Neat, organized and everyone kind and polite. I went inside the school to get immunization shots for my children.

So good education in this school, my daughter is still studying there and she never complained about anything

This school is an amazing school. I applied to this school because the school I sent to was racist and un-welcoming. SJPII said that they were full but would be sure to give me a call for second semester. Two days later, my mom gets an email saying they have worked out their classes and they have space for me. They are so welcoming and teach in the highest of standards. I wanted to go for Ib and they were full for first semester but since I did so well in grade 9 they told all my academic teachers to teach me more advanced. Now for second semester i am in IB. My grades are all above 90's because of they way teachers teach. My goal is to go to Harvard, and this school has sent kids to Harvard and they don't think Harvard is hard to get into because many people/schools think it's hard. If you are getting a 75% in a course, and you want a 90 teachers don't say its not possible, they say yah you can get there even with very little assignments. In the end students who are getting a 75% end up getting an 88 or above in the course. Hands down, amazing education and safe environment.

I had a great experience at PJPII back in the 90s. It is a vibrant diverse community and I found the school had a lot of spirit and support. I was well prepared for post secondary education.

It is a great school. Ignore the negative reviews. Those are just students that are either drop outs or going to be failures. These students expect a school to be a 5 star hotel. This school offers lots of extra-curricular activities and opportunities which a lot of schools dont offer. The guidance counselors are the best here. I failed 4 Courses in Grade 9. They helped me get back on track and I am graduating this year. (A shutout to Ms. D'Souza and Ms. Comza). The teachers are very dedicated to helping out their students. They stay after school to help out students even though they don't have too. The office staff are extremely welcoming and willing to help any way they can. I am currently attending this school and graduating this year and believe me when I say it this is a great school.

St. John Paul II has developed the finest and well decorated substitute teachers you could possibly ever meet. This one's for you, Mr. Jeba.

A lot of people don't like this school for many reasons. No school is going to be perfect and this school is far from it. I'm a current student of this school and the last few years i have been in plenty of different classrooms to say that heating and air conditioning suck and a lot of other things but the staff at the school are pretty amazing. My french teacher a few years ago was pregnant and my class and we didn't know, we caused her a lot of stress but her goal was to make sure we came first and that we were doing well. My religion teachers, they were all great. A lot of teaches try their best to help us and to make us better people and to help us achieve what we do. Yes, some teachers aren't so pleasant to be around but, overall, the experience has been pretty good. All schools have their ups and downs but quite frankly, I'm proud to be a Panther. Once a Panther, always a panther.

I hated this school. When I was there I had no friends and was bullied a lot. I wish all the fellow students that were with me with nothing but anger and contempt. I also wish some of the teachers get fired also - Class of 2011.

Older school in Scarborough. Certainly nothing like the modern schools with wide hallways and lots of Natural light. School is Dungy and certainly could use some TLC on the interior and exterior. School has a triple gym but also in need of some repairs.

With today's current financial picture I can understand why they are trying to extend the life. Several portables to accommodate the students which I suspect who make it frustrating for the students.

Where do i start this school is so terrible you would not believe it. First lets start with the staff, Most of the teacher at this school are horrible expect for the few that were alright and helpful (shout out to Mr. Kotes, Mr. Turner) the rest hope for your downfall, if you are a colored individual i advice you to not go here because these people are super racist and will do everything in their power, to angry you in hopes for a reaction, just to suspend or arrest you. Secondly the cafe food is trash there's some good spots nearby but with the 40 minutes you get for lunch it would be a rush. Lastly the Admin Aka the Principle, VP, these guys alone will make u consider dropping out of high school. These soulless, cruel, unprofessional people don't care about you they care about their selves and how they look to other schools and supervisors, they would literally suspend you for the dumbest stuff i once got a 5 day suspending for having my hood on in school (mind you i was coming from the pouring rain outside). Honestly don't come here there's a lot of better schools out there

It’s an average highschool, typical highschool clubs, behaviour, etc. However, the washrooms can be dirty at times.
