I had some bad experiences at various dental clinics throughout my life, and was quite untrusting of dentists altogether. Dr. DePratto is amazing and has earned my trust. I won't switch dentists and is worth the drive for me.

Something has radically and physiologically changed at the clinic in the past couple of years. Used to be a fun and welcoming place, focused on the patient and the health aspect. Truly such a different palatable vibe when you arrive and pay as you leave - more about more revenue than real patient care. No personal touches. They have lost many long term staff as a result as they saw this coming "corporate culture". Now, just a number ($). Get back to your roots folks! Your patients will leave you - guaranteed, and your business will be worth nothing. Think long term rather than short term gain. Help!? Is there a dental office out there that has a customer focused practice? This place is not it unfortunately. ****update- went to another dental office for a cleaning- WOW - such a difference in treatment. So long St. Andrews Dental.

Have been a patient of St. Andrews Dental since coming to Cambridge some 18 years ago. Both the clinical and overall experience as a client have always been excellent. Recently Dr. Abtahi, assisted by Vanessa and Hector, repaired a broken front tooth with remarkable skill and without any discomfort. Great place to do business.

No more fear!
It took me decades, but I have finally found a dental practice that takes fear and procedural pain management seriously. I am relieved to know I have such a compassionate and understanding practice just minutes from home and would recommend it to any other 'fraidy cats in town.

Kind staff and nice clean interior. One thing I will say is that there is no handicap button to assist people who may need it to get inside. There are two unaccessible doors at the entrance. It is 2023 and this should be a normal practice in my opinion so we can help people with the simple task of opening a door. I am not disabled but I did have to bring my son with me in his stroller. Nobody offered to help me on the way in or out and I struggled each time. I can't imagine what it would be like trying to navigate a wheel/automated chair or crutches etc. Through those doors. Hopefully they can adjust this to be more accommodating to current and future clients.

Excellent staff, courteous and welcoming. Dr. DEPRATTO was very professional, attentive and efficient. Showed empathy and understanding.

Dr. Abtahi is the gentlest dentist I’ve ever had. I’m 68 so I’ve had a few over the years. The entire team is great.

It was a very good experience. It's very clean, the atmosphere is very welcoming and I have absolutely no complaints at all. It's definitely the number #1 place to go in my books when it comes to the maintenance of my teeth. They really look after you and show some much patience and professionalism. All smiles

Staffs friendly, important with dental prices plz much as possible no of pre wrk n cost going to be ahead time my insur did not cover all my exrays I didn't know how much my wrk was till done what if didn't have the money im on odsp sadly

Very professional Dental clinic. Dr. Adeel Abtahi did very good ceremic filling for my one teeth two years back. It's still good. Dental Hygienist here is experienced. Clinic staff is well mannered. Dental machinery is perfect.

I have been a patient at St Andrews dental for about 10 years. I have since had children, and they have become patients at St Andrews as well. Unfortunately my son is very scared of dental procedures, and he can be quite difficult to deal with. I am so, extremely grateful for the staff and especially Dr De Pratto. He has been SO kind and so very patient with my son. He has gone above and beyond with my very anxious boy on every visit. I cannot believe the care that this team has given our family. Specialist dentist offices cost so much money, even WITH benefits, and we were struggling to get him in. Dr Depratto was so kind to us and understood our problem. I never felt like he judged us. I am so thankful for him. He is the kindest, most patient, and talented Dr I have ever met. I will never go anywhere else for my dental care and I am so, eternally grateful that they are so kind to my anxious boy. I highly recommend St Andrews Dental to anyone who needs dental work.
