St. Joseph's Hospital

Had day surgery today and wanted to say the nursing staff was phenomenal. I was shown the greatest care by Dr. Kenneth Faber and all the amazing staff right from admission to discharge.

No idea of what to do for a patient.
No answers to ease patient and or family.
Total lack of care.

The entire endoscopy team is above average in all areas. The first nurse who hacked me in was the friendliest person I've ever met. Tall with a beautiful head of natural hair. So incredible and efficient. Intake nurses were all so friendly, caring and efficient. My nurse and doctor the same.above average and very clear with information, instructions and care. I cannot say enough praises for this team

Help, i went to a part of the hospital labeled "Under Construction" and went down a very long staircase, then i took a left, and walked for 3 mins until i found an area marked "Bio-waste Disposal" i went inside and then i fell into a room through a clasped ceiling i opened a big steel door and it locked behind me. Now i cant get out of this room. Please send help, i hear a deep growl down the hallway.

Fantastic staff and facilities. Everything is timely and staff actively follow up with you as opposed to having to reach out yourself. Breath of fresh air compared to other hospitals in the province.

The worsts stuff are Dr. J. Campbell's. She is 100% Rude. It's Only her working in his office. So, She can do and say what every she want to the patients. Her bad attitude, and bad behavior, are the worst. She doesn't listen to the patient, she just say what's in her head. It's really shame to see this big hospital hiring bad stuff like Dr. Campbell's stuff.

Doctors here don't listen or even act like they care. Wait times for specialists are ridiculous only to be told "we don't know, good luck. " I would rather travel to Toronto, than go here.

My boyfriend got his surgery today. We've been to this hospital twice now. Words cannot express for how well run and super friendly the staff is. I am absolutely so impressed. It makes me want to move to London just for the healthcare! (we're from out of town) Our hospital can learn a thing or two! I can appreciate everything about that place. Dr. Grewal was phenomenal.

Stop sending that automated messages to let people know about their appointments. It is very stupid way, if someone picked the phone and couldn't hear it, they will not be able to repeat. Just leave a regular message.

Terrible emergency service.having A very swollen optic nerve and advised to attend for a serious medical emergency by my eye doctor.got turned away because they are just too busy
Our medical system is a joke

I recently went in for some minor surgery with an over night stay. I was involved with a number of different indivduals thoughout the whole process like admitting staff, admitting RN's, Surgery staff, recovery RN's, After care RN's as well as the food server and other support staff and the one thing I noticed is that all of them seemed to be happy in their work environments. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and it showed in their attitude and care towards their patients. One nurse described it as well oiled machine from upper management which is reflected on everyone on staff.

The worst customer service ever, specially on the phone they are so rude.they didn’t answer the question and they close the phone while you’re still talking. Very bad

Had and appointment got canceled made another appointment got canceled and didn’t send a message until 30 minutes before hand. Made another appointment they canceled again absolutely useless and unbelievable

I went with one of my family members yesterday for surgery and for the most part it was good. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating and the place was extremely clean despite being in a hospital. The reason why I am only giving them 4 stars is because when I separated from my family member and tried to find a volunteer to check in, they were not available and one last waited for 2 hours before one checked us in so we can get an update on our loved ones. Despite the hiccup, the service went really well and we were both happy

This hospital is amazing! There is always wonderful people working there, so friendly and caring! I’ve been here for an ultrasound very understanding-caring people and thorough! My husband had a small heart procedure! They explained everything to him! Very caring people! Thank you all for your kindness! Keep up the great work!

I went there because I was in a car accident, As soon as she asked me what medication I was on and I mentioned one was a painkiller but I am not here for that and pulled my bottle of painkillers out and shook the bottle showing her I had many. I told her I have hurt my hips because I was hit so hard by another vehicle. Since I could not remember all the heart meds. I was on, she wrote me off as a pill Seeker closed the file, book and stormed away Stomping Her feet Like a tantrum. I was denied health care of any kind. Wow. My Bad heart has killed me a few times before, then being resuscitated at University Hospital. I tried to tell that her my heart was also killing me but she would have no part of it and stormed off. Leaving me completely unattended and without any care of any kind

Just got my lithotripsy from start to end I had the best experiences. The staff are all very nice especially my nurse Janine, RN thank you so much for all the staff who were there to make me feel comfortable, warm and safe. THE overall hospital are clean and very organized. Highly recommended

Such an amazing hospital to attend in London Ontario. Doctors and nurses and staff were wonderful and helpful. Highly recommended to those patients who live in Southwestern Ontario region.
