This place I've been dealing with it for more than 13 years. An error happened at a payment transaction and they are coming after me after a year and half asking me to repay for a service as an error happened from their side or to send them a proof that I paid a year and a half. Telling them how to keep a proof for a transaction after a year an half the manager Treasa said error happens we are all humans. And kept saying you have to pay told her our insurance is clear I pay you and the reimburse me and same policy never changed and I'm sure I made payment in a way or another how can I keep a receipt for a payment I made a year and half ago if paid cash or if I changed this card or a card I don't have any more. She insisted that I make a payment I told it's an error from your side don't come after a year and half if it's a week or a month that's very understood and easy to remember.
This place is going sucks. And not honest.
PLS KEEP THEIR RECIPTS FOR GOOD IF A PATIENT AFTER 13 YEARS DOING THIS WITH HER. THOUSANDS OF THOUSANDS I PAID TO THEM.

THEY ARE A SCAMMERS NOW.

I visited Square one Dental today, have been a client 10+ yrs. I have seen many hygienists at this location over the years. Mona took care of me today, she was kind, pleasant and so sweet.

Great service. Very convenient location. Friendly staff.got $150 reward from Snap Smile for using their portal to book an appointment at this clinic. Very easy process to get the reward. Highly recommend snap smile.

Terrible admin staff at the front desk. Not patient and very rude. I suggest to go to the other 2 other dental offices in square one where you will be treated professionally with customer service.

Mona is an excellent hygienist. She is very caring, knowledgeable and thorough in her work. Mona takes her time when explaining important information and tips to her patients.
I highly recommend her.

Sandra is also an excellent hygienist I have known for several years. She is patient, kind and does an amazing and thorough job when cleaning your teeth. She is also knowledgeable and offers great tips. I highly recommend her.

I love coming to the dental office because of these 2 hygienists that are very professional, understanding and experienced.
They make you feel at ease and very comfortable.

Awesome staff, doctor and the front desk support. I recommend this clinic 1000% for their professionalism and the support.

Dr. Waled is very kind and caring. I like how he explains everything about the procedure and gives little breaks in between and asks how you’re doing. Best Dentist I’ve had!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would.dentist took an x-ray that didn't show the teeth properly, and diagnosed that I needed a root canal.gave me inadequate pain medication prescription and no antibiotics. I needed antibiotics. Saw my regular dentist after the weekend. I don't need a root canal. I have a gum infection and need antibiotics.had to pay for another x-ray as the one Square One took didn't even show the roots. My experienced dentist (dental surgeon) said the x-ray was useless (which is why I needed another one 2 days later) and that even the pain meds (ibuprofen) given were not adequate (and they sure weren't) even if the Square one dentist didn't see the infection. (addition: i spoke to the manager; okay the dentist doesn't agree with my real dentist, fine; still doesn't explain the useless x-ray that doesn't show the roots which is kind of important; I would never go back there).

I had a broken tooth and got it extracted by Dr. Mohammed Al-Hashimi.
He did an excellent job remove the 3 roots, very nice, caring person. The waiting room is under renovation and is very small now.

Today I spoke to reception for information and she wasn't helping and requesting many information, my feeling as I am calling bank to get mortgage, once I asked he to transfer the line to her management she refused and I registered a complain on site to see there respond.
I am not recommending this clinic to any one, they must select the quintity and quilty of hiring staff

Dr. Pauline did an awesome job. I am extremely contented the way she cleaned my teeth:) She’s also friendly and a happy person!

Warning. If anyone looking for an office to have your dental work done. Please consider my experience with them.
I came in for an emergency appointment, got x-rays, diagnosed by the dentist, paid my bill and schedule to come back for treatment. I was giving an estimate of $1200-$1400 to have the work done. Time to pay the bill, it was close to $2200. I was shocked and disappointed, I did not gave consent for a treatment this much but sadly paid the entire bill anyway. If I knew it would cost me this much to have the work done. I would of had chosen other options. The next day, I called the office regarding my concerns, they said that the manager will contacted me back, which I haven’t heard back from them, and it’s been weeks now. It’s hard finding an ethical dental clinic nowaday.

