One of the best clinics I’ve been to, they have always been accommodating for booking appointments and our doctor has been great as far as response time with letters needed for my work and insurance claims. Would highly recommend!

I had gone here for an emergency checkup. Surprisingly the process was swift and i was informed to do some tests and though the next phase was time consuming I was still able to get an idea as to what is going on with my health. For getting results such as x ray and ECG waiting time can be over 3 weeks and to get the results you have to first get an appointment with the doctor who you went to first and then they will release the results.

Love the doctors.the front desk staff (The Door Keepers) needs to learn humility and care for the patients.

Giving one star cuz all the doctors are amazing except the receptionists. Most of them are very rude and think they are superior.

The wait time has been truly excessive, consistently exceeding one hour, even with appointments. I've spent a considerable amount of time trying to book appointments. Moreover, I received three follow-ups stating that there's a fine for not showing up, but no penalty if they run late. The receipt mentioned the doctor was running 'a little late, ' which turned out to be an entire hour.

I have been visiting this clinic for the past 2 years and while my experiences with the doctors have been great, my recent encounter with the front desk receptionist, Angela, left a lot to be desired. The front desk staff's behavior seems to be a stark contrast to the professionalism and expertise of the doctors.

First and foremost, the doctors at this clinic are exceptional. They possess a wealth of knowledge, are attentive, and provide excellent care.

However, the same cannot be said for the front desk staff. In particular, Angela's behavior was extremely rude and unhelpful. I approached her with a polite request, but she responded in an unnecessarily hostile manner. It was disappointing to encounter such a lack of courtesy and professionalism, especially considering the pleasant experiences I have had with the doctors.

Another aspect to consider is the waiting time at this clinic. Unfortunately, even with an appointment, the waiting hours are consistently long. Waiting for more than an hour has become the norm, which can be frustrating and inconvenient for patients.

It is my hope that the clinic addresses these issues to ensure a more positive experience for all patients.

Square one Medical has great staff that like to help. Always get great care from this location.

Pathetic staff. Worst internal communication and unethical behaviour towards patients. No comments on doctors, because I haven’t gotten a chance to visit because the staff kept rescheduling the appointment and then blame us for not being available and asking us to pay $75 cancellation fees.

I have been seeing Dr. Dhami since my first pregnancy back in 2021. She’s honestly the best doctor I’ve had!

Doctors are great but the reception staff are terrible. Appointments constantly lost and nobody ever seems to know what is going on. Hire a decent office manager!

Been here for 4 years, Absolutely love their service. Also Dr. Sadro helps in every way possible, any issue you face. Cheers to also nurse carol, super sweet and always helpful.

Extremely dissatisfied with the experience (s) I have had with this clinic. Nothing but issue after issue. It shouldn't be this difficult to receive a simple FAX when the pharmacy has sent it a total of three times but apparently you haven't received it. The staff in this place are just completely incompetent. You want a good place to go for stuff like this definitely do not go here.

I am giving our doctor, Dr. Neil Tangri a five star because he deserves it. He is thorough, attentive, honest and polite. These are all words that came from my two teenage boys. Thank you Dr. Tangri for your thoroughness. I have had to see another female doctor as an emergency walk in with one of my boys. She was curt and quick. Didn’t even introduce herself. SOME front desk staff needs an attitude adjustment. I find two of them really polite. So I would ask for those two whenever I call. All the lab techs I have met so far are very courteous and kind. They do have little convos with you while attending to you. The washroom is always clean. Thank god! Overall the clinic is very clean and convenient. I did recommend a few patients and I heard great feedback. Some staff I guess like everywhere else is a working progress! Make Dr. Neil Tangri your family physician you won’t regret it.

Our Family Doctor moved here that is the sole reason we moved here. Doctors are all good but these receptionists become oversmart and extremely unemphatatic. They are sitting on front line to address customers and they are so rude.
It will be a matter of time patients woo away from this place due to the customer service.

If I could give a 0 stars I would. My mom just died I’m 20 years old and autistic. I missed my doctors appointments because I had to go to her funeral in Halifax. While in Halifax I had no return flight to Toronto. The way in which my mom died was horrific, the investigation was taking a long time and had no set date when her body would be released to us so I didn’t know when I would be returning home. So yes I missed my doctors appointments.

I now am back in Toronto
But have a severe flu / strept throat from the stress of loosing my best friend (my mama)

Anyways I get a call today from a receptionist named “Rezzy” who said I have a no show cancellation fee. I tried to tell her that i was unaware there we’re no show fees no one had warned me and if I would of known I would of cancelled my doctors appointments, I was under a lot of pressure preparing for my moms funeral in Halifax.

