Not my first time taking a course with SJA but this was my first time at this location. Cassandra was by far the best instructor I’ve had! Super knowledgeable, great delivery and very engaging. I would highly recommend this location if you’re getting certified. As for the facility, no complaints, lots of parking etc. Overall experience 10/10

I did the practical portion of my first aid training today with Cassandra Lebel. Cassandra was absolutely fantastic! Cassandra made the day fly by. Great job Cassandra! The St. John’s ambulance office in Barrie is very lucky to have you.

My company uses SJA for First Aid certifications. Facilities were clean and sanitized regularly. Cassandra was a thorough and energetic instructor. Thank you!
