Springbank Apartments

The management in this building is prejudice towards tenants. They had to actually go to training on how to treat people respectfully and not make nasty slurs. It seems they are always in the process of renovations that are loud and relentless, so expect many issues while living here. They do not follow proper protocols when providing documentation of said repairs and entry into apartments. They mislead possible tenants into a lease agreement illegally and then try to up the price for the unit. For the price these apartments are it’s not worth the hassle or stress.