As I was explaining this to Rezzy she started yelling at me, Interrupting me and wouldn’t let me speak.was extremely rude talking down on me, and was screaming over me like a crazy person and then Hung up on me.

It was disgusting Unprofessional behaviour. She should be fired. She should not be allowed to work with the disabled and sick.

I NEVER write reviews but after all what I’ve been through to have some low life named Rezzy treat me like that? There is no way. I will be Changing doctors now because of her.moral of the story fire Rezzy or loose patients because I can PROMISE you no one wants to be talked to in that manner or deserves to be talked to like that from their doctors receptionist.

My family Dr. Dr. Sharma is a wonderful doctor who is very patient and caring. She takes the time to explain things and keeps up to date with my file. Always has time to see me.

Today I visited square one Medical center for the first time as walking patient. I was really impressed. Wait time was also less. I was seen by Dr. Aneil Bhandari. An impressive young doctor. I found him highly professional and very experienced. He was kind and respectful. I am myself a medical doctor and I found him the best doctor. I am thankful to him. He looked after me so well.

One of the ladies (South Asian origin) at the front desk denied me a copy of my medical records, and didn’t bother asking me if this is for a new medical examination or an older one. Apparently she is a nurse she told me. Her attitude was extremely careless and pathetic customer service on top. I went back and told them that as per Ontario’s health privacy law, i have the right to request access to my health records. A polite doctor later intervened and helped me get the records. Most of the people here including the doctors are nice, but the bad service by this lady just made my overall experience ridiculous.

Garbage customer service at the front desk. Every single time I have called I have been put on really long holds and then the call just ends.

Went to walk in today for second time after 1 year. Last year I was referred to Dr. Neil Tangri. Awesome experience with a really nice attitude. Today I visited again as my cold symptoms were severe. I was referred to Dr. Rominder Kler his attitude seemed way off as soon as he entered the room. I still was trying to be nice and explain him my health issue. He barely even looked or made an eye contact. Any question you ask him, he will brush u off. While he was checking me with stchoscope, i politely said “i am sorry if I am sweating a bit” he acted as if he didnt hear anything and told me to get off the bench. The whole time hw was in consulting room he had this weird attitude towards me. Such rude and unprofessional behaviour from a doctor is unacceptable and thats why I am addresing it so other patients dont get to face it. It should be addressed to the management so doctors like him can be a little more professional and nice like dr. Neil Tangri is.

The customer service is garbage, the receptionists need to learn basic decency. You’re dealing with patients, have some manners for the love of god. The doctors are awesome but if I had to rate the service I got up till I finally met my doctor, it would be 0 stars.

The front desk people are horrible. I met them at the clinic and they just talk to you like you owe them. Not really a good experience.

Lavleen assistant to doctor tangerie is extremely rude, full of arrogance and negetive attitude. Doesn't know how to empathize with a client. Dr tangerie is really good.

Very convenient and nice place with friendly doctors and staff except the Indian lady (receptionist). I understand that maybe, she’s tired or maybe going thru something but I hope the management will remind her to be somehow polite especially when taking calls. Coz sometimes, you couldn’t even finish what you’re saying because she would automatically put you on hold, or just say “okay bye” and hang up the phone without letting you finish first with your concern.

Rude staff. Needs to learn how to communicate with the members of public. I belong to healthcare sector yet we have been taught how to talk to people. The lady on reception April 19th evening shift is the rudest person ever.

Plus mention on the top of your website that clinic closes at 8pm but we take walk ins only until 530pm. Why is this not mentioned as priority on the website?

Plus if a patient is in extreme pain and the clinic is empty why can’t my family doctor just sign a prescription? The receptionist needs to learn basic listening skills to at least listen to the concerns. Horrible reception staff.

The staff here especially the front desk staff is not friendly or welcoming, sometimes rude and unacceptable behaviour too, The staff should learn how to treat the patients with care and concern. Also very hard to even get a phone in appointment with doctor, may have to wait for 2 weeks to 1 month atleast, the staff never say we will try to fix an appointment soon, their immediate response is “no there is no phone in /inperson appointment available, you have to wait”. Understand the waiting period, but as a patient, we expect a polite answer. Even though you have been to the clinic many times they behave as if you are a stranger. The doctors are nice, thats why I am giving one star. My family doctor is so polite and understanding, wish the staff had the same qualities too.

