It took so long to get the tint done on my car, they said it's going to take 4 hours but it took them 8 hours.

Had my Mazda 3 done with the paint protection film and it turned out great. They are busy for a reason great job.

Brought our brand new Tesla to SRS as a recommendation from another Tesla owner. Shoeib was amazing to work with he was very friendly and professional. I got front PPF and tint for my brand new Model 3 and it looks amazing.

Dropped off my new A4 Allroad the other day for tint, PPF and some interior carbon fiber wrap. As usual, SRS did an outstanding job on the PPF & tint and Vadym did an OUTSTANDING job on the interior CF wrap! Looks amazing! Thanks again guys. Best in the GTA

Right on time.i booked my appointment with naveed (great guy) SRS took in my car at 5pm amd was done at 6: 30. Very clean ceramic 15% smoked tints. I would have gaven 5 stars only problem is there is very minor amount of dirt stuck between tint and window. Unfortunately I cant take them out from either sides but they are very small and almost unnoticeable. Waiting until iam able to open the windows. So far I love the car with the tints. Looks so mean!

Really good service. I went on Saturday for ceramic glass tinting and it was done in 2.5 hrs. They have transparent process. Very professional

Did a decent job on tint but didn't clean the windows before hand or even scrape them. Alot of dust trapped underneath the tint and alot of bubbles on the windshield

10/10 job. We had a group of us that wanted to do tints. They gave us a fantastic deal and we're able to work on all 4 cars within 2 days. Couldn't be happier with their work and the result.

Came back to the shop (Mississauga location) with my new VW GTI mk8 for tints and just like 3 years ago when I came with my other car, the job was job and service was A1. Alex D was super nice and professional, was very quick to answer the questions I had after the job was done. Had to come back to get some small stuff fix (whish is normal) and had no issues. My experience at srs tinting was just A1. The staff were simply very professional. The job was done right and took less time than expected. Their customer service is one of best one I had so far. Dimitri, Naveed and their team were super nice and open to any questions I had. I had to bring my car couple of times for little touch up but they never gave me a hard time with it. They responded to my emails within 30 mins and the price is more than fair for tinting. I recommend them to anyone. Will most likely come back for wrapping and stuff. Good job guys and thank you for the service.

Amazing work thanks to Andy. He took longer than expected (4.5hrs) for full car tinting. Also it was pricier than most places. But it's expected for a Model3 and no flaws in the work and he gave me recommendations on how to blend in well with the dark factory shades! Satisfied with how it turned out and definitely recommend this place!

Highly recommend this place if you are looking to get your car windows tinted. They do give you couple of options for the shade.highly professional. Clean work and you can even drop your car off and get it picked up when done.

My experience at SRS tinting was great. When you walk in, the first thing you notice is how professional and clean the whole place is. They do things the right way, everything from explaining the difference in tint levels, to telling you about the aftercare. Shout out to Alex D for taking great care of my car. I've had two cars tinted at this store and both times the service has been excellent, and quality of work top notch. I would recommend this shop every time and will return here for all future tinting or PPF.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, place is super professional. It feels like you’re doing business with friends which is great because this place came to me as a referral. I think I went here when they were smaller but I love the expansion during a time where people aren’t making money. I also love the fact you guys went quality over quantity.

My experience with Ceramic Pro Mississauga/SRS Tints was excellent from start to finish. Dimitri was very informative and professional suggesting the best products and services to meet my needs. He even took a call on a Sunday to help with some questions I had. I received paint protection film over most of the car, nano ceramic tints and ceramic coating on plastic areas. Alex did the ppf and tint and did a very professional job despite having a curvy difficult car to do (2021 Porsche Taycan). Alex also did the window tinting and I was very happy with the end result and percentages we chose. Shoeib did an excellent job on the ceramic coating of plastic areas. Overall very positive experience and I would highly recommend this company. In fact we will have my wife's new car done as well. Got my Ceramic Window Tint and Front Paint protection film done on front hood and fender and mirror cups and door cups and edges, the work was flawless and very professional, I dealt with an amazing guy there named Siar, would definitely recommend you go see him, great prices, great work and attention to detail, I was impressed not only by the 5 start hotel feel I got there but also by the 5 start service from start to end. Will be coming back for different scars in the future.

Got 35% ceramic tints all around for the civic and they did such a great job! Had someone recommend me this place and the person did an excellent job. Came in on time and they completed in the expected time frame and the waiting area is super clean.

The 35% tints look much darker on white cars and it was the perfect tint, especially for night time visibility and a bit of privacy and full UV protection during the day

Made an appointment to get a eyebrow ceramic tint put on my SUV. Office was spotless and cleanest washroom I've ever used. Nice setup where you can see the work through a window.pretty cool. Very modern waiting area and I dozed off on the couch. Work was done quickly, warranty papers given. Work was topnotch and I fully recommend this place.