Dr. Gus is an amazing orthodontist that helped to align my teeth. Dr. Andrea added filling material to shape and lengthening my upper front teeth. Both dentists worked together to improve my smile and overall I'm 100% satisfied!

I had neglected my teeth for a couple of years and needed some work. Dr. Waleed took good care of me with no complications or pain. Thank for being great at what you do! I highly suggest seeing him for all your dental needs.

Dr. Gus, Dr. Sunita are the best. In the last 6 years, they both helped my husband and I improve our dental health. They're both very gentle and genuine. Their hygienist are also amazing, very gentle and thorough. Sadly I have to move to another dental clinic for personal reasons, but thankful for these doctors and their hygienist.

I have been going to this clinic for over 15 years specifically to see Dr. Nick! He is the best dentist i have dealt with. Unfortunately, he retired and there was change of management. I am extremely disappointed with the new team specially the billing department. After my last visit they asked me to pay for an outstanding balance that my insurance didn't cover from 3 years ago! I have visited the clinic multiple times, as I am a regular patient there, and during the 3 years not once did they mention that the insurance didn't cover it. When I questioned that its been 3 years and this is the first time you mention it, the receptionist didn't give me a clear answer and wasn't helpful! At that moment I decided to pay it and never go there again because of their shady and unclear billing. They definitely don't value their loyal client and are not transparent with them. Also, most of the dentist are new and do not recommend them.

Great staff and doctor is precise and caring. I am glad I found good place for my family dental care. Highly recommended

Went here last year for tooth extraction id say nick is a professional surgeon took me 45 mins just to get my extractions and healed within 2 weeks

Had a root canal sometime in February 2019 had to go back almost 6/7 times complaining about the pain and inability to use the tooth to chew. I was left with a terrible pain and terrible filling the tooth kept on decaying as it wasn’t cleaned out properly through out 2019/2020 up until September 2020 when I went to a different dentist had the same process redone and had to go through the pain a second time and found out the root canal wasn’t properly done at all m. The most annoying thing about whatever square one dental did was that I literally had to experience the pain of having a root canal done twice. Well my family and friends and enemies would never be advised to used square one dental

Dr Nick has been in the game for over a decade and his work and manner sure shows it. Professional and hard working. I hope to be treated by him for another 20!

Sophia works along side Dr Nick and at the front. Her professionalism and customer service is outstanding. She really goes above and beyond for all of her patients. I think she's one of the best I've seen at the office and not an eye sore I'll tell ya that! Dinner on me! Thanks Dr Nick and team.

I have been seeing dr. Nick since I was a kid. Honestly dr. Nick is amazing and I have never had an issue with him, however recently I booked to get my wisdom teeth taken out, and I had allot of trouble getting my insurance information getting put in, I visited them prior and gave the receptionist the card she said she photocopied it and will put it in now and call me to verify because it’s covid and she didn’t want me to wait long at the clinic. She didn’t call back so I called a day later and they said they didn’t have my information so I emailed it and the receptionist insured me that she, herself will put it in and call back to confirm. A week went by and the week of my surgery, more games or cat and mouse just to get my insurance put in! I literally spoke with someone Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Each time I had to call, till I threatened that I will not pay a dollar if they don’t add my insurance because my surgery is the next day and they need to send a pre-estimate for me to be covered fully! All these times that I spoke with them, not once did they mention that I couldn’t drink or eat in the morning prior, this is my first surgery. I can’t possibly know if they don’t tell me, they even called me back Wednesday evening day before the surgery to do a covid screening and went through a few things and still never mentioned it! I am furious, I took 2 days off work and I couldn’t even get my surgery done because of the receptionist not informing me multiple times! And I spoke with multiple ones not just one, overall doctor is amazing but they really need to change the receptionists because they are all no good! Keep Felicia, she’s the only one that stayed true to her word and added my insurance.

Recently had my daughter wisdom tooth extracted followed by mine as well by Dr Nick. The whole procedure from start to finish was very smooth. They are strongly following the dental fees guide and also able to accomodate the appointment as per the patient need. Thanks to Dr Nick, Dental Assistants and the staff for their professionalism. Strongly recommend Dr. Nick and Square 1 Dental for any of your dental needs and specially wisdom tooth extraction.