Some front staff could be more polite but I am so happy to leave my old doctor’s office and be a new patient of Dr. Dhami! She has been so helpful and great. My old doctor’s office had us waiting for a minimum of half an hour and was so rushed all the time, also not really kind. I don’t
have these problems here at all! I literally waited max 10 minutes and Dr. Dhami is very patient and takes her time. This is so important to me. I had to come back here and edit the rating from 5 to 3 stars because the front desk staff can be rude and unprofessional. The stars are for my doctor otherwise I’d give a 0 if possible

Doctor Tangri is the best. We were living in the same apartment and were fortunate enough to get into Dr Tangri's care when my wife was expecting. Right from Day 1, the doctor listened to us, referred us for relevant tests and to other clinics wherever needed and patiently explains at each step what is to be expected and what are the signs of caution we should be aware of. Not only was the doctor always easily approachable, he remembered each time, our previous conversations and history. He is the family doctor for me, my wife and my infant boy and always provided amazing care for all of us. I cannot recommend him enough for his sound advise and his attitude.

The clinic overall can get busy as they accept walk-ins and there is delay even when the appointment is booked. That said the staff try to manage the best with this. Karen from the staff is great as well.

As I've moved from the area, I am sad to be moving from his care but if you have him as your family doctor, you will be in good care.

Currently here for a “meet and greet” to get Dr. Sharma as my new family doctor. Had an appointment and yet I still have yet to see anyone after 40 minutes. Not a great way to get new patients.

The receptionists are warm and friendly. Dr Bhandari is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, the clinic itself is clean and efficient. Definitely recommend.

Been a patient of Dr Tangri since my wife got pregnant about a year and a half ago. We have been to many doctors as finding a good doctor in GTA is not easy. Dr Tangri has been great since day 1, as our son was having feeding issues and sleepless nights. Dr Tangri was always there and also called to check in. Whatever reason we go to him for, he still always asks about our son everytime and remembers.
Finding a good doctor in GTA is not easy, all other doctors will give you quick short answers and get the next patient in. I definitely recommend Dr. Neil Tangri!

Extremely rude receptionists at this location. A star is only for my family doctor, Dr.is very nice and empathetic. Receptionists at this location deserve zero star. It is highly recommended to give training to them about good customer service skills. Be it on phone or in person, they are always rude and frustrated. What’s that stupid attitude for? They really to learn the basics of customer service. They even lied to me about not receiving my important report on time from ultrasound clinic. When I investigated in detail in both the clinics, I found out that they did receive the report on time and lied to me. They were not even sorry for their mistake. Acted as if nothing had happened. Also, this clinic is still working in Stone Age. They don’t have Wi-fi which means no email service, no virtual appointments with doctor if required. I haven’t seen such a backward clinic. And, who charges a $ for 1 page printout from their patients. It is such a trouble as it’s hard to keep coins? In bag every time you go there. The clinic services need to be ramped up ASAP.

All staffs are very friendly. Excellent service. My & My Son’s Dr.is Annu Dhami. She is very caring, polite & friendly behavior. She is very knowledgeable & understanding. I feel lucky to have her as our family doctor.

Horrible staff can't get an appointment with my doctor because they NEVER EVER EVER PICK UP THE PHONE.management is just as useless. They don't return calls or better their staff.

Dr. Tangri is our family doctor - he is patient, cares & takes the time to listen & ask questions. We love his assistant Leena, she’s the BEST & as first time parents we trust her to administer all our babies vaccinations. Karen is a great receptionist who is patient, professional & a pleasure to deal with.

Horrible staff with ridiculous customer service. They should be giving training or do schooling again in dealing with patients or regular customer. Even if I am getting good service from my family doctor, I might rethink to come & visit this clinic as I don’t want to indulge myself with disgusting staff who forgot their mannerism. Actually, the way they behave shows their upbringing and the attitude they talk with should be left in their own pockets as everybody has its own!

Dr. Sharma is my family physician and she's awesome. She is very caring. She gives enough time. She will listen to you and answer each and every question/ concern. Glad to have such doctor.

My experience with Dr. Richa Sharma was so good that I recommended her to all my cousins and aunts. I love that the receptionist is also friendly and usually the wait is reasonable.

At first this place was very friendly and you could actually make an appointment with your family doctor. Lately, I have been on hold over the phone for over 10 minutes three separate times and then hung up on several times by reception. This is unacceptable. I had to wait three days after being hung up on by reception every single day to make one appointment for a prescription.

