Spring 'N Fresh Rolls

This is a small Vietnamese Restaurant before you arrive in the corner of Warden and Eglington. Aside from the tasty vietnamese cuisine, they provide friendly service. I find myself going here from time to time.

Authentic pho It was very delicious.
Food is good because you can choose the size!
The store is very clean.

Wanted to try Vietnamese Coffee, and it was pretty good.

I also had the assorted grilled meats with rice. Wayyy better than Pho Saigons grilled dishes. Also the spring rolls with fish sauce tasted great.

My only complaint was that my girlfriend didn't enjoy her dish, but she's picky. She enjoyed the fried chicken dish though.

Love the food here. Service is friendly. Prices are extremely reasonable. Portions have changed over time, but are comparable to other places and still a great value.

Food comes out very fast, even when busy the wait is never too long. The Vietnamese cuisine is authentic according to my Vietnamese mother. She’s picky and she was happy with her meal. They also serve other dishes from south east Asia.

During my recent visit to Spring 'N Fresh Roll, I had an overall decent experience. The food was satisfactory, and the server, although slow, was friendly.

As noted in previous reviews, the restaurant has only one server, which can make it challenging for them to serve many people at once. While this is understandable, it did result in a slower service than I would have preferred. However, the server was friendly and made an effort to ensure that we had a pleasant dining experience. They were patient with us as we took our time deciding what to order and checked on us frequently to ensure that we had everything we needed.

Regarding the food, I ordered the Spring 'N Fresh Roll, and it was well-prepared. The vegetables were fresh, and the roll was satisfying. While it was not exceptional, it was a decent option for a quick bite.

Overall, my experience at Spring 'N Fresh Roll was good. The server was friendly, although slow, and the food was satisfactory. If you are in the area and looking for a quick, casual dining experience, this restaurant could be worth checking out. Just be prepared for slower service due to the limited staff.

Have been here more times than I can count over the years, and the food has always been extremely consistent and tasty. Portions are fair for the price, food is fresh and hot. It's very clean and well run. One of my favorite restaurants. We never leave disappointed. We'll continue to visit and enjoy!

The often sought after hole in the wall that offers delicious menu items without the extras and ambiance that takes the final check out of the comfortable zone.

This place has a great selection of food. It great to bring friends or family as they have something for everyone's craving. Food is very tasty and fresh. We come here quite a lot when we looking to fill our tummy and satisfy craving. Service is also very quick and friendly.

A small Vietnamese restaurant with your typical selection of dishes including pho and bun bowls. Everything here tasted very fresh. The fish sauce was a good addition to meals. The service was very quick. The bathrooms were relatively clean if not a little dim and old. Overall, great place for a quick bite and to satisfy any cravings.

As soon as I opened the container for my tum yum soup a very bad fresh sea food scent hit me. So I looked closer to make sure the shrimps didn’t go bad, and I saw there’s a caterpillar type of insect on the broccoli!
I specifically asked if they ask tomatoes or tomato paste to the soup and he said no. But as you can see in the picture there was tomato paste added. Straight into the trash!

Definitely not going back there and l do not recommend them as there’s some sort of health violation goin on there!
Absolute Waste of money…!

We ordered the grilled beef pho and the calamari. Calamari was pretty expensive but the portions were big and was actually really tasty. And Pho is always delicious no matter what.

Ordered pho and iced coffee to dine in store. Pho tasted great with very tasty soup. However, iced coffee was not authentic. Photo for coffee had the dripped coffee setup, but we were served pre mixed coffee in a plastic cup even tho we were not ordering take out. Other than that atmosphere prettt good, but service was not as quick. Took almost 20 mins for two orders of Pho. We did go during the lunch hours, so it is understandable

Ordered the Thai Singapore vegetarian noodles (tofu), which seemed interesting, but came out as a sloppy mess of noodles, the tofu was just chunks of unflavored deep fried tofu (yuk) on top (peanuts and lime on the side was a nice touch tho), the hot sauce on the side was forgotten and I had to back to the restaurant to get it. Restaurant wasn't the cleanest, kind of dumpy. Sorry, I don't like giving subpar reviews but this was incredibly underwhelming for a $15 container of veggie noodles.

