Spring Sushi

If you are going plan ahead the wait time can be long to dine in, Thursday special can see you wait up to 90mins to be seated. No waiting area so you'll end up having to do something else or crash at the bar.

My favourite restaurant in the city, but what a poor experience tonight by their standards. Extremely slow service from a server I didnt recognize (I go there often, I recognize most of them). Not filling our waters a single time, not confirming our orders promptly at all (shout out to Jimmy for always being amazing at that). But even the food quality was down tonight. Overcooked, bland steak, dry wontons, dry scallops, sushi and sashimi cut sloppy. Overall just not worth the expensive price that I can usually justify. Hope this is a one off experience. Il be back as regular and lover of this restaurant, but if the food/service is like this again, they just might lose a very loyal customer.

The place is dirty and grimy everywhere, I was grossed out. The food was good but wouldnt go back just because of the lack of clealiness.

Awesome Sushi
We live in Paris Ontario and have Sushi restaurants in our area but find the quality and freshness of the Sushi at Spring Sushi the best.
It’s worth the 45min drive for us.

Staff was friendly and accomodating. Food was great. The robotic cat server was hilarious to see.

The food was good but honestly too filling like girl I had 4 items and I was dying for the whole night, In fact, I didn’t even have to eat until the next afternoon

Delivery orders are left on the counter to be picked once they're completed. I moved the bag to read the name and the little man with the ear piece yelled at me not to touch the bag as if I was going to steal it. How insulting. Maybe they should have staff to assist the drivers when they come in.

Delicious as the last time we were here. My mom too enjoyed herself. Even our two kids ate, and the funny thing is that there're fussy eaters! Well worth the money the servers were in there A game! We worth the money. Thanks you team!

The best place for the all types of seafood we were there and Jeremiah was a nice guy and never let us to ask, he was all the time asking the customers if they need anything. We spend a great time with the food and the service. I would like to say to Jeremiah thanks for everything and will back when he is working

Food is always great. Service is good. Atmosphere is alittle loud and i wish there was alittle more privacy.
But i will always come back. The variety of food is amazing.

The quality of food is very good (delicious). Extra points for red tuna on the menu. Service is great!

Honestly, I really like the place. I am a bit of a regular. Sometimes dine in but primarily take-out. I primarily enjoy the bento specials, Crystal or Diamond Boxes. You get salad, soup, tempura, sushi, sashimi, a meat[chicken or steak], rice, and tofu. Honestly, it's a large enough meal for a heavy eater, or guaranteed 2 meals for a light eater. Pricing is very fair. The place is almost always busy, so service is good, not great. Take-out counter is super busy, so just push any pleasantries out the door and get to the point. Food is flavorful, but you will find the steak and chicken from the bentos, lacking flavor. You are given sauces or dips to counter that, but honestly, a bit more seasoning would make the entire bento perfect. Tempura is always spot on! Overall, it is a great place and I recommend it. I will continue to be a customer for the foreseeable future.

Service has a robot cat so cute, the food was so amazing! You order on tablets you can always ask how ordering works.

$80 for lunch for 2, when you order on an iPad and have to fetch your food from a robot that stops near your table but requires a person to get up from the table is a surreal experience.

First time coming and will never go back. Rude server. Complained that we were wasting food even though we told him it was cold and / or didn't taste good. Will never go back. The food was just OK, and the sushi was gross.

For some reason this time the food tasted bad, the waiting times for the food were long (30 min) and to close the cake with a cherry the waitress with blonde hair treated us rudely and made us wait a long time for the food and in the end she removed the menu because we could not order more in an "all u can eat" if you are thinking of visiting this place and you see this review DO NOT DO IT, EVERYTHING IN THIS RESTAURANT IS NOT WORTH IT!

I ordered a bento box to go and was blown away by not only the quality of the food but the quantity. It was well worth what I paid. Very friendly and helpful staff and well worth a visit!

Great decor, sushi is a bit off, had better. The miso soup tasted like they hadn’t washed out the bowls very well and still a bit bleachy, servers couldn’t be bothered.
I don’t recommend, but not terrible, much better places to go. Also overpriced, they don’t take debit.

We came here twice before, it was really good food but today’s visit was really so bad, I’m laterally disappointed, we didn’t eat anything from what we ordered. The food was so fried, a lot of oil and it seems like this oil was too old my stomach hurts me after this visit, maybe they change the Chef.
They was too busy the order came too late I have no idea what happened to them, it was the worst sushi i have ever had. Guys, if you are too busy it doesn’t give you the right to decrease the quality of your food.

The food and service were excellent. When it came time to pay, they indicated that they didn't take debit and explained there was an ATM in the restaurant. They accept Visa, Mastercard, and Cash. I explained that I was not impressed that a restaurant in this day and age (as busy as this place is) doesn't take debit. If this were my place, I would have a debit system set up; if I didn't, I would explain to everyone arriving. I would also give bonus points for accepting AMEX. I would have given 5/5 if we weren't inconvenienced by that.
