I really liked the service from Nayel. He was friendly and gave great advice. I really enjoyed the tint and paint protection film that was applied. It looks perfect, does what I need it to, and the price is competitive. While it did take longer than usual, he was apologetic and very reasonable. Would highly recommend!

When I picked up the car I noticed some bubbles in the tinting because of the fresh install, but after a day it disappeared like the SRS Tints installer told me. Overall, I'm very satisfied and recommend it.

Tinting discussion was overwhelming in explaining the options, referral discount system needs to be overhauled as there was major miscommunication between staff.

The job itself was done well though.

If you are promised a discount, don't be surprised if they don't honour it.

Went to SRS for a 35% ceramic tint on my 2013 Cayenne. Was told by another company that this generation of vehicle was difficult to tint due to difficulty navigating around door panels & rubber seals. Alex (my installer & franchise owner) reassured me that he had plenty of experience with Porsches and would be able to get the job done.

Initially I wanted XR Plus but his recommendation was XR, due to a slight blue tint from the Plus (inside looking out) and also because I was only getting the front 2 windows tinted. He also informed me that from factory my rear windows were 35%, so it would be a great match. I was happy to see that he recommended the lower priced option and explained the pros and cons, rather than upselling me to get the best product and maximize profits.

Installation took around 1 hour, as I was told. Upon completion I inspected the tint and was very satisfied with his level of work and expertise. The slightest amount of moisture was visible but he assured me it would evaporate soon (it did). I was also pleased to know that this company uses a film plotter machine, meaning no blades are used around my car.

A car in the detail bay peaked my interest so he gladly offered to show me the PPF work that was being done. Him and the other installer were very friendly and talked me through the process. It was nice to get a behind the scenes look!

PROS:
- Prices are very competitive (if not better than the competition)
- Lifetime warranty is offered with Xpel HP, XR, and XR+
- Ceramic really works! I couldn't feel the heat on my arm when it was resting on the door panel
- Location is very convenient, 1 minute off Hwy 7

CONS:

Overall I am incredibly satisfied with Alex’s work. He is professional, skilled, and very transparent with his services. I will be bringing future vehicles to his shop for tint and PPF.

Absolutely fantastic service by the SRS Tints team! Dimitri and Nail were super friendly and accommodating with the timing and location (I visited both the Vaughan and Mississauga locations). Nail installed PPF on my car and the workmanship is perfect. It really takes an effort to see the edges of the film. I expected a lot based on the positive reviews and I was still positively surprised. I highly recommend SRS Tints!

Got my tints done here by Murat about a year ago and loved it! My tints are still in great shape and have lifetime warranty for it! Definitely recommend getting your tints done here!

Hassle free transaction. Good value. Tints look good. Had dust under sun strip tints but was resolved without issues. Igor was great with his work. Had two cars done. PSA I would leave the car and come back as the ETA may be longer than stated. Would save you time waiting around.update August 2021. Its been about 1 year since the tints were installed, no issues, holding up great.

Got my hyundai gt nline done here car came out looking great. I only wanted a very subtle look and got the 45 on the cermic style that rejects 80% of heat and it looks fantastik. The tint also comes with a life time warrenty so cant complain. Posted one picture in front of cinaplex of the before for comparison.

They're licensed xpel installers meaning everyone there is qualified and know the xpel process from start to finish. What can I say about Alex D! As soon as I entered the facility @ the Vaughn location I was greeted by the receptionist who waa very pleasant. Andy answered my questions in a professional manner. He was a great help and very friendly.

I went to SRS tints for the Xpel XR film because the have the best prices for ceramic tints in town. The waiting area is very nice with phone chargers and free wifi.

Will definitely recommend to friends and go to them again for my future needs.
