Don't come here. The auto insurance will try to force you to but this is not a good move. I got a very bad feeling right away when my insurance was so demanding. They work for them, if I knew this originally I would've avoided.

I have no words to say. All the staffs are accommodating and very friendly. They made me feel like I knew them for a long ttime. Anyways, thank you for your services. I am now back to work and will always remember what you taught me. Thanks you once again.

My experience with the staff at St. Catharines Physio was very good. They were caring, empathetic, but tried to encourage you to the next level. At times I had to deal with internal issues, but staff were well equipped to handle any emotional meltdown or rant I threw at them. I didn't think I'd make it times, they showed me I could. Thank You to everyone at SCPC.

Eric is amazing and explains why you’re doing the exercises and why they’re beneficial to you. Great place with great people

Worst physiotherapy experience I have ever had. They play the blame game when recovery does not go their way! They lie to insurer on reports. Do not care for recovery, just pushing one back to work, and they say, their job is done. If you want bandaid therapy it's ok, anything more complicated go somewhere else.

Excellent staff, I recovered from an ankle injury quickly. Very pleased with my results.

From the adminstrative staff to the Physiotherapist, my experience there was good. Eric was my Physiotherapist, very kind and patient. He explained very well what the issue was and how we would tackle it. Within a month I was in much better foorm than when we had started. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible experience. I strongly advise you to seek help elsewhere.

I cannot express enough about the care i received after having a total full knee replacement surgery. They were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! I would recomend there services to family and friends in a heart beat. Thank you so much for all your help, i am improving every day!

I injured myself at work and had to do physio for the first time. The whole staff made it such a welcoming and pleasant experience. I worked with Eric and Steve mainly and they were amazing! Thank you guys for everything!

I brought my grandma for her first appointment with the lovely Laura to address some vertigo symptoms and I was absolutely blown away by the entire experience!

The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and kind during both check in and during payment at the end. They were professional and nice to everyone I saw them interact with.

Laura Dickie showed my grandma such warmth, love, kindness and made sure to keep her comfortable and laughing through the whole process. I could not believe how truly amazing Laura was while interacting with my grandma and also with fixing her vertigo symptoms. It felt like we were just visiting with family or an old friend.

My grandma left feeling 100% better and had the biggest smile on her face. She spoke of Laura’s kindness for the rest of the day.

Thank you Laura for treating her like family. I appreciate it more than words can express!

I am very pleased with the treatment I received at this clinic. They were very accommodating with scheduling appointments and punctual with time. Jessica was great and helped me achieve the best results. I would definitely recommend their services.

I had the most positive experience at St. Catharines Physiotherapy. The staff were knowledgeable and professional. They listened to my concerns and implemented exercises and encouragement in order for me to regain mobility and reach my personal goals. I had the opportunity to work with four different staff during the weeks that I was there and each one of them contributed to my well balanced physio program. I can't say enough about Laura, who oversaw my plan and helped me throughout the whole process. It was the best physio experience I have ever had. I don't plan on going anywhere else from here on.

To keep this under 100 pages, let me say this, find an alternative to this place. Never, in my life would I charge charge someone for sitting down and discussing their injuries.then pitting them into collections!? !?

The physio center is fantastic the therapist are excellently trained and friendly.
The receptionists are very very friendly and welcoming.

The administration staff are very friendly and helpful. Very professional.
My physiotherapist Lindsay is absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and is great at explaining stretching and strengthening techniques. I trust her and I know that she is working hard with me for my best outcome during my recovery.

This place is amazing, from the Physiotherapists to the kinesiologists to the reception staff! I only worked with a handful of them but every time I came in I felt very welcomed Laura and Jennifer are amazing and I highly recommend coming here for your PT, as I hit the 6 week mark of Physio my knee is at 115 degrees bent of 120 and my knee is basically touching the table, if you're starting out your PT journey, do the Physio and keep consistent and you will be back to normal very soon!

My last session, OHIP only covers 6 visits my physiotherapist gave me this visit free because she cared about my progress, lovely girl, big ️

Ginny took very good care to ensure my recovery from shoulder surgery went very well. Sustainable exercises are very helpful.
All the staff here are great and it is an excellent facility.

The foregoing was from my visit 3 years ago. At that time my left shoulder had been operated on.

I have now made a return trip three years later because my right shoulder was operated on. Therapy this time was longer than the first.

Jessica my therapist was great she ensured I had the right treatment and has ensured I have sustainable treatment for the future. My exercise therapists Jennifer, Aaron, Steve and Hanna made sure I was doing everything right and were very supportive.