I had previously used their service a couple of years ago when they were located in the Dixie/401 area. The new location on Traders Blvd.is staggering and mind-blowing. It was like being at a posh hotel. The service and professionalism was top notch as before. Thank you to Misha who installed the ceramic window film on the black 2018 VW Tiguan I had just picked up a couple of days prior (it's in the background in one the shots behind that beautiful Porsche Taycan 4S). The lighting in the work area is incredible. It's like a movie set. Now I know my Tiguan needs polishing. Afterwards, I'll return for paint protection film

This place does good work and stand behind their work and product. Customer service is good when you talk to someone. No one is ever at the front desk just gotta holla at the people in the back for some service. Once you get past that part you will be happy with the results.

Got my Tesla MY done here for window tint and wrap plus ceramic everything done professionally and they accommodated me with time since i work long hours shoeib took good care of my car along with the rest of the guys always courteous and professional i felt safe leaving my car with them, prices are good because the job is well done sent my daughters civic for tinting also.can't go wrong with these guys

Terrible first experience. Dropped the car for ceramic coating, xpel bumper protection and window tinting. Every day since I dropped the car, I received at least 1 phone call a day with an issue. First issue was due to xpel cutting the wrong bumper for my specific car. I said, fine, take your time and do it right. However, to my surprise, the next day (day 3) SRS wanted to charge me an additional 150$ for their partner’s mistake and instead they can do it manually with multiple cuts. How bizarre is it that a customer is charged for something that is not their mistake? ! I said no thank you and picked the car. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed.

AMAZING. Alex is a super star. I couldn’t tell the protection film was installed until I touched my car, it is 100% invisible. My husband’s car had film installed about 2 years ago, still flawless.

Impressive operation. A lot more professional and friendlier than the smaller place that I had my Benz done a few years ago. My brother and I got our SUV done here 2 weeks ago. Dymitri even texted me 5 minutes before my appointment to make sure I was coming. Highly recommend them.

They did an awesome job! I won't take that away from them. Only reason why I can't give 5 stars is cause the employees either A. Had there mask half off the face or B. Not wearing a mask at all. I'm not a covid freak, but follow the basic rules. Person working on my car wasn't wearing a mask in my car. When I left I couldn't roll down the window to air out my car. I know the pain of wearing a mask at work. But still need to wear it working. Like I said awesome place great price and good services! Just maybe wait untill covid is over to visit this place.

The high reviews are no lie, came here and was greeted nicely, took my car in early and they were accommodating. The car looks good and it’s definitely done professional. A high price but worth the quality. Hoping to recommend more friends and family to this place!

I came here and I met Ali he tinted my car at first he did an amazing job, I just went back to get a chrome delete I was 110% satisfied with the work he did.

Professional, gave the best professional opinion. Made us feel completely comfortable, while keeping us updateded with time so we could do things in the meantime. The tint has no flaws so far however with a lifetime warranty I have no stress, honestly could ask for better.

I am getting my second car tinted. The first time I came about a week ago they guy was 30 min late. This second time another guy put a more expensive package on the car with out asking so when I called him out I explained saying the car won’t last more then a year. He says it’s ok he recommends the more expensive one. Like if was not paying attention I was gonna be a ton more. It’s a shame

I took my Tesla model 3 in today for some 20% tints all-around. It was done by Murat film specialist. Excellent job! Very happy with the work and time it took. If you have a Tesla take it to the pros, also I recommend you tint the whole rear window not half (optional). Thanks again to Dimitri Service Manager and the team at SRS. Highly recommended

I made an appointment less than a week before and they found a spot for me. I came in on time, a representative met me, guided me through the entire process in great detail and gave me a time estimate. When I came back tinting was done on time. High quality, fast service. I bought the franchise from this company and I started working for 3 months. In the beginning Dimitri who’s owner of the company showed him self very nice person and signed the contract on me but I didn’t know that I’m coming to wrong place. Dimitri told me your the business but treated me like slave. He told me we have one phrase in Russian if we feed the dog, dog will stay behind our door to protect me, also he told me because your new if I said something you must to say yes. When I stand up for my rights and I said no I don’t wanna be your slave at end without giving me any official notice that I can’t work in this company anymore he block my every account and he kicked out me from company. So my advice for people that they are coming to this company please be carful.

Eraj very well explained different types of tints and did a commendable job for a reasonable price! My tint got damaged accidentally and Eraj replaced it for a small price.

