Installation of the newer stations went relatively well however there were some issues. The older stations also required major attention in terms of parts and adjustments which wasn't done per plan. Responding to our call to have these issues addressed Cooper did an outstanding job assessing the situation, providing options and solutions, replacing parts and fine tuning the operations. He was pleasant, answered questions patiently and worked efficiently. Expectations surpassed.