It is worth repeating all the staff here are great and it is an excellent facility.

Thanks to Laura and the whole team at St. Catharines Physiotherapy Center for helping me walk again after total hip replacement. Everyone there is very nice.

I'm extremely grateful to Laura and Aleem for helping me through my recovery from my concussion and whiplash injury. They truly demonstrate genuine care for their patients. As opposed to my previous physiotherapist (at a different clinic), Laura gave me a constructive and customized recovery plan that included concrete tools, strategies and exercises that pushed my recovery forward. My vision and vestibular and whiplash symptoms have greatly improved because of the home exercises she gave me. The acupuncture she administered did much to relieve my neck and shoulder pain from my whiplash injury. Aleem is a wonderful occupational therapist, I can't recommend him enough. His positive encouragement and the concrete tools he gave me helped me to get back into living my life again. No more wearing sunglasses everywhere, I can see the light again. Thank you both so much. Also shout out to Eric for the whiplash consult and for passing me on to Laura. St. Catharines Physio is full of caring and dedicated health care professionals.

I don't often give 5* for a review as I usually think there's always room for improvement. However, I really had a sense that everyone took a real interest in my health and progress. They were encouraging and supportive. I saw great gains while using the program OHIP allows. It was well worth it. Thank you everyone, but especially Jessica & Arron.

Jessica my (PT) was a lifesaver when I wrecked my knee at work in Feb. 2022. She was fantastic to work with before and after my surgery, great conversations and encouraging me along the way. I looked forward to my appt's with her and the gym staff, everyone was so helpful and friendly. The ladies at the front desk were fabulous at scheduling my appt's and very accommodating. I would highly recommend St. Catharine's Physiotherapy to my family and friends!

Have been to St. Catharines Physiotherapy Centre for two injuries. I have left feeling great both times. I felt that he staff genuinely cared about my recovery, and they were very knowledgeable about my injury (knees).

After are car accident we had issues with our necks, over a 6 week period they were able to solve our issues

I can't even begin to express how wonderful the team has been to myself and my daughter at St. Catharines Physiotherapy Centre. The amazing ladies at the front desk are beyond gracious, helpful and pleasant. We visited this facility for my baby daughter and her Torticollis issues, we were so lucky to be seen and treated by Laura Dickie. She is honestly the BEST. She is so kind, patient, knowledgable and caring. Everything you could ever hope for in a PT, especially when it comes to treating an infant. I actually looked forward to our visits to the clinic because they are so lovely and I am a little sad (albeit very happy that my daughters issues have resolved because of Laura!) to not see them again. Thank you so very much to the team and especially to Laura. You helped ease my mind through a very scary time and in the end we came out victorious! I will forever be thankful for you, we honestly couldn't have done it without your help.

Early July I had my ankel crushed, was in a air cast for a month and a half then was recommemded to St. Catharines Physiotherapy. I worked with Steve and the man was great, helped me with my excireces and helped push myself to get full use of my ankel again

My first appointment was great - I have had a lot of pain and anxiety about recovery and the wonderful people here helped so much already with both of those things.

I had an achilles injury that had become extremely painful and inflamed, so much so that even touching the area hurt. Under the Guidance and assessment by the councillor Ginny, after diligent daily exercising I have noticed a marked improvement. I feel the diagnosis was thorough and the appropriate exercises we suggested to getting me into a less painful state. I found the staff attentive, respectful and knowledgeable. Thank you so much Ginny and St. Catharines Physio.

Everyone here are friendly and very helpful! Steven Lumley helped me immensely. I hope I never get hurt again, but if I do, I know where I'll be going again! Thanks to everyone there that helped me!

Fantastic massage! All the paperwork taken care of ahead of time, submitted to insurance on my behalf. Austin was a great massage therapist, extremely conscientious and kind natured and used great pressure. Will be back!

I attended physiotherapy for a few years starting in 2011 at this clinic after a spinal cord injury from a car accident. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and caring attitude of ALL of the people who work there. My physiotherapist was Laura Dickie and we had some help from Steve Lumley and occasionally Eric Paron as well. Laura is simply the best of the best! Her skills and knowledge base cannot be faulted and her compassion and innovative thinking, along with a great sense of humour, makes working with her a true pleasure. Although I can never totally return to normal functioning, I made great strides in improving my core strength and functional movement patterns while under her care. Steve was always of great help too and shared his insights. With a sports injury treatment background, he had a different perspective, which added greatly to my treatment plan. When Laura went on maternity leave it became necessary for me to find a different physiotherapist due to my specialized situation and Ginny Paterson helped me in that search. Everyone at this clinic were fabulous and I would highly recommend this clinic for any and all physiotherapy needs you may have!