Two ladies at the reception with very bad attitude. The speak with patience in a condensing matter and would put you on hold before asking if its okay and keep you waiting for over 10min. This happened in multiple occasions. I'll def change my family doctor as a result of this poor customer service level and rude behavior.

Run away from this place. First and last time to go there! My horrible experience is with Dr. Dhami; We had first appointment for our son. My son is 6 year old with Autism. He was not feeling OK.the staff at the front desk was not nice at all.treat us like trash.after filling many many forms, they told me that they do not deal with refugee claimant? Yes this so racist.and the doctor refused to see my son. I don’t know but definitely won’t go there for ever. One star is too much for this place.

First and last time to go there! My experience is with Dr. Dhami; my 2 year old son is crying when the Dr walked in the room and she does not seem to be concerned at all. Few seconds later she is telling me she does not have time and looking at her watch! The whole visit was for 3-5 minutes and she for the second time is looking at her watch and telling me about the time which made me very uncomfortable, I mean if you do not have time go home and do not see patients or have someone else see us. Oh yea and she asked me if he has fever? ! I said hmm I don’t think so and she did not ever bother to check his temperature! May be other doctors are better I don’t know but definitely won’t be going there again

Always carry cash while visiting this clinic. The staff including the physicians are not knowledgeable enough to guide patient in a right path. In today's era, they don't accept cards and expect you to carry cash with you. Not recommended for people who don't have knowledge about their rights.

The service was good though we had to wait for 30 min to see the doctor, we got a walk-in doctor, but in the test prescription the name of doctor was not legible, the clinic should put a seal with name of doctor below signature, as the test results need to go to doctor

Clearly reception needs to do better.

I have had multiple awful experiences conversing with aged Indian ladies at the reception, both in person and on phone. Also, noticed a lack of basic coordination between the doctors and the reception staff. Good experience with younger staff though, both at the reception and the nursing staff. Good diagnostic experience with the doctors too.

The receptionist is consistently extremely rude and unprofessional. I called in to switch the time of my appointment. After putting me on hold for 5min, she cancelled my appointment and just hung up without giving me a new appointment? Not even a word of good bye or take care like normal people would do - just hung up. I came here initially because it was close to my work but this is becoming too much to handle. I see so many ppl giving the same feedback but they clearly don't care about their clinic to allow this kind of behaviour to go on for so long.

As most reviews have already stated. The reception team here is awful.

When I went in for blood work, the receptionist printed out the wrong label for my urine sample. She realized her mistake afterwards and told me to sort thru all of the urine samples (there were a lot) to find mine and relabel it.
Needless to say. Very unsanitary and unprofessional.

Doctors and nurses here are amazing! Will be inquiring if my doctor practices in another clinic so i can go there instead.

I have been a patient since 2014. My family doctor, Dr. Sadro, actually cares about my well being. He takes time to talk to me, remembers previous visits, and helps me understand the reasoning behind his thinking and recommendations. This is not a clinic where the doctor just wants to give you a prescription and get you out the door. They really care. On days when Dr. Sadro wasn't available, I found other doctors to be just as caring and understanding. I really like the connected pharmacy and pharmacists as well. They are a fun group and also super professional. If you can get yourself a family doctor here or just a regular walk-in (in person or phone), it is worth it.

The person who picked my call was exceptionally curt and just cut the call abruptly with a “Bye”. Easily one of the worst experiences in my 20 year life in Canada.

Can’t explain enough how much Dr. R. Sharma has helped me. She’s polite, professional, caring. What doc calls you on her time off. So glad I switched over. I’ve also referred my nephew and his wife to her as well. I’ll be switching over my children as well. Luv her

I found the receptionists very friendly and the dictors knowledgeable. Im with dr. Sharma and she is wonderful. She listens to all my concerns patiently and gives proper treatment. Im highly satisfied with the service

