Appointment time is just a joke, always have to wait for 30 mins more to see the doctors.
Such a waste of time.
If you do not care about the time, what’s the point of making an appointment?
Instead of booking everyone under the same time slot to earn from as much people as possible within one day, maybe try to book each one for at least half an hour to avoid the long waiting?

Receptionist was unhelpful and abrupt. Called to ask if this clinic had a particular immunization available and before I could even finish my sentence, they cut me off to tell me no one was available in the office to help. I didn't even say I wanted an appointment but they automatically assumed and cut me right off, super unsympathetic and I feel sorry for anyone who is actually sick asking for help. Then when I clarified I just wanted to know if they carry and could administer at this location, they told me to call back in the new year. Not sure how professional any health org is that doesn't have access to either their own schedules or inventory records.

I visited the clinic today (Saturday morning) with my son who has lost his sense of smell. The receptionist, the doctor, and the pharmacist were surprisingly all nice. Dr. Mitra Mohammadi was respectful and professional. I felt grateful to her.

The receptionist was so extremely rude she started yelling at me because I asked a question twice and called me ANNOYING
She began fighting with me and put me on hold for 10+ minutes to piss me off even more

Came here when I was around 15/16 for a physical and mental health concerns. I am now 20 and realized how strange the visit was; a male doctor at that time looked at me, didn’t ask me any questions and said, “you seem like a happy person.you’re not depressed”. I still remember being very uncomfortable during that visit especially during the physical. If you’re a young woman, be very clear on asking for a female doctor!

Dr. Mitra Mohammadi is a great Doctor and helps the best she can BUT her secretary or the receptionists all in there are extremely rude and very unprofessional. I have not felt that I had to do a review even after one of the receptionist yelled at me when I was suffering an issue and needing to seek a paediatrician for my 2 month old at the time and when I told her the name of the doctor in my area but didn’t know the address or phone number, she said “it’s not my job to do research to find you a paediatrician”. So I asked her well what’s your job them and she hung up on me and I called back and lost my temper causing my health issue to rise. Today was the icing on the cake where the receptionist wasn’t even listening to me about why I could not make it into the clinic and I desperately needed to speak to Doctor Mohammadi. Her response was “we don’t get paid to talk on the phone for consult because OHIP doesn’t cover it”. I never asked who gets paid and who doesn’t, I needed to get a hold of my family doctor as requested by the nurses at Toronto Western Hospital. When I told her where I live and it would be hard for me to come in because of current side effects I have, she goes to say “well we have patients that come from Aurora”. Again I don’t care about who comes from where, I’m talking about my experience. I am so disgusted by these receptionists because they act like they are the Doctors and it’s such a big issue. They need to learn empathy especially when dealing with people who have medical conditions. The way they are causes you to have anxiety and this is a medical clinic. I have expressed my frustration to the doctor and nurses at Toronto Western so hopefully they can help me because these people don’t. Again, Dr. Mohammadi is amazing but the receptionists all need to go and find somewhere that will accept their abuse and unprofessional conduct with patients which is nowhere or leave their job if they are so miserable. There should be a place where we can go to report this and they should have consequences for how they treat and speak to people especially in this line of work!

Stopped going here years ago.edith is they worst rudest and most unprofessional person.i will never step foot here again.as for dr. Kodsi he really need new receptionist.to represent him.edith i really hope you find happiness one day.

Receptionist at the front desk is extremely rude. She tried to force me to buy mask from the pharmacy with in the clinic. I understand the wearing mask is important. Its there private policy they she be providing mask, I did not wearing one. When i asked her to give me one she became very rude and asked me to wait back in the line cause I wasn’t wearing mask, even though i was first one in the line. When she gave me the mask she literally threw it at me and spoke in a poorly manner.
This is unacceptable.
I was asked to bring cash for the check up i was goin to do, and Asked to pay them in cash. After this behaviour I didn’t want to be there and i was goin to pay by cash not health card.

They really need to make sure they treat people right. Everyone should be treated with respect.

Again I wasn’t against wearing mask. It was here demeanor.

Don’t not ever consider coming to this location. Not recommended at all.

For a walk-in clinic, they do not provide PAP test unless your a registered client there. Which is weird because I was told all medical clinics do provide this type of test regardless of you being a client or not (and can be illegal to deny this). Also, their website states the are accepting new patients, but when I called, the receptionist stated they are current not taking anyone right now and call back in the New year. Either she is lying or they need to update their website as false information is being disturbed to the public. Unprofessional. I don't know if I want to family doctor from this place that doesn't even keep up with their website and conduct accessible test that is vital to the female.