This use to be a gem before the pandemic. Now, they charge for tea and service is not great. Also, the utensils/tables are incredibly dirty. The quality of this place has fallen off the cliff.

Horrible customer service! Ordered a grilled chicken and beef and they only gave a few thin strips and burnt. Called the restaurant to complain and all the owner said is “ What do you want me to do? Grill mo chicken and beef? ” What a clown! Never never go to this restaurant! Horrible owner! Go to Metro Pho Warden and Lawrence, better customer service!

The veg pho was really amazing although the tofu was DISGUSTING, I would order it without next time.

Really didn't like the veg rolls I ordered they have a weird taste. 4* because the soup was actually knock my socks off good.

Just today we ate at 3pm here. We ordered take out food (stir-fried veggie udon) and had an early dine in for special house vietnamese beef pho and 2 other entress for dine-in. While awaiting the entress, the pho was served first and I noticed there was no tripe and no tendon as they usually have. In the many years patronizing this for dine-in and take out since its start-up date many years ago (in fact along with a friend we were the first customer and treated by the owner with a free vietnamese coffee) servings were good.hope they will be aware next time not to overlook their recipes.

Super disappointed how this restaurant has changed.
I fully understand raising prices, but to skimp on ingredients while raising prices will definitely lose clientele.
The menu still states that a house special pho has tendon.
But when we asked, the server said it’s too much money so they leave it out.
The new charges for basil and cilantro is also insane as the literally give you half a leaf.
After going here for many years I think it’s time to find another pho restaurant.

Great place huge portion, great price, nice verity, friendly staff. Amazing healthy options all the way to deep fried delights.

This is our go-to spot in the neighbourhood. Best Pho, spring rolls (both fried and fresh) and General Tso chicken we've ever had. Tried a bunch of things on the menu and never had a bad experience. Split a large rare beef pho with two spring rolls, you're good to go.

My girlfriend and i came here today to grab some food for dinner. I've eaten here before and enjoyed the food. I ordered a fried rice with chicken and a chicken/pork/ beef with white rice combo.
The chicken with the fried rice had four visible hairs on it. I called back and informed the woman who took my order. She wasn't rude, but all she said was all the servers wear hair nets. Did not offer a refund, a discount, nothing. Will not be coming back here and will not recommend this place to anyone.

Best fresh rolls ever. Very friendly family-run restaurant. The stir-fry and pho are also good. Homemade hot sauce.

Just ordered the green thai curry, its terrible. It has a ton load of green food coloring in, not enough seasoning and canned sweetened pineapples in its disgusting!

Good taste, large portions (the avocado fresh rolls are as long as my hand!). We had a mix of vegetarian, meat and fish. A shame there is no fully vegetarian pho (it is with beef broth). I'd eat there again but other places are better.

Large portions of quality food at a reasonable price. The Thai curry servings are very generous. Our usual highlights are the spring roll platter and their thai mango sticky rice is made to perfection.

I ordered green curry and pad thai. Green curry was green, like neon toxic green. Taste was mediocre and gritty and it was extremely unappetizing to look at, like eating little frogs. Worse part is when i called to tell the restaurant that I cannot eat this and am out money and lunch, they did not ask to bring it back or refund. Will not order from them again.

It's a real hidden gem.
Delicious food, plenty of parking, ample quantity, clean all around, and right in the heart of Scarborough.
Add to that very friendly staff and affordable pricing, and you've got yourself a place that you could make it as your usual place.

This place provides fantastic service as well as yummy menu. My favourite place in the area. The meals served quickly and the prices are economical. Will definitely recommend this spot.

I really enjoyed the food here. It was really delicious. Must try the chicken spring roll! It was packed with filling. It was really good but I did need to use a lot of the dipping sauce to moisten it a bit but even so I enjoyed it. Love the outside of it. I just couldn't stop eating it and they where massive rolls. Pho noodles was delicious but I wish they had fresh Noddles as I do prefer fresh Noddles over the dry stuff.