The clinic is incredibly unorganized and requires drastic and UPDATED changes within the system. The carelessness of staff, lack of knowledge, and misleading information provided by them results not only in high health care costs as a private patient but also drives harm to our health. This has happened twice! The medical staff including DR. ANNU DHAMI claims "THEY DO NOT DIRECTLY DEAL WITH WITH PUBLIC HEALTH AND DO NOT KNOW IF THEY DO CERTAIN TESTING OR NOT". So who do they expect to know about it? (AREN'T YOU A MEDICAL PROVIDER. WHAT IS YOUR JOB TO SIT ON THE DESK AND JUST ASK FOR MONEY. The doctor wrote me a blood test requisition for hpylori twice despite knowing I have it and the second time will show positive results. I kept quiet that time and let it go. As a private patient, I pay cash for all these tests, if this is not carelessness of doctor and team. WHO SHOULD I BLAME? And when i report this, they call it inappropriate behavior? Instead of accepting their faults and take into account of these issues.they blame you for this. Moreover, she writes me a stool test twice. First one gets rejected since they sent it to Lifelabs and the lab does not do stool testing for h pylori when I found out. And when I ask the medical nurses they say it's not sufficient when in reality they do not accept such testing. Next time, she writes another stool test for public health and gets rejected. When you tell her staff, they say we do not directly deal with public health? SO WHO DOES? Or they will say we only deal with lifelabs while they lack knowledge on lifelabs too! Or they'd say drop off stool sample there we do not have right machines to store the stool. The next day you go to same clinic, the nurses will take the stool sample. I am confused with this clinic organization. When I finally run out of patience and complain, they want me to go see the doctor Annu Dhami, pay $60 to hear their carelessness and irresponsibility towards their own actions. After this the blame for all of this lands on COVID. IN MY OPINION, WITH OR WITHOUT COVID, YOUR SYSTEM HAS A VIRUS ALREADY. Fix it and take responsibility for your actions!

The medical staff at Square One Medical have always been professional and friendly. Dr. Seron is extremely patient and takes the time to answer all of your questions. She never makes you feel rushed even though she has a waiting room full of patients waiting to see her. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Seron for over 10 years and have never been disappointed with the service at her clinic. We've also been seen by other Dr's within the same office, when our own Dr.has not been available, and all the Dr's have all been friendly, caring and patient as well. We recently have had a chance to work with Dr. Neil Tangri via the online appointment system, and we were pleased with the results. Dr. Tangri followed up with us on multiple occasions to ensure my daughter was feeling better after his diagnosis and recommendations for her medical situation. We really appreciated his thoughtfulness while my daughter was in his care. The staff is always accommodating and friendly especially Jyoti and Christine at the front desk. Special mention to Karen who is one of the nurses, who has one of the kindest dispositions you will come across in the medical field. The pharmacy is conveniently located on the premises as well, which makes it very convenient for filling prescriptions and for the pharmacy to ask the Dr's any questions if required as they have direct access within the clinic. The pharmacist Chris is always very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Square One Medical and their services.

Dr. Bhandari is an absolutely amazing doctor. I have been looking for years for the right doctor for myself and my son who has exceptional needs- one that listens, is kind, doesn't rush you out pushing meds on all your problems, and I finally found one:)
He is so professional and intelligent, and is also a great problem solver. He is always happy and makes me and my son feel so welcomed. One of the BEST doctors I have ever experienced and I have seen over 50. Highly recommended if you are able to be a patient of his for yourself and your children.

A well run clinic with very efficient management team. I have been under the care of Dr. Giselle Seron and my experience has been nothing but amazing. The clinic is very well run and the staff and the doctors are very knowledgeable, caring and responsive to my needs

I went to this medical facility after years of having bad experiences with my other family doctor. All I can say is that the front desk people are very friendly and Dr. Dhami is great at her job and I would recommend Dr. Dhami to anyone who is looking to change or looking for a new family practitioner.

I’m not one to write bad reviews but my experience today at this clinic was terrible with the doctor that I was with. I’ve been suffering from a chronic condition which has me in severe pain all the time and might need a surgery for. I expressed all this to doctor Neil Tangri and because the pain was so bad I was sent home from work to rest and see a doctor. I told all of this to doctor Neil Tangri, his response? Your Symptoms don’t match my algorithm for prescribing you something for the pain” (which I had used before and works for me). I’ve never ever been to a doctor that treated me like I’m a number and diagnosed me based on his “algorithms” whatever that means. It’s very hard for me to comprehend a doctor telling me this when I’m not even one to do a million doctor visits a year, I only visit a physician when I seriously can’t handle the pain anymore. My second worst experience I’m the medical field here in Canada and the first being in our notoriously long waiting emergency rooms. I’m comparing this doctor to the hectic ness of an emergency room doctor because it was like he didn’t care what I saying and that his algorithm was going to help me. Instead I was given a prescription for something I’ve used before but hasn’t done anything for me. Very disappointed in the way I was treated at this clinic by this doctor, he had me tearing up because of frustration and pain I was experiencing but did nothing for me.

