Langer quality is inferior to all the gurudwaras in GTA. Better they need to hire some professional for quality control.

More Mosque like feeling than Guru Ghar! UNFRIENDLY Hostile Environment specially for Non Sikh Indians.
Sewadars are supposed to be polite & humble but they look dangerously, with threatening, bitter eyes at Non Sikhs Devotees.
Are too rude arrogant & treat people like beggars & Order Sangat to do all chores in the name of sewa.
I am sure all praise 5* reviews are SELF GIVEN. They get HUGE HUGE $ offering from devotees all the time but they can't even turn on "enough lights". Its almost dark even at main GuruSahib place. Only name sake tubelight in parking "because of law". Dim light (now flashing) on top of dome which is a big "threat to landing planes". Langar halls are smelly floor is sticky. Washrooms not clean.
*Sewadars will rebuke own people for minor things but DARE not say a damn word to Gora people who walk bare head at some event (Shobha Yatra) & some times even walk their dogs thus violating sanctity of Gurughar*.
Even though devotees offer $, ration sweets. Management can't even spend $40-50 on sweets from their pockets/funds. If on weekday no devotee offers sweet they put sugar cubes "mishri" with tea. Can you believe this cheapness? Not even laddus. Its a highly mismanaged place.

July 2023 5*

Visited the gurudwara sahib for Caligraphy workshop. Malton guru ghar is one of the oldest gurudwara in GTA.

There is free kitchen in Gurudwara sahib. People of all faith can visit the gurudwara and pay their respect.

The place is clean and very well maintained. Parking area is quite large.

Poorly managed and maintained shrine. Rude, discourteous staff and management. Riddled with lot of internal and external politics, callous and indifferent attitude, conduct and behavior typical of any other shrine of GTA. Commercial approach towards the basic tenets of religion.

Namaskar, having visited temple previously before Covid. The person sitting behind holy book stare at people walking in bending over! Is this what sikhism? Do you just watch the people like watching tv? Staff volunteers unfriendly! One volunteer comes head covered track pants slim tall- keeps on staring as he does seva! Stares at people today even after covid. Is he a watchman? Maybe hired by indian gov to watch the people? He know as he is reading this right now! He knows who it is him. True seva is in your work not on the people coming going. Our family uncomfortable.rude people.temple does not reply to reviews! Management terrible. Students come and they pay respect! Good people. The gentleman senior at window recently refused to give us extras for family when we asked.however turban person was give double at request. This temple parking lot terrible from day one. Seems like they waiting for donations to pour on. ONLY time this temple shines is vaisakhi or important events. Shame! Wonderful sikh faith. However most sikhs opposite at temple! (no disrespect) Shame. We will not be attendhing again. 1.control your stares 2.learn manners 3.clean up kitchen 4.offer assitance help to students 4.change your management
5.train people. Or closed this temple down and let others run it better.we respect sikhism but these people NO. R R

Waheguru g ka khalsa waheguru g ki fateh g. 13 April 2021 i called near about 12 pm in the day to ask whether gurudwara sahib will remain open after 8 and i got the answers that “ade mote akhra vich likhyea hoea aw main road te”” from one sewadar who was picking up the call. When i listen this i got shocked like vaisakhi vale din j koi kuj puch reha aw ta tuc right way nal jwab dedo. I asked them again veere manu kam to 8 bje chuti hundi aw then the person cut my phone.
Is this the right way to talk?

They have been helping the people since covid started providing langar to people who have lost jobs. They are providing good food while expecting nothing in return. God's own men!

Cleanliness doesn't seem to be a top priority but otherwise a wide open religious place in general.

This gurudware might not be the best looking one but it is most soothing one and this place has very peaceful vibes here. I really feel good whenever I visit this place. I have been to so many other gurudwaras but this one is my fav.

REQUEST TO GURUDWARA SAHIB, PLEASE HAVE SOME FACILITY (BENCHES/TABLE) FOR OLD/HANDICAP PEOPLE TO SIT IN LANGAR HALL SO THAT THEY CAN EAT LANGAR WITH EASE AND PEACEFULLY.

It's one of the oldest Gurudwara sahib situated right close to Airport. Which offers a lot to Sikh community and others. This place has Gurus blessings, please come and experience yourself. Free kitchen meals available for everyone. Come and gather some peace for your soul.

Gurudwara is a place for worship for Sikhs and followers of Sikhism. We were delighted to see that Sikhs have a decent & respectable place of worship outside India and everyone is welcome to visit irrespective of your caste, color, creed or religion. The Gurudwara Sahib was quite neat and well maintained and the main Darbar Hall was huge to cater to sangat in large numbers and Langar Hall was nicely laid out.

The worse Gurudwara my family and I visited ever. Washroom are dirty and stinky, Langer Hall carpet is filthy and floors are grimy. My kids didn't want to walk past the "Jora Ghar", since you can have a sence of smell as soon as you enter main doors. I would request management to invest some money in cleanness and hygienic improvement. Why the rules and regulations of city bylaws of food service not followed in kitchen/Langer area?

Jithe jaye bahe mera satguru so thaan suhava raam raje. Waheguru ji di kirpa naal bahut hi sohna to shaant mohol hai. Really good place for spirtual and emotional clamness. Nagar kirtan te bahut wadia arrangement c. Good management. Parking is good. Attached Khalsa school to help kids learn in cozy atmosphere. Langar (community kitchen) hall is also here which serves free food from early morning till night all year around.