I had a wonderful experience here. Last summer, I had a major problem with my knee and Eric was a great help getting me walking without pain. This past five months, Jessica has been helping me with my frozen shoulder and I am so happy with the care she has given me.

I'm on ODSP and between being low income, the pandemic and finding out I have disc degeneration, I was feeling defeated.
Luckily there is a smidge of funding and I was teamed up with Kim Talbot for 7 sessions. I don't think words can explain how thankful I am for that time. She was able to teach me stretches, techniques for my wife the massage and in all honesty was the best therapy I could have had during this pandemic.
Ashley, Hannah and Kristi at the front desk were wonderful to see each week. I honestly wish I could continue going because the mental health portion of it was off the charts. I have severe social anxiety and I actually looked forward to my appointments because I knew I would walk away feeling better.

I recently completed physiotherapy with Jessica at St. Catharines Physiotherapy Centre for neck and shoulder issues. The care and attention that I received was exemplary. Jessica was knowledgeable, flexible and really listened to my concerns. I received treatment virtually. Jessica was able to see the fitness equipment I had at home and geared my therapy towards my level of fitness, my current workout goals, and my equipment. I am thrilled with the results. I am pain free and stronger. I cannot thank Jessica enough for helping me!

I’ve been going to this clinic for 8 sessions. Amazing staff. My hip has been getting better since my surgical procedure, I am extremely happy with how my recovery process is coming along and I’ve been given plenty of exercises and information about what’s happening with my injuries and what I need to do to improve my overall health. Eric my physiotherapist was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend Eric to anyone looking for treatments.also there attention to detail for Covid screening was greatly appreciated.

Had knee replacement surgery and went to St. Catharines Physiotherapy Centre for my physio. PT was Jessica - excellent care, very personable and knowledgeable. PTA was Hanna- again very good. In general a great experience and I would most definitely recommend this facility!

Attended the St. Catharines Physiotherapy Centre seeking rehabilitation services following ankle-replacement surgery. Due to the uncommon nature of the operation, I was somewhat concerned about receiving appropriate rehab therapy. Boy, did I make the right decision to come here! My Physiotherapist Laura Dickie was wonderful! She designed a treatment plan that met and exceeded both my surgeon's and my own expectations for recovery. Laura and Kinesiologist Jennifer Biczel are skilled at offering services with a unique blend of professionalism, support and a sense of humour which I much appreciated and valued.

The physiotherapy facility is conveniently located, well-organized and equipped. There is ample free parking on-site. The administrative staff are friendly, accommodating and organized. Their COVID-19 protocols are excellent. I highly recommend St. Catharines Physiotherapy Centre on Carlton and Lake streets.

Have been going here for several years for different issues and have always had great success. Laura is top notch in her field and has gone above and beyond to help me get back to a normal life without pain. This clinic and Laura in particular are a hidden gem!

The Centre is very conveniently located, accessible and clean with an emphasis on good Covid-19 procedures. The staff are helpful and friendly. My therapist, Lindsay, was attentive and professional and able to ask the questions and provide the answers that led to a rapid recovery.

I had to have total knee replacement on both my knees four months apart. The physio I received after was fantastic! It hurt but was well worth it. The physiotherapist I had was Elisabeth Rubenschuh. Her knowledge and patience was incredible. Elisabeth helped me to heal and get back to a point of flexibility and strength I haven't experienced in years! I highly recommend this physiotherapy clinic. They were very careful with how things were done during Covid times as well. I felt safe and well cared for. Definitely consider going here for physiotherapy.

I am so pleased with the outcome of my treatment, professional all around. I had positive feedback from my clients prior to my retirement because of their level of care and when I needed treatment, this was my first choice.

From the moment Kim (my physiotherapist) met me at the door I felt safe. We went through the covid 19 protection procedure then she escorted me to her room. At this point Kim listened very carefully to my problem took notes then proceeded to help me. When I left Chrissy and Robyn took care of all the paper work. I would highly recommend this centre.

Staff were excellent across the board. Lindsay gave me information that I could use and she broke it down intelligently regarding my knee injury and the road through physiotherapy. I found her to be personable and professional in all aspects of what she did. Also a special shout out to Jennifer in the gym. She was great to work with and very patient also had a great sense of humor. All in all a 10 out of 10 experience!
