Spring Rock Campground

I've stayed and visited at Spring Rock a couple of times with friends and have had an excellent experience every time. A very safe, welcoming, family friendly, and overall beautiful place if you're looking to get away in the Kawarthas with your family (and dog too!).

I had the opportunity to come here with family a little bit ago and it was not a good experience. As others have said, the room between trailers is super minimal and the owner is very aggressive. I did not feel as though it was a safe and welcoming environment, and instead was hostile. Upon looking at other reviews, it is also shown that the owner does not take criticism well and becomes defensive and tells people that they are being untruthful. I would not recommend staying at this campground, as I have had much better experiences at other places.

Visited here a few years ago and did not have a positive experience, I shared my experience by leaving a review (as I have the right to do). I was told I was lying and that I had to take the review down immediately, I regretfully took it down as the owner was being very aggressive. My good friends recently left the trailer park and had some upsetting stories, I would never visit again and I recommend you do not as well. I will never let the owner force me to stay quiet again.