The lunatic Indian lady at the front desk has some serious mental issues. She needs to be fired. How did she even get the job? Who thought she was fit for this position? She kept hanging up on me. Unbelievable.

The people at the front desk are not at all understandable and are not too polite. They have attitude problems and they REALLY need some counseling and training. On the other side, the doctors are really good as well as their assistants.

The head pharmacist is very rude person. First of all, he ignored me right away and did not even asked what i need. I thought he might be busy at that time. Then when I was looking to hand over my prescription he gave a very bad look and went over to other room. Then I have to ask young lady that i need help. She took over the prescription and started preparing my medication. She seems to be doing all the hardwork as this man was too busy roaming here and there and bossing around on her. After waiting atleast 15 minutes the pharmacist called some other ladies name and started giving medication to her and again simply ignored me. After waiting 25 minutes i have to remind him
That i need medication as he was too busy in testing his french language with the customer. He was also discussing some chicken recipe with the customer. After that he did not even apologise but told me that he could cancel my prescription. After all the drama i got my medication. Needless to say, he is the worst pharmacist i have ever seen. He does not have any sense of customer dealing. I hope medical centre authorities must take action against him. If they need more details, i am happy to help. He is rude, arrogant and senseless.

Dr Sadro is very knowledgeable and takes time to listen to you. Great bedside manor, you feel well looked after when seeing him! Definitely recommend Dr. Sadro for sure.and he's easy on the eyes ladies:)

They are so disorganized. They referred me to a doctor, didn’t provide me the correct appointment info and i was waiting for the doctor at the wrong location and also when i finally arrived there they told me my appointment was earlier. They did not even care about us, do not go there. The doctor was good but customer service no. They are so unprofessional and irresponsible.

We have very good experience with our family doctor. He listens attentively and gives different treatment options when needed. Highly recommended.

I was unhappy at with my previous Doctors office and recently decided to switch clinics. And as far as clinics go, this was a GREAT experience! The nurse was very friendly and Dr. Sharma was AMAZING! Very patient and kind doctor. Extremely knowledgeable. Notably fantastic bedside manner! She made me feel comfortable. Not only did she answer all my questions but also offered education and additional info. Very helpful. I’m extremely happy with my decision! Thank you Dr. Sharma and all the nurses and receptionist that made my transition a smooth and desirable one!

Wonderful experience! I understand that extra safety precautions are put in place due to covid but they were still efficient and very helpful. Picked up calls promptly, no appointment necessary - had a very short wait. Nurse Christina (Christine? I'm so sorry) was very patient and Dr. Sharma was equally professional and positive. Just such a good, light-hearted mood. Highly recommending the team at this clinic. Honestly I've never had such a great experience in a medical setting, thank you so much for assisting me!

I’ve been going to Square One Medical since 2012 and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences, and I now have a 7 month old baby.

The administration always makes sure vulnerable people and babies are the priority with wait times, and if you call ahead of a walk-in appointment they are flexible and accommodate to make sure you are taken care of!

Yes wait times can be lengthy. But I believe they do their best to be fast and efficient!

I really like this place, receptionists are polite and helpful, my family dr is dr sharma and i really appreciate her bedside manner, she is very kind, knowledgeable and take care of her patients, i strongly recommand her

I went to this clinic last night to see a doctor without an appointment because this clinic has indicated that they are a walk-in clinic. The receptionist had informed me that they were no longer taking new patients, as it was 7: 10pm and they close at 8: 00pm, and it wasn't possible for the doctor to see me before closing time because there were 4 other patients already waiting. However, the receptionist did not turn away the person ahead of me in line; nor did she turn away any of the people waiting behind me in line. I am confused as to why I was turned away, because clearly it was not impossible for a doctor to see me before closing time if people waiting behind me in line were granted access to see a doctor.

I've been going to this clinic since opening and I must say the Doctor's are professional and caring especially Dr Giselle.

The staff is very helpful and polite.

A male doctor holds his hostile attitude towards his patients every now and then. U never know which day he is calm or hostile. Every time I saw him it’s a painful experience. I’m glad I fired him.

I am a patient of Dr. Seron since 2008 and I consider her excellent. However the wait times are ridiculously long. Wait time for blood sample is nearly an hour and this after fasting for 14hrs. Front desk staff are not helpful at all.

Terrible front desk service! They make wrong appointment on the phone and when you got there, it’s closed. And even you have booked appointment at specific time, they let you wait there for more than 20 minutes! Never go again!
