Have not used the saw yet as it was just delivered. In regards to the entire order, purchase and delivery process, wow! Absolutely flawless, great price, delivered super fast and updates multiple times by both Squares Hardware and the shipper (Purolator Canada). Received the dewalt drill quickly and was exactly what I wanted. Great drill, easy online order and great price.

Placed a $733 order (Makita cooler and fan). Website clearly states orders over $149 ship free, they email me a day later saying this is not the case and they require an additional $55 for shipping. Will buy from competitors who honour there shipping policies in the future.

Would not recommend;

Our company has purchased thousands of dollars worth of tools here. Took back a saw that needs warranty work and the representative at the desk didn’t deny the warranty work but said they would have to charge for the warranty work to be completed. For a customer that’s spent thousands I couldn’t believe they were going to charge me. Inadvertently I took the tool to mill bank hardware - it’s a further drive out of tri cities but the service was amazing and no charge. Not impressed with the service at squares, I would highly recommend millbank for personal service and warranty work.

Purchased products online from Squares. They have excellent selection of quality products with quick delivery. Will definitely continue to use Squares Hardware.

Pretty expensive. I found lasers else where for over $200 cheaper. But they do carry lots of products, huge selection, and Lots of hard to find stuff.

Overall, nice tool store to get quality brand name tools. Their prices are competitive and selection is fairly broad. A little more staff on the floor to help customers would nice nice, but I realize it’s hard to find people these days too.
