We really like this place and the staff there (been going to the playground for a long time).

But sad and disappointed with certain dance instructor - as if she was forced to take on this gig on Sunday and you can smell the aloofness, the reluctance and the indifference in the air.

Lesson learned: who's teaching is way more important than what they are teaching. Will do more research next time.

There needs to be a Sprouts in every city in the world. I travel a lot and haven't seen such a perfect place for babies. They really need to change their business model though to allow for day passes instead of just monthly.

Came here for a birthday party. A bright clean space, plenty of fun things for toddlers and preschool aged children.

Great decor (with flip photos and frames for the kids to play with in the entrance), a wide selection of gross motor, fine motor and cognitive toys and climbers. This place has everything from slides and trampolines to Lego and magnatiles.

The party room was small but the bathrooms and baby changing rooms were a decent size. Everything was bright and clean.

Parking was ok on a Sunday afternoon (there was plenty of parking on the side streets).

Very clean, friendly staff. So many different structures and toys to play with my daughter loved it! There’s also free Starbucks coffee as well which is a plus.

Great indoor playground for kids 2 months to 7 years. Staff is capable and welcoming, and the interior is clean and cheerful.

The pay structure is horrible. The fact that we had to buy six sessions which expired within a few months is a shady way to do business. There are too many options in the city that don't require this method of payment. We won't be back.

The ideas here and the management are wonderful. However the fee structure keeps us from returning and has resulted in my warning off dozens of parents over the years who also don't like this kind of fee structure. You can't go for one-off visits. You must purchase a 6 use pass which expires a few months later if you don't use it. This is different from every other dropin in the GTA - I've been to dozens. Also the toy selection when we visited was EXTREMELY limited. There are play structures but the place is baron compared to other indoor playground. My two year old was bored within 30 minutes. If they added a lot more toys and permitted a-la-care drop-ins we would probably have gone back. And, parking is a killer. There really isn't anywhere handy to park, paid or free. Took us a long long time to find a parking spot. More than any other dropin anywhere.

Expiry on the pass packs? Completely unreasonable and a total cash grab.moreover, the red head woman that works there doesnt care to open the door for our stroller, or another stroller i saw once entering.both of these facts add to a disappointment.

Great place to spend an hour with a baby. They have lots of slides, trampolines, and tunnels for the baby to walk through. They also have free coffee and tea for the adults. Overall a good experience.

I had a monthly unlimited membership this summer or my daughter who was 10-11 months at the time. I like the space and it was a great way to beat the heat. However I don't think they ever disinfect anything other than the small handheld toys which I only saw them do occasionally. Ever 3 weeks my daughter caught something nasty from there like hand, foot and mouth and Roseola. After the second illness we stopped going there. We were often there just before closing especially on the weekend and there was no indication that they disinfect things like the slides or climbers.

We have really enjoyed our experiences at Sprouts! Initially we came on a summer weekday and were able to have a free drop in to try out the facilities. It is not a huge indoor playground, but there were not many children there, and our daughter was able to explore and play and it was enough for a child her age.
We have since observed that it is incredibly busy and chaotic on weekends, especially with cooler weather. Children seem to leave around noon and it is less busy, and a better time to visit if you can swing it with naps. I think children 5+ would get bored quickly in this indoor playground.
As a mother of a new baby, I greatly appreciated the adult chairs for sitting on the floor that provide back support, and can be moved around the play center as needed to watch our child. There is an automated Starbucks coffee machine with either black coffee or hot chocolate, as well as a diverse tea selection for parents to access while at the Center, and sealed mugs are provided so that coffee can be brought in while watching children.
Our 3 year old daughter has since been attending ballet on Saturday mornings and loves it. The instructor (Lindsay) is excellent, and ballet remains a highlight each week. We have registered her again for the upcoming term.

They wanted me to pay for six visits up front. Wut. This place could do with a little competition.