I was referred to SRS through my sales rep at the dealership as he knew I was looking for paint protection film for my front end of the car and window tint he told me that for a large front end film installation it will be better to go to their retail location. I called them and has the pleasure of speaking with Dmitri which went in detail with me over al the packages they offer, I also look online at their packages before calling so I already had an idea of what to expect, Dmitri offered me to stop by the shop to have an look at their existing installations to get a better idea of the high quality and attention to detail they have and he wasn’t lying. When arriving at the SRS location I was asked to go next door unit and had the pleasure of speaking to Alex at their store at Ceramic Pro Mississauga (located on the same plaza with SRS which I found out is also owned by SRS and employs the best installers. Alex walked me though the entire process of applying paint protection film from cleaning the vehicle, claybaring to polishing any imperfections which could be present even on brand new vehicles which I was actually shocked as I thought a brand new vehicle should be perfect but as explained to me during the cleaning and transportation process minor things can happen. I was impressed with the level of professionalism and by the overall appearance of both shops, and I decided to give it a try and booked an appointment for a full front end platinum package in Xpel Ultimate Plus and went with their Xpel XR Tint for maximum heat rejection and quality as I was told. The whole process took two days and when I came to pick up the car I was shocked as I couldn’t even tell the film was there, it’s that clear and invisible - upon closer examination I noticed the hood was fully wrapped inside and most of the other edges just came very close to the edges for a perfect fit, the tint also looked great and matched my rear factory tint on my Audi Q8 over all I can say that I’m happy I found a big company that I can trust my future vehicles with to take care of my needs, my dealerships sales person at Audi told me they have been using SRS for many years and have always taken care of all of their wholesale installations. I highly recommend anyone looking for a true peace of mind and luxury service for their vehicle at affordable prices. Keep up the good work guys! I will definitely be back with my future cars. I tinted my car in SRS Tinting a couple of days ago (Honda Accord) and the tint looks amazing. Now that water marks are gone I don’t see any imperfections and everything looks just the way I wanted.
Alex was my installer and he greeted and explained me all the features in a professional manner and did the work in time. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Trust me when i say I did PLENTY of research before deciding on the right shop to get windows tinted on my brand new Porsche Cayenne. But I decided on srs tint and I was very pleased. The quality of work is next to none and the customer service was very friendly and helpful. The price was definitely competitive and their work is very clean. This is the only shop I will recommend for car tinting. Great work guys. I'll be back!

I was running half an hour late for my scheduled appointment (Saturday, 11: 00a.m.) to have my vehicles’ windows tinted.

I was greeted with a smile by Dimitri, and was told it wouldn’t be a problem to still have my car serviced at that time.

Knowing I was late - my car was ready in a timely manner as promised. The service was amazing and they did a fantastic job on the window tints. Very clean installation.

Super idea with putting a sticker placed over the window control buttons to play as a reminder not to roll down the windows (people with little children will understand me).

I had a superb experience at SRS/Ceramic Pro in Mississauga. I have a new LC500 and was looking to have a full paint protection wrap, windshield protection, window tinting and interior protection. I shopped around and investigated several companies. Dimitri spent a lot of time with me on the phone, answering my questions and explaining their products and process. Their pricing was very fair and they were willing to accommodate my schedule for everything. Alex did all of the work on my vehicle and did an absolutely beautiful job! I’m quite a perfectionist so that compliment says a lot. I am very pleased with everything. Of course, the full measure of a service includes what the follow up is for any issues that may develop down the road but from everything I’ve experienced so far, I am very comfortable that their ongoing service will be as good as their initial service on my vehicle.i highly recommend SRS and Ceramic Pro in Mississauga.

First time ever tinting my car, saw good reviews about this place and decided to try out. The guys walked me through all the specifics, and educated on different types of products they have and benefits of each. Exceptional customer service, as well as quality of work. Got my car back in time, as promised. Totally worth the money!

Got my windows tinted about 2 weeks ago. Had a couple of bubbles but was told it would disappear after about a week and it did mostly (maybe 1-2 small bubbles left). Overall, looks good as far as the actual tints go. Only complain is there's a pretty big scratch on my driver side window - like a slice from a knife or something. Hard to take a photo of, but you can actually feel the groove.

I had a great experience with SRS Tints. Naveed applied 3M paint protection on the leading edge of my hood, headlights, side mirrors, A-pillars, and Door cups on my Subaru Outback. The price was fair, quick booking time, and they were done faster than expected. I’m not extremely picky but he walked me through his work when he was done. He even showed me a few things he caught that he made a point of covering just to be safe (no extra charge). SRS is a turn-key solution. I recommend them highly.

Went there today to get my car tinted, Murat did a great job! They were on time and even completed the job quicker than expected. I inspected after and it looks much better than what my previous car looked like (I had taken that car to a different company). I would definitely go back again and I would recommend them for anyone who needs a good quality tint job.
