Beautiful stamps everything they're amazing.:) only downside it if the store is busy you'll be waiting a while at the store front to buy items or in line for post office if they're helping customers for the non postal area (variety check out counter) need help at both spots in the store. Other than that it's very good.

This is a very unique variety store - it has EVERYTHING. Friendly staff, post office, items of every kind. Could spend all day just looking at things. Going there for years - well run store.

Helium balloons did not last 1 day. They were just under $3 each. I went back to let them know (I did not want money back). They were unconcerned.

Last year I had purchased balloons for my daughter's birthday and they lasted a very long time. I returned for balloons this year due to the great experience I asked for 9 helium balloons. I was told each one was $2.99? I did not want a weight, but they said I should get one. Another 2.99. The store was not busy at all. The man who blew up the balloons told me it would be 10 minutes. I waited, thinking that would be o.k. It took 30 minutes because he was having a conversation with the other man behind the counter. One of the balloons popped in the vehicle on the way home. I purchased these on a Saturday late afternoon around 3 pm. By Monday morning, none of them were floating anymore? I called the store and specifically asked "how long do the balloons last? " I was told 3-5 days for regular and 5-7 for foil. When I asked the price, I was told to go to the website and order online? I was directly on the phone and the store employee couldn't even tell me the price? Because it was not even two full days, I asked my husband to return them and complain. When he did, he was told that I misunderstood, because the balloons only stay floating for 1-2 days? I had just talked to them on the phone, so they contradicted their own information! So, if you want helium balloons that last 1 day, get there here. What is the point in even getting helium balloons that last 1-2 days? Not to mention that one of the balloons popped by itself in my van? My daughter was so disappointed. I am equally upset and disappointed, not only because the lack of longevity of the helium, but the treatment my husband received, being made to feel as though our expectations were too much. That is not how you treat customers! I definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND purchasing balloons here. I paid over $33.00 for garbage, and there was no effort made whatsoever to acknowledge that their balloons do not last. DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY FOR INFERIOR BALLOONS!

I have been ordering balloon bouquets from Springbank Ballons for birthdays, graduation, etc for a few years now. Amit & his team are always so helpful helping me decide on the best options. They reply to inquiries quickly and effectively. They are a pleasure to do business with.

Springbank mini mart has a little of everything. Friendly helpful staff and if you need a U-haul. Give them a call for all your moving needs. I used them. Reasonably priced. Luv MalcomStay strong London.

I booked a U-Haul truck and brought the truck back with the gas level even higher than what It was. He charged 18 dollars for gas, I showed my frustration and instead of apologizing, he said call U-Haul to ask for reimbursement, when I said it’s your mistake he said no I’m trying to help you but I can just tell you call U-Haul, that’s instead of apologizing for his mistake, then he told me that he will credit back the amount, it was pending on my credit card then it disappeared.

I don’t recommend.

Very bad experience, I was trying to take pictures for an international passport and I spoke to them about it and told them which countries passport I wanted to apply to, when I took the pictures, the pictures were horrible quality. After they came out, they gave me one less photo than what I needed for the passport i wanted and made me take the pictures again! Horrible experience do not recommend it.

Abhi is awesome! He really helped in a pinch with my helium balloon stuff not once, but twice in one day:) highly recommend for all your balloon and convince store needs!

EDIT: horrible customer service. Calling my boyfriend stealing for exchanging balloon a $1 more. Why would you offer to fill the balloon with helium for $10 then? Why did you pump the balloon in exchange if it was not an option? I do not understand. Didnt try to fix the problem and just create these random prices out of nowhere- i do not blame him for walking out on you. Worst customer service.
Do not get balloons here- was greatly disappointed. Went in to get balloons, bought them, then after purchase they only blew up one with helium and the other balloon they told me it was a air-filling balloon and not to have helium. Then when we asked for helium he tried to charge us $10 more. My boyfriend went to exchange my balloon for a balloon that they WOULD fill with helium, and they said choose any one off the wall. He chose one of equal size. Then they tried to charge my boyfriend extra to pump this one with helium and the dollar difference in balloon choice. Will not go here again. 0/10.

There was another gentleman waiting for balloons simultaneously- before we even entered the facility. He looked also disappointed as his pre-ordered balloons were not ready. They proceeded with poor customer service stating he needed to specify next time on his order and that they have a new employee training (who always works there?). ALSO our balloons were pumped up before his. I felt bad.