I was visited by Dr. Mitra Mohammadi.
First annoying thing was the receptionist who was asking me about my personal medical problem; that was very odd to me!
The Dr.herself had an attitude; was cold and unfriendly. She is Persian, and in Persian language unlike English language there are 2 forms of “you” or second-person pronouns; one is informal and it’s completely fine to be used with friends and close people, yet if it’s used with non-close ones, like in a doctor- patient relationship, it is a “real” rude and belittling manner. She was constantly talking this way.
She did not even do the very simple procedure I needed, while the same day I saw another family doctor who did the required procedure at the same visit!

One of the worst clinics in this neighborhood. The receptionists are rude and lack the empathy and understanding that’s required in an environment such as this. The doctors are almost always unavailable even if you’re registered with them. Stay away unless you absolutely need urgent medical care.

Terrible front staff service,
I was left on hold by phone 30 mins, in leg pain, begging to see my doctor, told come back in a week, told I am giving them a headache talking,
BIG ATTITUDE, …. I still went, walked in and say Doctor same day, doctor is great… he saw me and said, come in right away!

So, this is a walk-in clinic but they do not accept walk-ins, got refused treatment for my son because he was coughing, we got a negative covid test and even like that they refused to take a look on him. I hope this place gets closed. Terrible service.

The staff are super unfriendly they act like they don’t want you there! For a walk in she told me I have to make an appointment! I’m a very rude manner! She doesn’t even bother touching my health card.
Don’t bother going to this place the only reason I tried to go back because the doctors are great.

Impatient receptionist, especially today, a long straight hair girl receptionist was very rude, don’t walk in this clinic

Absolute trash reception. Convoluted system because of “COVID” reasons. Nobody picks up the phone. I was on hold for 10 minutes and walked in to see people sitting and chatting. Terrible clinic overall and I’d rather just pass away than deal with the medical system here

Very friendly customer service and quick response. The pharmacy is inside the walking clinic so you can get the antibiotics right away.

The doctors are very nice, professional and friendly. However the two Women receptionist are very rude and always make everything complicated.very unhelpful.the clinic needs to reconsider those two woman!

Receptionists here are rude and disrespectful with patient confidentiality.
When calling in for an appointment even though my family doctor is away, they don’t accommodate to see another doctor in the clinic in the meantime. Then ask what it is for? “It’s for my health - that’s between me and my doctor“
It’s protected under the PIPEDA act!
Then the receptionist Jane talks over me when I’m trying to speak and doesn’t give me a chance to say what I have to say.
The entire front desk needs training and a refresher on phone manners.

The doctor at the clinic is great but the receptionists (both) are a combination of rude and doesn’t greet or acknowledge you when you arrive. I approached the desk one of the receptionists saw/looked at me and as I stood there they continued to have their conversation for at least 2-3 minutes until I said something. Then one replied with an attitude saying they were discussing a patient. That’s fine but you still need to acknowledge someone when they approach the front desk. They certainly need to be retrained again. The owner of the clinic needs to look at these reviews because this is not good for business!

I asked to book my toddler daughter for a visit based on good reviews, receptionist was very rude and said "its Monday" and they "are done for the day", which was at 3 PM. While hours are listed till 5 PM. Despite two attempts to book some time since 1: 30 PM I was treated in a manner "why did u even call here". Would not recommended to anyone.

It is called a “walk-in clinic” but they only accept patients with appointments. I walked to the clinic in excruciating pain, and they said the doctor is done for the day while the clinic is still open for another hour.

This is by far the worst clinic that I ever visited. Dont get me wrong, I have no problem with Dr. Kodsi. He is a good doctor. My problem is the assistant he has and the receptionist. They are both rude and obnoxious. They do not care about their patients and their well-beings. They are only interested in getting a pay cheque. My husband was supposed to get a call from Dr. Kodsi today with regards to his MRI results and when we called to ask where we are in the queue for the actual call, their only answer was that it was based on the doctor's discretion. Seriously? Is that how you talk to your patients? Surely, if it is a phone call appointment, you can easily schedule a time for my husband to speak to him? No, they tell my husband that Dr. Kodsi will call between 11 and 4. I myself work for a Geriatrician and there is no way, I treat my patients this way. If my patients need to be seen by my doctor, I book them a time slot and my doctor will phone them at that time. To this day, I still do not understand how that same rude assistant is still working there. They really need to definitely change and hire new and better staff who knows how to treat their patients.

Dr. Mitra Mohammadi is a really good doctor, very respectful. I'm very glad to find this clinic.

