Smashing market place for all you food. All lovely and friendly people. Come here every time we visit Canada.

If you go here take a drive to Picard's peanuts which is just a few minutes away. They have a great assortment of fresh peanuts and chocolate and candy. Very reasonable prices. You will pass through the main street which is nice for a stroll and an ice cream cone. There are some very nice shops there. You can pick up some nice gifts. You could spend about two hours at the market. Bought some corn from a mennonite there and it was awful but if you wait until near closing time you can get really good deals on the produce and fruits. They close at 3pm. The market has some nice gift items, a little bit of everything. There are a lot of baked goods, some of which I have tried and they were very good. Make sure you try the freshly made apple fritters and have them with ice cream, they are really good. They sell fresh meats and you can buy cooked food indoors and outdoors. There is a British stall indoors that sells tasty meat pies and baked goods. You can take a horse drawn ride to a mennonite farm, I think it was 19 bucks for a ticket. The tour guide was really great and knowledgeable. Across the street they have an outlet mall. There's a good place that sells bedding and a few other stores. Sad to see that some have closed since covid. Make sure you take time to visit the main street.

Worst place. It only have a few store still there. Used to be a very good place. But now is so empty. Sad.

This place could be awesome if more shops were open. It definitely needs food and drinks, a kids store, maybe some local vendors.
Sadly it’s very lonely everytime we go. Now the upstairs part is blocked off. Only 3 stores are open. Pretty sad to walk in and that’s all you can see.

It needs an UPGRADE …ASAP

Nothing to see here. Clothes for old people. Not an actually outlet mall, has 5 mediocre stores. Go across the street to the farmers market. Or to the actual mall.

I think COVID hit this place hard. There was only 10 stores at this place and so the shopping trip took all of 10 minutes in this outlet. So sad, kids were looking forward to more stores, but the signage was not updated so we ended up very disappointed.

Disappointing. I remember when there were high end stores and it was THE outlet mall to go to. Now the stores are lackluster. Most of the major brands have left. The building looks tired and needs updating. If you're already in the area (across the road from St. Jacob's Farmer's Market and Holiday Inn Express), pop in and have a glance but don't expect much.

Only two stores in this building are worth visiting, the Lego store and the candy store everything else is pretty boring

It’s a dead mall. The only thing it really has now is the LEGO store. Not many places to shop at otherwise & the prices aren’t much different from a regular mall. Good place to quickly run into if you’re in the area, but not a place where you could spend a day.

The market at St. Jacobs is my go to place to people watch and just stroll around.great place to eat and find cool little stauls throughout the market that sell local treats.

Could not enter the mall.only the stores along the outside.signs on mall doors saying "outlet mall entrance this way ️" were very misleading. Beginning June 30th malls were allowed to re-open. Please update your signage.

Worth the 40 minute drive from our home. So many things to see. So many great bargains! Step back in time in St. Jacobs

Clean very few stores open now. Staff was helpful & sanitizer available throughout the mall.

Good for a visit, though don't expect amazing deals, some of the "outlet" stores don't really have those lowered prices that you would hope to find at an outlet.

Only fun is the Toy zone. I see lots of potential.adding more shops would make it great and more lively.

I've been here several times and always enjoy myself. There's a good mix of stores. The only thing that keeps me from giving a 5 star rating is the prices. These are not outlet prices. There are deals to be had, but general merchandise is full price. Worth checking out though.

Not a lot of choices of stores, they were better years ago. Many stores are closed and vacant. Disappointed and kind of a waste of time. St Jacob's market across the street was good but soooooooo busy on a Saturday.

Im from Windsor Ontario and I live the market and the outlet. Very busy place so expect that if you go on a weekend.

Most of the stores are closed. Walked around the whole thing looking at emptiness. You want to look like a old Chinese lady then you can join the throng of them shopping in the stores that are left.

Not all that it's cracked up to be. Less and less stores everyone we go. And prices are pretty high.

Not all stores are open when mall hours are open such as the chocolate factory

But otherwise good selection of stores worth a look

It wasn't a great outlet mall 15 years ago when I visited and it still isn't. One of the hallways is blocked off. There isn't anything upstairs but a Lego store and restaurant. There isn't much in the outlet that is worth the visit.

There are many stores that have closed (Paderno, Corning Ware, the bedding store, Royal Dalton China, etc.) I get the feeling that the mall is dying.

A lot of stores I've visited have closed/moved out. Very much empty, areas of the mall have been boarded up, and it seems that stores are closing every week. Paderno, Reebok, Coring, just to name a few. Unsure if they are going to reno the mall, redevelop the site entirely or the mall is simply dying.

Nice place to walk around but the stores are just regular retail price. I was expecting more of a outlet mall price.
Place very clean though, maybe because not much traffic. Children friendly as well.

Amazing lots of fresh vegetables and meats gifts everything definitely worth the visit will make it a regular trip from here on

Place is dead. Most of the stores have closed down. The few remaining ones hav very sad looking inventory. Even the food court is closed.

Saturday is the best time but go either really early to avoid the crowds or towards the end of the day for deals.

Not many bargains here. Prices are almost regular retail prices and inventory is either dated or end of line items. The mall itself is neat and well maintained.

The place is hood but the outlets seem to be closing down quite fast. The prices at the factory outlets are quite high.

Still showing Corelle Corningware on your list of stores. When asking security guard if store moved he proceeded to tell me they were gone. When asked why still listed online he just went on and on having to have last word. Maybe update your site to have a current list of stores please.

This place is great! SATURDAYS you'll find anything you want or looking for! From homemade jams and jellys to "dad was looking for one of those " Spend a few hours browsing the many buildings and maybe before you leave you'll grab a freshly made applefritter.

Its okay for what it is. The unofficial Lego store is good, but they dont tend to have deals often and when they do they arnt that big.

Not very many good stores left in here. Paderno is great especially when they have a sale. They also have some unique cooking & baking items

Disappointed with the choice of stores here. This mall has amazing potential with the proper management. It has continued to go down him in the last 25 yrs, especially withe previous owners.

Had a wonderful day enjoying the ride from farmer's Market with Ron. He not explained the intricacies of the Menonite culture, he showed the humility with which this little understood group of poeple live.

We visit St. Jacobs Outlets 3 times a year - well worth the 3 1/2 drive! Never leave empty handed or disappointed. Love love love St. Jacobs!

I am usually very lenient in my reviews yet my stop to this market was less than enjoyable!
I arrived on an off day market day so I was almost alone in the tiny mall!
There are no treasures or pricing deals to be had at this mall in my opinion!
If your wallet is thick you will enjoy the very personalized attention in the various stores but if your wallet is thin like mine I will personally stick to thrift and antique shops that litter the Waterloo Wellington area!

Great variety of stores considering the size of the building. It's been nearly empty every time I've been. Relaxing, stress-free shopping.
