Great facilities with a leisure pool as well as a lap pool. Not too busy and water was pleasantly warm. Staff was very friendly and prices are reasonable.

This place was great expect for this one lady that works there. She was very disrespectful and annoying. However the other workers showed kindness, while this lady, old, gray hair, short, showed the lack of basic respect. Children were running around freely not getting in trouble but yet they decided to be rude to a paying guest.

I have almost stopped swimming because of the swim registration program used by the City of St. Catharines. It is very confusing with no calendar of lengths that allows you to easily view all possible bookings and select the proper day and time with ease. The old drop in method was great but unfortunately they have to use the app now but it needs to be changed. Massive barrier to using the pool.

Great place but water needs to be warmer and they need to stop playing dance music while people swim.

No credit and no tap. In 2022 post Covid this is unacceptable. Didn’t make a stink because it’s not the front desk fault. They I’m sure felt awkward enough turning us away so my little boy couldn’t swim today because the business wants to save a few cents on credit charges. Truly disappointing day for my little guy.

Great place to walk and train your dog. There is a huge green space with lots of trees behind the tennis courts.we love to walk and train our dogs here!

They make rules on the swim test so it’s two laps then it’s three! And teens just go in without a test even know they could not know how to swim!

Love going swimming with my little one! The heated pool is great so she isn't shocked by the cold. Also the staff are great! They helped my with my extending my pass from covid with no fuss!

We took three of our grands swimming here - last Sunday. The prices were good and the pools were amazing. Great life guards and lots of fun toys! Thank you!

The change rooms at every clean. In the winter there will be slobs but nothing you can do. The pools are very nice. The kiddie pool is very warm and the lane pool is very nice. The temperature is nice. I would recommend this place as it has clean facilities.

Secretary staff always go above and beyond to try to help with any issues.

Rated 3 stars for cleanliness of the ladies public changeroom, and the fact that there never seem to be enough staff (lifeguards) working.

I was informed the same day of a drop in lesson that was available, drove 45 minutes to get my daughter there, just to be told that there wasn't enough staff available to provide a lesson after all. My daughter was so let down.

The rules for 1 child per adult is a huge pain also. They should think about re-working to accommodate single mothers with 2+ children.

Wonderful to have the library in the same building.

This was my 1st visit to the Centre and I was impressed with the layout. There are men, women & universal change rooms that are impressively clean. The pool cost is reasonable at $4.40 (50+ yrs) plus I really enjoyed the warmth of the water too. I was surprised to see they have a cafe and a branch of the St. Catharines Library in the centre as well. I highly recommend this Aquatic Centre. Enjoy!

The aquatic center is very clean and there are numerous lifeguards on duty. The entrance fee is more than reasonable.

Great swimming centre, fantastic for either lengths for fitness with lanes almost always available, or for swim lessons at any age, even adult lessons! The library is also very nice, if a little small. Great for a family outing to a free swim, and then some lounging in the library.