Dr. Suzi VanderSpek is one of the most talented, caring and resourceful medical doctors I have had the privilege to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and will perform her upmost for her patients. I highly recommend Dr. Suzi VanderSpek!

Dr. Mitra Mohammadi is really humble and she really listens to the patient. I have been visiting her since last year and don’t prefer to visit my Family Doctor.

What an awful experience. Receptionist were not helpful. It seems like they find ways not to help people. I wonder if they even have doctors on site. I spent a week only interacting with reception. Pretty sad.

Unprofessional and terrible.
Doctor suggested to have a full physical and blood work done. After a “full physical”, was asked to walk over my own pap test sample to the lab 5m walk from the clinic and to get my blood work done— the lab which turned out to be closed. Then what was the point of scheduling my appointment two weeks in advance?
On top of it all, my personal space was not respected during both of my appointments here (note: I have gotten and am aware of how pap tests work). I am extremely displeased with my overall experience. I will not be returning here and I do not recommend this clinic. Please avoid at all costs.

After reading some reviews online, I decided to go to St. Gabriel Medical. It was first time walk in clinic, I am so happy about my decision. The receptionist was super nice and Doctor I met was professional and kind and so fast service than I expected. Thank you all!

Doctors are great, receptionists are awful. I've been hung up on when calling. When in the office I've stood there for minutes before being acknowledged.

This is the best walk in clinic I ve ever been. Receptionist was very nice, professional and she took me to see doctor right away. I didn't wait at all! Doctor was very professional, she took time to answer all my questions and concerns, wasn't rushing me and I wasn't regular patient. They have lab on site and technician was very nice as well. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

One morning I had enormous abdominal pain. I went to this clinic, and waited for an hour. I asked the front desk to get me an ambulance. She told me to drive to the hospital myself. So I drove to the hospital on my own.
The doctors here are usually helpful though.

Dr. VanderSpek is by far the best family doctor I've had! She listens, takes the time to understand and genuinely wants to help with anything that she can help me with. She is never rude or rushes me out, which is hard to find these days! The admin staff is great! They are very helpful, nothing ever gets missed by them! Thank you all for always helping me:)

The psychiatrist that works there his name is esam is Very unexperienced Ive been through serious trauma in my life Lost a child my brother got into serious car accident brain trauma and I got into addiction to escape I told him the truth and the truth hurts me at the end because he refused to give me treatment sometimes you just can’t be honest. Disgusting human being you shouldn’t have license The funny part he used to work for CAMH Mental health hospital

First time walk-in patient, without and Ontario healthcard. Reception was up from about all charges, and very kind. Perhaps it was a slow day, but I was in and out in less than one hour - this includes fulfilling a prescription.
Dr Kosdi was an absolute pleasure, and was very thorough. Pharmacy was quick, and asked all the right questions, to ensure no complications/reactions.happy to recommend this clinic.

First time. I am happy to go in and out at walk in clinic. All staff is very friendly and fast service. I want to give more 5 stars today. Thank you so much for all staff there.

Great doctors specially dr. Kodsi, but the receptionist is very unprofessional, if you have a question they dont bother to answer or do soemthing about it,
Waiting is also long, sometimes very long. 1,30 to 2 hours.

Do not visit this walk-in. The physicians keep irregular schedules, not available at the hours listed on the site. Go somewhere else.

Free heated under ground parking. The clinic is modern and clean. Wait times are reasonable. Knowledgable Staff. 5/5

This clinic is the best in the area. All the doctors are caring and professional. Don’t let some of the other reviews fool you - the secretaries are always personable and nice. The wait times are amazingly short for a walk-in. Free parking downstairs. I like it a lot. 5 stars all the way!

Dr. Amin, nurse and staff are very efficient and professional. Very clean clinic and I highly recommend you pay them a visit.

Even though I was really sick, they said they couldn’t take me because I didn’t have the new green health card because it’s “policy”. Horrible service; I will never be going back.

The clinic hours said that they opened at 9 am. I showed up at 845 and was let in at 9 when I was informed that the doctor would not be in until 10. I gave the receptionist my health card waited until 9: 20 when the receptionist informed me that I will have to put a $100 deposit down for my appointment. Which made NO sense because I am and always have been a canadian citizen with an OHIP card. The lady said that it is because I have never been to the clinic and they need to make sure my OHIP goes through. I reluctanty agreed even though I said this is not how the Ontario healthcare system works and when I presented my VISA, I was told sorry we don’t take cards. At which point I had no other options and had to leave.

The receptionist made me wait for more than one hour while the doctor was not even there. Unbelievable.

I felt rushed by Dr Amin and clinic did not contact me regarding a test result (positive). Unsure if I would go back.