I called Springbank Mini Mart and they quoted me for balloons to be filled would be $2 for the big balloons and less for smaller balloons. When my sister went to get them filled they charged $6.99 a big balloon and 2 per little balloon. Told us oh it’s not a fault but they broke small balloon and lost another big balloon and than as soon as she left the store another one exploded. After talking to the store they weren’t willing to work with us at all. Wouldn’t even offer the money back for the broken balloons as it’s not there problem. Please do not take your balloons here. They literally don’t care about screwing up even a child’s balloon set.

I have been using this store for the past 14 months and I love this store and the owners and all staff! During a time where the world is so negative these people are very uplifting and kind! I have a mask exemption and they respect it to the fullest unlike many stores in London. I will always be a customer of this business and would highly recommend it to anyone needing postal service as well as a hassle free convenience store! Amazing company! Would rate higher if I could!

Was late to close rental contract, I called customer service U- Haul and they ask him to close the contract.

It seems to be pointless to address an issue at this time as you take no responsibility for the items sent through Canada post. Paying $14.00 for a letter size item so it would arrive in two days seems now to be a bit insane. Question, do you take any responsibility for anything that you sell? Your store was the one that I went to when I needed to send the item and there i was assured that it would take 2 days. That being said I'm pretty sure you would say the same thing to me as Canada post told me to ask the outlet that I went to because they represent Canada post. Point of purchase. Have a nice day.

Was just there with my mom and daughter buying glassware, gentleman at the counter was super friendly.offered to show us anything we wanted and let us even open the display for the pre rolls when he got busy. Would recommend this place 100%. I really don’t understand the bad reviews for this place. They even do intricate party balloon displays if you’re looking for that! Everything was VERY fairly priced and there’s a bit of everything (post office/packing materials/Latin grocery items/balloons/bitcoin machine/key cutting services/passport pictures) literally a one stop shop. He even gave my daughter a free ice cream after my mom impulse bought one for herself, and two free lighters with our bong purchase. Can’t say enough good things!

Thought it was an awesome variety store until
I bought a pack of gum that expired in 2017 THREE YEARS AGO! I’m sure it wouldn’t do much harm but please check the expiration date before purchasing something from this store and hopefully they will be more diligent with checking their items for expiry.

GREAT STORE. THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I literally go there every day it's about a 10 min walk from my house 30 sec driving when I live RIGHT next to a store.you can get anything @ any convenience store but I like to feel welcomed & this is LITERALLY what this store does. When they first started up they asked "what I wanted, what they should get in the store" so I gave em a few ideas & LITERALLY a few days later they had majority of the items.just honestly a great store. HIGHLY recommended for all your needs.

If i could give less then 1 star I would i called about a uhaul and when I asked if they could take a deposit I was told very rudly to try somewhere else and hung up I would not recommend this service to anyone at anytime

This variety store has such a huge variety of goods for sale plus a post office. They never seem to disappoint whenever I drop in there. The staff are always friendly and helpful!

I come to this store because I don’t have another option. They are very rude, unwelcoming and unappreciated. They also speak about the customers between them selves in a foreign language, which is very awkward.

I have been a regular customer of this store for almost two years now and I have to say I go out of my way to go there as the owners and staff always thank me for my business. They truly appreciate their customers. I have even purchased one of there balloons that said “thank you “ and then gave it to the owner. You will definitely have your day made brighter doing business here.

I could not recommend this place more. I was in a bind and needed postal services before the end of the day. The owners went above and beyond to wait for me well past their closing time after calling to explain the situation. They then proceeded to help me for half an hour, making sure I was satisfied and taken care of before wishing me a good evening. When I returned to give them something extra for the help, they immediately refused profusely. This quality of service and kindness is a rarity nowadays and I commend them for helping someone like me to the extent they did when they had nothing to gain from it. More people need to be like them.

Was forced to buy an entire roll of tape in order to attach a mail slip to a package.
The owners wife (presumably) told me they were out of tape. What? You sell tape.
I'll go somewhere else next time.

Not helpful at all. Asked worker at post office to let me know the cost of shipping a little box. Gave me a 100% useless answer. Probably never going back. I will support another company who is willing to answer simple questions. I live minutes from this location.

Good prices, owners are exceptional! And if I ever wanted to buy a balloon bouquet, I would buy it here!