The best general tao chicken I've had in the 25+ years of my life.

Came here by chance a few years ago and tried the general tao chicken. I was extremely impressed with how unbelievably fresh it was.

Years later, I see the restaurant pop up on a food delivery app and was eager to find whether the quality had changed at all. It was delivered ~10 minutes away and was surprised to find that it was still amazingly fresh. I also tried the stir fried beef, shrimp & vegetables with crispy egg noodles which was absolutely tasty as well!

Highly recommend the general tao chicken and I'm looking forward to trying more items on their menu in the future. (:

Awesome lunch combos, hidden gem tucked away in Scarborough. Fast service and great food that comes out hot and fresh.

This place has been my go to for Thai / Viet food since I moved to the area. The pork vermicelli and pho are delicious!

Super food and awesome service. Calamari is a must! Roll is in the name, and that's the star of the game! Broth is amazing and does not leave your mouth dry. Can't make it there? Use Skip the Dish!

I would have given them 5 stars, but only for the fact that they DO NOT have proper work hours.
The food and the service are good.

When it comes to closing hours, they close at 10pm BUT DO NOT TRY TO GO AT 8: 30 OR AFTER. THEY WILL LITERALLY TURN YOU BACK.

I have seen it happen to many customers who walk in at 8: 30 and they tell them WE ARE Closed. Even though the restaurant would be full of people.

Today I get there at 8: 20pm and the same lady that works there every day of the week did not allow us in.

They are a family working there 24/7.and of course they get tired, but they won't hire people to keep up with the work load. Many Many times customers are "kicked out" because it is 8ish.

I love the food here. Servings are decent sized and priced reasonably. Their pho broth is tasty. Service is not outstanding, but not garbage. A solid choice in Scarborough.

Note: Not wheelchair friendly. No ramps and washrooms are in the basement.

This spot constantly delivers. They have fantastic dishes for reasonable pricing, there no long wait even when they are full.

Fresh shrimp rolls are huge. Beef noodle soup is very comforting. Will be visiting soon to try different menu items.

The food and service were above our expectations. We truly liked the environment of this place. Great spot to take the family out for dinner.

Best Thai food and great value for the big portions. Many vegan and vegetarian options and made the pad Thai without oyster sauce since I’m vegan. The curries, pad Thai, and Thai basil eggplant are all so delicious! 10/10 would recommend!

The owner was rude and aggressive when we point out the server's mistake. Also the food is full with msg chemical condiment. Don't go there

Ordered the Pho special but was slightly turned off when the basil arrived to find cone shaped cluster on the back of a leaf which looked like it was home to aphids. Would be nice if those pieces were not presented with the soup.

I ordered seafood crab paste udon noodles soup. It taste ok. Way too much MSG that i feel dizzy after eating it.

Food is always fresh, friendly customer service. One of the better restaurants in the plaza they are located at. They also are available on Skip and uberEats which is very convenient.

OMG - I ordered from Skip for delivery. The Hot and Sour soup is probably one of the best I have ever had in the city. Only reason this isn't 5 stars is I want to leave some room for when I try other food here. Good pricing, reasonable portions. Can't go wrong.

This restaurant serves some really decent pho. Restaurant is nothing fancy but you can sit comfortably. Decent portion with fair price. However, there are lots of competition in the area and the owner might want to keep the restaurant smell fresh at all times

Stopped in for lunch. First time there. The place was full. I was seated quickly and was brought hot tea and utensils right away. I ordered from the lunch special General Tao with plain rice. The food was hot and delish when it arrived at the table. Will definitely be going back.

Always enjoy food here. Their pho is one of the best I've had in Toronto, crispy calamari is also very good!

I had the Bun Bo Hue (it's my thing to try it at every Vietnamese restaurant). It was far better than the majority of restaurants! Took some time, but was worth!
