Had problem with no hot water & Carson, Spur’s rep was here that evening so I could take my shower that night! Carson was polite and friendly, very impressed!

Coldest day of the year, wake up to to house being 15 degrees! Called Dylan at Spurr and he made a priority service call. The furnace was properly diagnosed and repaired within two hours, including Dylan going to get the parts!
Absolutely fantastic service!

Dillon was here a week before Christmas to assess why our furnace kept cutting out. We had other companies come with no solution. Dillon ran some tests and had it figured out in a 1/2hr. We were very happy with his expertise and plan to use Spurr Heating in the future if need be.

Great service! Furnace is 3 years old, was not heating and Spurr had a service guy out same day to fix it.

All I can say is WoW! My 6 month old furnace quit running today. I had a horrible experience with the company I purchased from. I guess they decided not to answer the phone when they saw my caller id since they are in litigation with me.
I didn't know who to call for repair and I almost chose a large well known company but decided that a smaller company with good reviews that was close to my home was best.
I called Spurr HVAC and was surprised to talk with someone who actually spoke clear English. She was pleasant and attentive. I explained my situation and within 15 min.there was a technician at my door. He was also pleasant and knowledgeable. The problem was minor and was repaired within 30 minutes. The price included the repair and was more than fair. I don't expect this fast a service all the time but this company has won me over. So very helpful and professional! Thanks so much for your second to none service. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Fantastic customer service and a very professional job! The best in town hands down. We use them for everything. HVAC, BBQ gas line, water heater, pool heater, you name it they do it…and I always recommend them to family and friends.

Spurr replaced my furance and air conditioner. I loved that they sent one of their installers to check the job and give me a quote. Their quote never changed, no hidden surprises. The three installers were quick, knowledgeable and professional. Very please with the work.

Chad was courteous and answered all my questions professionally. His response to was great and his staff were were very respectful when conducing the service. I would highly recommend Spurr Heating to anyone!

Carson arrived on time and as promised. He cleaned inside the furnace, cleaned the flame sensor, checked the drain, checked the pressure tubing, checked the filter, checked the safety switches, checked all of the electrical components. All was well. He also cleaned our attached humidifier and changed the filter, which we had on hand. Carson was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We highly recommend SPURR and will be using them in the future.

We needed to add a gas line for our stove. Bpth their Customer service and Technical service were superb! Spurr Heating and Air Conditioning will definitely be our first and only call if we ever need their service again! Thank you

I have used their services for over 2 years now and will continue to use them in future. It started with them servicing my old furnace on a rental property, for which I could not be there during their visits.
Just this week, I had them replace that furnace which stopped working and they also installed an Ecobee thermostat at the same time.
They are so trustworthy that I was able to execute this remotely. They placed heaters in the house over the weekend when the furnace was out. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC services.

Absolutely great service.furnace went down right after Christmas and these guys had me up and running again the following week. The guys were clean professional and courteous. Everything is working great!

The service person found out the HVAC and A/C problems immediately and fixed it within in an hour. We are not suffocating and not feeling hot in middle of the night. For last 20 days I am seeing no problem at all. If I face any issue in future, I will obviously call them first.

Carson did the maintenance on our AC today but has done maintenance many times in the past & actually helped to install our furnace, etc 4 years ago. He is very efficient, knowledgeable & has outstanding interpersonal skills, making him a real pleasure to have in our home. All in all, Carson is a huge asset for Spurr.

Only charged for diagnosis and cleaned the pilot light area so it lights the burner. Loved the service. Prompt answer to email requesting service check the junk mail though.

Blower motor stopped working at 2am. I did an online request for service at 7am. I received a quick responce and service call was booked for 2pm. They called at noon and aaked if they could come early which was great. Tech came over, poked around and did his thing, changed out a suspected part and I've had no issues since. Its great knowing we have competent professionals this close to home that don't gouge us in a time of need. October.just had them replace furnace, ac and thermostat. Very happy with the results. Would highly recommend this company.

I have used Spurr twice.once for a new AC unit and now for a new furnace. Spencer from Spurr has been so professional and such a pleasure to deal with. Can't say enough about the service I've received.

I called at 5 pm and by 630 pm Spencer arrived did some troubleshooting and found that the fan is not working in the furnace. Is returning tomorrow afternoon to repair it as he needed the part.

Beware when making a call to this company, I was delighted to read so many positive reviews relating to their professionalism and courtesy however after speaking to David I can clearly state that it’s not at the forefront for all their employees. The female that answered my initial call was friendly, however did not have any information available for me in regards to pricing, scheduling, options etc. I was told I would need to be transferred but David was on the other line and she’d have him call me back, approximately 10 minutes later I received a call from David, he had no idea who I was or what the call was related to and when I mentioned the associate David that I was supposed to speak with he didn’t even acknowledge that was him, instead letting me continue to fumble through words until he informed me that he was indeed David. I briefly explained my issue to him (I have a gas line leak inside my unit) and promptly on ending my story was told that he didn’t have anyone available for that job and I should look into another company, but he didn’t give other companies recommendations so I would have to hang up and search for myself. I told him that was okay and I would do so, however I would like to know why he made no attempt to schedule me in (he didn’t even ask what time/day I was looking for, simply told me no and that he had no one) and this time was told quite bluntly that he had “5 guys working night shifts and they were all scheduled through to the end of next week” again with zero attempt to even try to fit anything in or discuss possible dates so please understand you will be waiting weeks to have any service taken care of according to David. At this point I was fed up and informed him that I would be leaving this review, if it saves one person from wasting a call here it’s certainly worth it, cheers!

My wife and I checked out a few Heating and Air Conditioning Companies to install AC. Spurr was definately the best and lived up to it's amazing reputation. We had Jordan come out and check the property to give us an estimate. He took the time to tell us our choices and which would be best. Administartion called and the very next day a couple guys installed our unit. They were very professional, friendly, efficient, and took the time to explain what they were doing. Best bang for your buck and service I experienced in a long time!:)

3 years ago they installed a new central air for us and replaced our rental Hot Water tank which was Reliance - Spurr have their own Tanks which are better quality than reliance our neighbours in the Garth Trails Village community have used them and also very satisfied
Also used them to run natural gas line to our outdoor BBQ
No hesitation in highly recommending them for friendly, fast reliable, cost effective service

I've used Spurr Heating and Air at my last residence and was pleased with the service and quality of work. We recently moved and had our fingers crossed that our AC was going to run smoothly at the new house (and it did the last 2 summers) but this week that luck ran out. We had a crew out to see the unit to diagnose the issue, and just like the last experience this one was treated just as well. Very professional, very knowledgeable and given a few great options moving forward.

We used Spurr to check the efficiency of our AC unit and ducting. The technician did a pretty thorough check of things including getting down in our crawl space, he cleaned a few key areas out and explained things to me. He was polite and respectful. In our case no changes could be made. We just paid a call out fee which seemed reasonable.

Our AC unit went down before the hottest weekend of the summer and Spurr Heating and AC took care of it and had it working in no time. Our unit is older and had issues again, different ones a week later and came within the hour of calling! Great service, great price. The entire team at Spurr HVAC is amazing. Contacted Chad on a weds regarding a pool heater that wasn’t working. Chad had his guy out the following day. With material shortages in the world, Chad’s guy made 8-10 phone calls to source the part as we were moving in a month. They found the part and repair the heater with in 2 weeks. Everyone at Spurr HVAC friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The only company I use for my HVAC needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
