

The food was ok. The quality of proteins are a bit sub par. Service is a bit slow and they dont change the grills until u tell them thrice. Drinks are expensive, but where arent they. Meh.

The food and the service were both incredible. My only negative comment was the state of the Men's bathroom. Both bathroom stalls were in really rough shape. The one toilet seat seemed to be hanging on by a thread and the other stall, the lock was completely broken. Some maintenance is definitely required. Other than that, incredible experience all around.

Great food, great service, great vibes. Pretty reasonable price for endless food as well. Lots of options to choose from. It does get pretty smokey in the restaurant due to the stoves, so fair warning that if thats something you’re sensitive too.

First time experience at spring grill house- we had the most AMAZING server named Van!
10/10 service, incredibly helpful, great insight and all over great attitude!
Would recommend anyone to come here and I hope you get lucky enough to Van as your server so you can have a great time like we did ️

Good food and excellent service. Nice to come back for dine in after a long shutdown. Staffs are attentive, prompt and follow COVID precautions. I feel completely safe.

The server didnt inform us the price even we said it was the first visit.
Weekend price is 36.99 both for lunch and dinner and i dont think it is worthy.

Also there were screens each table but too close with other guests.

I decided to take my extended family here to celebrate a birthday. Our tables were close and the parking lot patio was decent.
The servers (slow, rare and chaotic), food (meh not worth the prize) and everything else.sub par.
Like everyone else, we were looking forward to a nice patio, eat out experience after going through the lockdown. Bad decision to try here.

Very good staff.
Some of the vegetables were frozen and smelled weird, but everything else was great.

Reservations easy to make. Servers were all terrific. Food was awesome and ate too much as usual! Thanks for the great dining experience!

The service here is definitely spotty, a lot of servers running around like headless chickens getting nothing done, forgetting orders and never checking up on tables. Had ordered drinks three times before they came and our water glasses sat empty throughout the entire service without any offer for a refill. The food however was great, even better than some of the offerings in the GTA. Price wise, the ayce option is way up there in the stratosphere; paying that price, you would expect better service.

Usually really enjoy ourselves, and it will be perfect again when we can dine in, but on the patio the grills are not as good as inside and they don't change the grill when it gets mucky. They were a little confused with the tables, dropping things off we didn't order and we had to order some things a few times before we got it. I think this is just the stress of having to create a temporary restaurant outdoors. Can't wait to return when they actually reopen inside! The staff were great and friendly and working hard

One of my favourite date spots. It’s fun cooking our dinner over the grill and having a few drinks. I love the staff, normally all super friendly and nice. The food always tastes amazing and I rarely ever have any complaints.

Food came super fast which deserve 5 stars!
But from the food perspective i would say its just average. The cocktail i ordered is way below standard (too much syrup was added)

Our restaurant since 2017, but service is getting worse and worse. We ordered 10 pieces of deep friedchicken only 4 came. Ordered tons of cheese wontons only 4 came, happens everytime, why!

After going to this restaurant for more than 20 times in the past 4 years, now I have to write a review for it. Not only the food here is awesome but also the people who work here are great. The best service and food you could expect for a Korean BBQ. Jack is a great manager, he always greet us so friendly and warm.

Changed my review. Just so everyone is aware, since covid started.it has went up $17 A PERSON in price. I understand some price change but $17 more? That is absolutely taking advantage of the situation. They were open the entire time as well. I know of some restaurants who closed for awhile and never hiked their prices up to that level. The lunch option is also now gone. Below is my previous review and how we loved it. This place is no longer worth the price unfortunately. With the price hike to $36.99 a person and tip, you are looking at $100 at least without alcohol for just 2 people. It is not worth that at all. If things change, I will rate it again better and remove this.

One of my favourite restaurants in Hamilton by far. Super friendly staff, very clean and feels safe. Amazing food every time.

We went out for a birthday dinner with our daughter. Excellent fast service. The manager Jeff was nothing less than amazing. He is very friendly. He knows how to make his customers smile and feel important. We were given complimentary pablo tarts. (Birthday) My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Thank you to the staff at Spring Grill House in Hamilton for a wonderful experience. I strongly recommend this restaurant.

We went out for Sunday night dinner. It was a good service with friendly staff. BBQ grill meat did not met my expectation. It wasn’t well marinated. Grill was so much dry that’s why meat was sticking together. It burns out quickly. Overall, it wasn’t bad.

This turned out to be the best Korean grill experience we’ve ever had! Just what we were looking for in a Sunday night date night after a month of lockdown. This place has great atmosphere, delicious, fresh food (a variety of meats, fish and seafood; side dishes and nice surprises like dim sum and desert), and amazing service. 10/10 would recommend, hats off to the staff at Spring Grill House for making this a stellar experience at a really difficult time.
