St Clair Windows and Doors

My parents had all the windows and doors installed in their home and they look great and worth it! The experience from beginning to end was exceptional. From the start, Don and the girls in the office were very accommodating and helpful, making it easy for me to work with them and my parents to make the applicable decisions. Don and his staff did not make us feel uncomfortable or pressured to commit to anything like so many companies do in order to get business. The group of guys who did the installation were awesome! They were professional, friendly, efficient, fast and did a great job. They really knew what they were doing and I can't believe they installed everything in less than 3 full days. They worked from the time they arrived to closing time.

The pricing is very reasonable and there are many selections and styles. In my opinion "customer satisfaction and honesty" is what this company values and is about. I highly recommend them to others. Thank you to everyone at St Clair windows and doors.

I have just had a large livingroom window with opening end panels installed in my 1950's bungalow and could not be more pleased. From start to finish, site inspection, quotation, administration, and installation were completely professional, friendly, and highly skilled. The office team kept me up to date during the manufacturing process, and the installation team was amazing. I can absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for good value and a quality installation.

The window looks great! The 3 installers that came were friendly and polite and they finished the job in the time frame I was given. Everything was cleaned up and they confirmed everything was satisfactory and working before they left! Thank you!

Dealt with Don (owner) on replacing all our windows and doors, and I feel compelled to share my experience. Keep in mind I deal with contractors on a daily basis with my occupation as a construction manager so dealing with st Clair I was initially skeptic with some minor mistakes with the order due mainly to the covid restrictions. The workmanship was first class and st Clair went above and beyond with customer satisfaction. We requested to have two moons removed with the new windows and they drywalled and taped the previous opening which was not captured on the estimate. Don unlike other contractors we have dealt with is top notch, I HIGHLY recommend going with St Clair for any windows / door installations. I have had St Clair Windows and Doors come out and do work on my entire home in the past. Last summer I had them convert a dining room window into a patio door and it looks absolutely amazing. When I saw the finished job I was in disbelief that it was even possible to make something look so perfectly sculptured. It honestly looks like a piece of art! Considering their great work from the past I had them come back to install a bedroom window for me and they performed way above expectations yet again. I will go out of my way to highly recommend this company to all who ask! This company obviously works magic from the ground up as the people they have working for them in the showroom, the salesman and the installers are all extremely friendly and accommodating to the highest degree. I can't say enough great things about them from start to finish! We had our windows installed recently and the installers were amazing-they were hard working, efficient and clean. They even went above and beyond to correct an issue with our front door! I can't praise them enough and would highly recommend them if you are thinking of getting windows/doors for your home.

Had a patio door and a front door installed several months ago. The quote was excellent and the workmanship was incredible. The finish work outside was superb and finished off the installation beautifully. Would definitely hire for more windows and doors in the future!

Just had a new door installed by St Clair, the guys did a great job, our new door look great. This company was great to deal from right from the beginning. Two thumbs up

Bay window replaced with 6' patio door.
1- forgot the requested cement sill. 2- never framed a full support across entire top of door. 3- no insullation. 4- installed flashing for a sill, sloping down towards the door. 5- demo'd all baseboard trim, then had no extra to properly trim up to base of door after install. 6- trim around exterior, 8" wide, with NO support behind, no wood, no foam? (1 bump and its scrap) Highest of 4 estimates POOR WORKMANSHIP, obviously caught up in Covid quantity and not quality I never thought I should need to miss time from work and babysit a 6 hour rush job. Wish I did.