What an awful place.if I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place is extremely unprofessional and they're looking for ways to get money off of you. I newly found out about this place and I had an appointment with the dentist and he told me take make another appointment to see me again. Which took a 2 month wait. Today, was my appointment after the 2 month wait and all the doctor did was look at my teeth (like he did the first time he saw me) and recommenced me to see the specialist! Like seriously? He could've told me the first time he seen me. Instead, he decided to make me wait 2 months just to tell me to see the specialist and then take $60 away from me. I thought I could trust this dental place but all that they've proven to me is that they don't care about your teeth but the money they'll be recieving from you. I noticed this issue is not something I'm only having. Many people have complaints regarding the same issue on the reviews here. Never in my life have I seen such carless, unprofessional dentists. They have made me very upset with the amount I had to pay, the dentists' attitude and for making an appointment that took 2 months just for him to say "see a specialist". Please, please, please do not waste your time and money!

The male doctor was not attentive and responsive. I was charged 55 dollars of consultation fee without the doctor doing anything. The doctor just used a hook tool to buckle my teeth for few seconds, which I feel very incompetent in his part. After that, he just said that he don’t saw any problem on my teeth, and did not ask me any further questions nor recommendations or opinions! I came to see dentist because my teeth doesn’t feel good and is not okay. During examination, he also ignored the teeth that I did big restoration, in which gives me some pain for cold and discomfort. I don’t want to leave there without doing anything, so he recommend me to take an x ray, and it shows I have nothing! I just leaved there without any treatment. In the end, they charged me for emergency doctor consultation, I called in the morning for normal appointment to follow up with my doctor, and they said that they have doctors available today! I will definitely not coming to this clinic, It made feel cold and bad. By the way, Dr Nancy is a good doctor there, very kind, passionate and informative.

Exceptional service by all staff. My main issue here is needing to find an excellent hygienist here.

I just wish they would actually send results when they say they will. It's been a month, and my x-ray still has not been emailed to me.

WARNING, my sister went in to get her wisdom tooth removed, ended up with a hole in her mouth that was collecting bacteria and needed to see 2 specialist and get surgery, this place does not care, forget a refund or maybe they could have offered to cover the surgery, but no they just don't care at and would not even admit responsibility. I now have to look for a new dentist because I can't trust this place at all.

Doctor and hygienist are great. Front desk needs to mind their manners. Rude and condenscing interaction despite being a client for over a decade. If not for the Dr, this family would have chosen a different establishment. I have already chosen to take my services elsewhere, but others are willing to tough it out. No need for the receptionists to roll their eyes and for my senior mom to be told off while politely asking for a senior discount (which has been applied over the years). The rudeness is completely unnecessary - especially when it was done loudly and in front of everyone in the open area check-in. Other dental offices (including those on OpenCare) provide assistance. I recommend others to look elsewhere at other dental operations, if you need the extra care. Some are even offering a lower rate.

The staff don't know what "direct billing" is. Called and asked I'm advance, was told they do direct billing, asked again before proceeding at the office, and after the cleaning they charged me and claimed that direct billing is them making the claim for me. Won't go back

I've been coming to square one dental for a long time and I just went to get fillings done today and Dr. Andrea is an excellent dentist and Mona the hygienist and the other staff are excellent as well, everyone also at the reception desk is very kind, welcoming and very friendly. They're always on top of things and very organized with booking or changing appointments I really like how caring the staff are everyone is great here at this dentist office and I high recommend this one, all of the staff are great.

I was able to get an emergency appointment same day on a Sunday. Dr. Bana is awesome! She fixed my toothache that was keeping me up at night. Thank you Square 1 Dental!

If Sandra -the most wonderful, most gentle, and knowledgeable hygienist didn’t work here (and two other great hygienists that my family likes), we probably would have left this practice a while back due to a rude receptionist (I haven’t seen her lately) and there’s now a Spanish woman who is lovely and so much kinder to deal with. Thank you Sandra for your thorough and great job! Much appreciated!

Square one dental has always given me the upmost oral care and hygiene. The staff is awesome and my family always feels at home when we are there. Thank you Square One Dental for always making our visit such a great one!

