I got my car insurance with them. They gave me good price at first. But after a while, when I quoted I understand they charged me for no reasen. Also after my first purchase they acted rude. And they didn’t answer me properly.

I have been with St Andrews Insurance for more than 10 years. They are reliable, provide me with insurance certificate very fast. Sonia Barone is one of the best brokers at St Andrews. Great customer service and fast respond

I've browsed through previous reviews and have the same person to compliment for responsiveness and efficiency. Elizabeth! On very short notice she assisted me with a new quote and insurance slip what made it possible to pick up my new car in the morning of the next day. Bravo and thank you very much, Elizabeth!

I emailed a general address to quickly ask for a Certificate of Insurance for my business since my landlord said I was late in sending it. Sonia took the time to call me right away in the morning and vetted out all the details that needed to be addressed and took care of everything for me in a 30 second conversation. Great service and very professional. Thank you so much Sonia!

Refusal to accept French documents or to bother getting someone with grade school French to assist. Unprofessional but mostly pathetic.

The positive reviews here can’t be real.
Cheaper is not always better and in fact, we were able to get insurance at a much cheaper rate, without a hefty deposit and paperwork was legitimately processed with a far more reputable company. This was the first and last time we will ever deal with an insurance broker versus dealing with a reputable insurance company first hand.
St. Andrews submit paperwork incorrectly to slide through the insurance policy only to have it cancelled days later when the insurance company catches on. They get paid and you are without insurance and funds! This is an unethical and dangerous practice especially in the business of insurance coverage when you could be held liable in the end!
They have had our funds of $3000 for over 3 months and we have had to chase them weekly to only get excuse after excuse of why we can’t get our money back. They continue to pass the buck or advise that our check is coming next week. Not only is their customer service horrible, management doesn’t get involved whatsoever; seem to pass along the file internally too. Even basic business practices like returning phone calls, answering emails or senior management handling escalated issues doesn’t exist.
Ignoring customers doesn’t make for good business and you are playing with people's livelihood!
Being a small business start-up is hard enough but having to deal with this and having your funds withheld for months is absurd!
I highly recommend you stay clear of this company.
