The landscaping is well kept and very clean. Those who have dogs follow the rules. The complex is kept very clean. The managers keep us well informed with posted notices. They are very friendly and go out of their way to help you with any problem. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

We have lived here for nine years. Dean and Daisy keep this building very clean and everything in good working order. There are even regular opportunities to socialize like today’s building barbecue, games nights, cards or watching sports in the community room. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live.

We were very interested in seeing a renovated unit at St. Augustine Place for my Mom and Dad. The management were friendly and accommodating and the unit was absolutely stunning! It would be an honor to call St. Augustine Place their new home.

Dean, Daisy and her husband are outstanding in providing excellent service and support to their tenants as well as keeping the building and outdoors clean. Although I have moved out recently because I wanted to live in the North End of St. Catharines, I have only good memories when I lived at St. Augustine Place.

Have lived here for 5 years. Current resident manager and assistant manager always give prompt, pleasant service when needed. The building and property are clean and well cared for. Great seasonal decor of common areas gives a warm welcome to guests. Everyone is friendly. 2 thumbs up!

We moved my Mother in to this wonderful complex at the beginning of Oct. The building is kept so clean, inside and out. Dean and Daisy have been so helpful and professional in every way. Always with a friendly smile. Everyone my Mother and my sister and I have met have been so friendly. Mom has enjoyed the social aspect of the community room, attending Bingo Nights. Mom is extremely happy living in her wonderful new home. And my sister and I are very happy she is in a secure, friendly, clean place. Thanks again to Dean and Daisy for being so helpful in this transition for Mom.