We visited this morning for potentially getting a cavity filling for my husband. The doctor charged us $80 for a 5 minute diagnostic exam that did not even include an X-ray to check for other cavities. The dentist concluded in less than 5 minutes, after tapping only the tooth my husband was intermittently experiencing pain in, that he didn’t need a filling. Quickest $80 ever spent. Unimpressed and dissatisfied.

Had called to see if they take payments for a root canal the lady I had first spoken to said yes they do! That it would be $133 for consultation so I said great I’d like an appointment
For some reason she couldn’t access August’s appointment schedule
She said she would call me back

Later that evening I got a call back from a different lady (apparently the dentist?) saying it was for the root canal I said yes I said you take payments for root canals right? (I definitely wasn’t driving over an hour and a half there to find out they don’t) she says “ no payments wouldn’t work as it’s a one day thing “ I said yes I understand the other lady had said you take payments so whatever I said how much would the root canal be!
She said you have to come in to let me look at it and it’ll be $160 for a consultation! (how did it go from $133-$160 In legit a matter of hours) I said the other lady said it was $133 she says that’s for extracting the tooth! I said absolutely NOT! We never discussed extraction I was asking about root canals I eventually hung up because wasn’t worth my time

If I could give 0 stars I would and we never even walked into the building!

The service at this location is really good.
I came from Toronto here because I trust the services that my doctor provides.
Plenty parking area, and easy to access.

The overall experience was great. The hygienist Moutih was excellent and had some really helpful advice. I will definitely go back because of the experience I had with him.

But the doctor (Dr. Lawrie) who checked my teeth after - Was incredibly rude to Moutih. Moutih noticed a dot in my X-Ray, and Dr. Lawrie decided to yell and embarrass him in front of me asking if Moutih wanted 'brownie points' for his find.

He then kept teasing his for the rest of his session. It was awkward and I'm now wondering if that is the dynamic where the hygienists are treated this terribly by the doctors for just trying to help out.

I've been coming to your office for years - this was the first time I've seen that happen, and honestly I was waiting patiently for Dr. Lawrie to leave so I can thank Moutih as he was honestly incredible.

Will go back to Moutih - but will ask not to see a doctor if that is what I should expect every time.

Dr Ting and her staff/associates are all top notch! She is patient, will answer all your questions with detail and care, gets you in and out her promptly and even give you an extra shot to numb the pain! I dread going to see my mechanic and all doctors but when ever I visit Dr Ting, I am confident I walk out of her clinic a little happier and definitely healthier.

Been coming here for years and never disappointed. Dr. Nancy is very kind and always has time to answer your questions. Pauline cleans my teeth to perfection and I always feel welcome coming here! Thank you!

I am currently doing a year of travelling volunteer work and was experiencing a lot of pain regarding my wisdom teeth. I was not able to make it home to see my dentist so I called Square One Dental hoping to find some sort of help. Initially the receptionist was so welcoming and kind and helped me arrange an appointment on such short notice. When I went in the office staff was even more caring then on the phone. They worked with me while I tried to arrange my dental insurance from back home and were very patient and helpful. Dr. Susan treated me with care and compassion and was so amazing to work with. After everything she took the time to personally email my dentist from home what her thoughts and suggestions were and also email my X-Rays along. Although I am not from Mississauga, I would totally reccomend Square One Dental. Great experience with a great staff.

I've been seeing Pauline for my cleanings for the past 10yrs, she great and my teeth feels super clean. I would never goto another hygienist. Doctor Nancy and Doctor Trevor are very friendly, answers all my questions and resolves all my teeth issues quickly and painlessly. I highly recommend everyone here!

Ive been coming here for pretty much my whole life. My experience has always been mediocre until I got Pauline as my hygienist she’s amazing and the only reason I keep going back! However, until a few minutes ago I called to confirm my specialist appointment in 2 weeks that I rescheduled in January. Not only did they not cancel the original appointment and luckily I called to confirm it was cancelled a few days before the surgery and they tried to charge me because the receptionist didn’t cancel it and it was past the cancellation period.
But I was told my current appointment booked is pending and that the doctor isn’t in that day. I never received a phone call telling me this or to reschedule the appointment for another time. I was very disappointed when I was told this so last minute and when trying to rearrange another appointment date between work and school so last minute the coordinator was very rude and condescending on the phone.
