Excellent experience for my mortgage closing. Had another lawyer scamming us 2 days before closing with hidden charges so we called SRK Law instead. Somehow, Jasmit and company were able to pull off the impossible and closed our home purchase within the tight deadlines. Very responsive as well. Thoroughly satisfied and will be referring to friends and family!

Sachin & his assistant Jasmit were unprofessional, incompetent & negligent. I was referred to him and he did not take any interest in my real estate deal at all. He even forgot the closing date, I had to consistently keep following up with his office and they were not helpful at all. None of my questions were answered, instead I was just sent the invoice and told to sign. They didn't even confirm if my funds were received into the trust. And were also late in sending my ownership documents to the city. Real Estate deals are complicated and very expensive especially for many new buyers entering the market who are not aware of exactly what documents and forms to complete & lawyers are supposed to assist and relieve the ambiguity by answering questions. Given Sachin and his team’s unprofessionalism, lack of care, laissez faire attitude with time sensitive and critical matters, I would not recommend him to anyone.

The firm did an excellent job of handling my real estate transaction. I was always kept apprised of the status and it was a seamless process. They were responsive, knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. Jasmit was available to answer all my questions and she was just fantastic. FTHB and used SRK based on the good reviews online. Everything was done on time for closing and Sachin was quick to resolve a delay with the bank on closing day. As this was my first property purchase, I would have appreciated better communication around what to expect and especially timelines. I bought two properties through him many years ago.

He did fine on the first one. However on the second property he forgot to mention many intricate details in the contract that would have saved us money. Anyone would consider any lawyer as not being good if they fail to represent the clients best interests.

He did try to remedy the situation but to no avail.

Sachin and Jasmeet did both mine and my parent's closings. They were very helpful and responsive.
