Nice selection of plants, however their houseplants are overpriced and I’ve found pests on them, on several occasions.

We came with no plans to buy anything but left the store with a flower in a pot and tulip bulbs. Nice decorated place is ready for Halloween

Was visiting to see some relatives and wanted some plants to take there. These people were arguing with a customer and rudeness was unbound. The prices are very high for the quality and a old guy in the back rude pushy trying to sell and creepy. The same plant you buy at nurseries for much less. A very unhappy place miserable staff and plants over watered and poor variety.

I loved the water fountains/ falls, turtles. A very pleasant afternoon.

This is a beautiful garden centre with some very knowledgeable staff. Even if you happen upon a junior member of staff they will get an answer for you. A wide range of annuals, perennials, shrubs, trees, water feature equipment.

Beautiful greenhouse/nursery, great selection but EXPENSIVE.
Can find much cheaper pricing, (sometimes even by half) in KW

For all my pond and garden needs my only stop! This past weekend had great interactions asking questions, preparing for my 2023 gardening and fish pond needs. Special shoutout to Helen, Phillipe, Ryan (and to Dave too) who were personable and fantastic to deal with! Thanks so much for the excellent service I always get at St. Jacobs Country Gardens!

First time visiting this amazing nursery in early summer, WOW! Wonderful staff, amazing selection of everything you could ever want! Oh and they have 2 cats who are adorable! So far I have been back 3 times to get more

Need a pond or pond supplies? This is the place to go. They created a swim pond for us that has transformed our backyard into a spa like retreat.

Fantastic selection of plants - pricey but excellent quality.

Very well stocked facility. Garden Center is very nice with some amazing landscaping done with waterfalls etc to give real view of what can be designed. They have excellent selection of perennial and annuals and i found the plants grown and healthy. A bit pricier than if you buy small ones but worth it. They also have design center where they can design landscape projects and complete.

So we purchased a Chinese Maple and it was very small but we asked if it would be ok. We purchased all of the suggested starter food. They told us it will be fine. We planted Sept than through the winter covered it from the weather. Took the cover off in early May but it has not been doing so well. I went to talk to the guy and he brushed it off like it might have died. We paid $350 for this tree and it was no big deal to him. No help no suggestion. Just scratch it and see if it’s alive is all he said. I understand things happen but no suggestion at all. So we went to the Cambridge Garden Centre and at least the lady was nice and said try this and do this it might help. We purchased some other trees from the Cambridge location and they give a one year warranty. We will not be going back to this garden centre in St Jacobs

Really well stocked nursery with very friendly and helpful staff. They have some chickens, turtles and lots of fish to keep impatient children entertained!

Large selection of plants, flowers, bushes and trees. Pond supplies, gas fire pits, large imitation rocks for landscaping. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I spent a night here about a week ago, and it was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. All of the beds were terribly uncomfortable and so I couldn't sleep at all. Also at random points in the night it would just start raining in my room. Room service was terrible, complimentary breakfast was all just salad, and I had to leave my room and be checked out before 8am the next day. Will not be spending another night here.

Scott helped me and my wife choose the best plant for our deck privacy - he really knows his plants inside and out - thanks a lot Scott!

Really enjoyed this garden centre. It's big and enjoyed looking at the fish and turtles as well as shopping for garden goods. We'll be back.

I have purchased several plants from here and have been pleased with the plants and the service.
The gardener there always comes over to me while I'm searching for a suitable plant and asks if he can help me. He picks out the healthiest and most robust plants for me.and instructs me on their care.

For years my car stops at quilt shops and nurseries, St Jacob 's is the best for products, service and friendly visit says my wife.

Beautiful florals for Christmas and great customer service! Called in an order for curbside pickup and was able to pay over phone and easily pickup the most full and gorgeous pointsettias that same day.

This place is the place to go for landscaping and nursery items. I will say though that everything is a bit expensive.

The St. Jacobs Country Gardens team is one of the best I have had the pleasure of interacting with! Their customer service and the way they treat everyone they interact with is incredible. They are experts in whatever area you are looking for - landscape, ponds, and all things gardening! I would highly recommend getting in contact with them or dropping by the Garden Centre for anything to help your property look amazing!

This is such a nice nursery. My daughter loves the goats, geese, turtles and fish. We bought several house plants and they are all doing quite well.

Great selection, friendly people and very healthy looking plants of all kinds. Some very unusual types as well.

Amazing selection and the manager Scott was extremely helpful. He helped me and my wife select the right plants. I would highly recommend this place. We have been to other gardens and what sets this place apart is the the service and knowledge the staff has.

Such a beautiful garden centre. Lots of choice in flowers, trees, shrubs etc as well as accessories for garden and home. They sell gear if you want to build a pond - even koi fish. Great spot to come even with young ones - turtles, fish, a chicken, geese and a few goats! Definitely makes it a more fun time for kids to go garden shopping!

The plants are so well kept, not even one dead flower on a mum. It was insane the care that went into these plants. I adore the goats, they are so sweet. This is just such a great place to look around and let your creative plant juices flow.

Great selection of plants and wonderful service from staff. Often find unique plants or colours. The only place that I can find moonflowers. Wonderful place to go for Christmas too. My only complaint is that it is a bit pricey.

Staff is amazing and so helpful. Great selection of plants and seeds. Prices are a bit higher than what I am used to paying but the experience of dealing with the staff more than makes up for it. Our 5 yr old daughter loves coming to see the fish and turtles.

This greenhouse is smaller than others in the KW area, but has a good selection of annuals, perennials, small trees and bushes. They also have a beautiful indoor waterfeature that will inspire. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
