Customer service was absolutely outstanding and definitely would go back. I had to adjust the fitting of my glasses and they were very quick and easy with process. They also made sure that it fit comfortably on my face so they fine tuned the glasses to perfection. Entire service was free and they gave me a new lens cloth. 10/10!

It was a snowstorm day. I was going to adjust my glasses from other stores. But due to the weather I can only stop by bayview village store. Even I didn’t buy glass from here. Bryan helped me with everything. Thank you so much!

The optometrist (Anne) was so thorough and really personable. I’ve been to many optometrists over the years due to moving and she was by far the best. The opticians were also very helpful in terms of choosing glasses, measuring my face for the frames etc. Excited for mg new glasses!

If I could give less than 1 star I would! The store only accepts clients on an appointment basis. We called multiple times to book an appointment and no one answered. We were in the neighbourhood and went to check in ourselves. There was one person behind the counter (quickly wore her mask as she saw us) and there was another associate helping 1 customer inside. We understand the store only allows one person at a time. We tried asking the lady behind the counter how we could book an appointment since there is no answer on the phone. She rudely mentioned “ we are so busy! So busy! You leave a massage! ” And continued to ignore us- there is one person in the store at a time and there is 2 of you. The response is unprofessional and uncalled for. The could have offered to book an appointment for us as part of good customer service. Shame on you! Everyone is trying to be understanding, we did not want to come in right then and there, we were just trying to book an appointment.

Awesome glasses and service! It's my first time, but my wife is a returning customer. Relatively small boutique store but a great variety of high-end unique glasses. Asal is amazing, she gave us great service at all levels. I've been going to my regular eye store (Eyes on Sheppard) where I've been buying glasses happily for many years. Now went with my wife who needed new glasses. I couldn't resist buying an extra pair for myself as funky spare glasses. My wife's old glasses (2017) recently broke (2020). Asal contacted the manufacturer who agreed to replace the broken frame. Anyway, my wife bought new glasses, and will have the fixed pair as a spare. Perfect! We're extremely pleased.
