I leave this review to get your attention and inform you at 11: 35 Aug 5/22 Your driver travelling west bound on highway 20 prior to entering highway 406 south bound. Was brake checking me and when I was able to pass said driver also felt necessary to give me the finger.

Great product - terrible staff?
I decided to try to order some large boulders for a new garden we’ve just put in because I heard the prices were good here. When I arrived a friendly employee asked if I needed any help and I informed him that I would for sure be making an order today and I just had to decide on which rocks I wanted. Then shorty after, another employee came over and followed me throughout the entire yard the whole time I shopped (just hovering behind me uncomfortably). When I finally turned to him and said “OK I have decided on which rocks I’d like to order. ” He said “we are closed now you’ll have to come back tomorrow and place your order. We have no cashiers left. ” It was only five after 5 PM and he had not given me any prior warning saying that they were closing soon and to put my order in before they closed. I was extremely upset to say the least as I was not pre-warned and getting these rocks into the garden is time sensitive due to other deliveries also coming for the garden. I even asked if he could tie a rope or hold tag on the 2 rocks I wanted to order so I could call first thing in the morning and place my order instead of having to go back again. The employee said “there are no cashiers left to take your info. ” No apology, no customer service. I am extremely disappointed because they are local and they have great products but some of the staff was very unkind, uncomfortable, and unprofessional. As a local professional landscaper myself - I will never send my clients here in the future.

Was my go to place for years until getting a load of quad mix with a bunch of broken glass in it.

Their customer service has been at an all time low this year. Rude, judgemental and unhelpful staff. Especially the receptionist on the phone. We order from them every week and now plan on using another company to supply our landscaping material. Just disappointing
